4th form Teachings

Jason plopped down on the training field. He didn't think he would miss the dirt on this field after going through so much on this field. But after going through multiple terrains and fighting different monsters the field felt like a safe place.

Jason tried to recollect what he had fought in the last few hours, He remembered getting toasted on a hot dry desert fighting a scorpion and then immediately drowning in a deep vast sea fighting this weird fish monster. God that fricking sucked.

Jason looked around dazed. Ethan walked to him and congratulated him

"nice job dude, your adaptability is amazing! I'm kinda surprised you survived the cave one....."

Jason retorted

"yeah what the frick was that one, I couldn't even see it clearly and I don't think I wanted too"

"uhh yeah trust me you don't want to see that monster, it looks... pretty gruesome anyways, congrats you should have the basics of the 4th form down"

"wait but you haven't taught me anything."

Ethan gave a small laugh and used Shunpo to attack him.

Jason barely managed to dodge his attack, and he immediately went into a defensive stance and prepared to fight. His eyes immediately started to analyze Ethan. Ethan didn't give Jason much rest either, he ran towards Jason and the two started to clash, it was mostly Ethan just constantly attacking but Jason kept on using a passive approach blocking and biding his time. Ethan, it seems got impatient and raised his arms up to slice down on Jason.

Jason saw his chance and used the thrust from the 2nd form to attack Ethan's body. Everything seemed right, his thrust would have hit Ethan, it was only when Jason's sword almost reached Jason when Jason realized that he was attacking Ethan. He didn't have any space to pull away from the sword though, his momentum was going to carry it through the sword no matter what. Jason closed his eyes, but when he opened them he saw Ethan catching the sword with one of his hands.

Jason swore in his head at how bull crap that was and watched Ethan lower his sword and Jason's also. Ethan said to Jason with a grin

"I told you, you know the 4th form, it has been ingrained into your mind during those fights dude"

Jason sat down again this time completely exhausted. Ethan sat down next to him and handed him a sheet of paper.

"that's a recipe that I and my bro found on our adventures, it seems that all of the Blue 2 members are giving you something, from a special technique to a useful item it seems. So yeah here's my thing i think you might like it"

Jason turned the paper around and read the title

[you have acquired the recipe for a mana explosive device]

[you can create the item if you have the ingredients and a high enough skill level]

[requirements: mana crystal, 10 steel, 2 steel coils, 1 metal pin, and a blacksmith level of 5]

Jason looked at Ethan who grinned back at him. They both had evil grins thinking about the awesome explosions that would come out of the bombs.

Ethan placed a hand on Jason's shoulder and said to him solemnly

"make some good explosions and make us proud"

Jason nodded and Ethan grinned again. He yawned and said to Jason

"Alright I think that is the end for today's training, there isn't much for you to do except wait huh, you definitely know the 4th form. So I guess you have around 12 hours before Colby comes in. Yeah, feel free to do whatever, heck you can even go into the city if you want to. I'll make sure that Charlie gives you the go-ahead"

Jason nodded and answered

"yeah im going to head into the city, I need to meet somebody there"

Ethan laughed and answered

"sure, sure trust me when we pass the final trial we will have almost complete free reign over our movements"

Ethan gave Jason a small metal rose brooch and said to Jason

"show this to any barrack members or guards that try to stop you they all know what it means"

Jason took the brooch and put it in his inventory. Ethan stood up

"Alright, ima really head out this time you have fun on your little trip Arch"

Ethan then walked off into the forest, he had already disappeared when Jason remembered that he had left the metal pillars on the field. He turned to look at them, but he couldn't find them for some reason. It was like they had never existed. Somebody it seems had taken them. Probably Ethan right? but he wasn't carrying anything ether.

Jason decided to not pay any attention to whatever that was and started to walk towards the mansion. He had been in the training center almost since when he first went into the world of WOW. It really was going to be cool to see the city for once.

Jason decided to go around the mansion to the dirt road that leads to the city. He remembered Lady Megra leading him to the mansion. He was still confused about how she, a noble actually recruited him when he literally chased after a pickpocketer. Jason still was a bit cautious about it, their must have been a reason why she did what she did. It was just so spontaneous and fast she didn't even make a background check on him either and yet somehow she was the leader of the strongest knighthood in the kingdom and judging from how the knights talked about her, they respected her too.

Jason had reached the road that lead to the city. He could see the main road far off into the distance there were some wagons and travelers on that road if Boops was correct.

Jason laughed to himself, it was a laugh of nervousness and glee. He bent to a running position and started to sprint. It was a bit similar to when Jason ran with the wolves, but it was flat ground unlike the dense undergrowth of the forest. So Jason's took off, the wind rushed up against his face as he realized that he was actually going pretty fast.

After a few minutes, he reached the main road by running. It was funny the road that he and Lady Megra had taken when he first came here took them all day but now it took almost 5 minutes to reach the main road by running.

Jason could now see the city Herdita. The vast walls towered over the many people crowding at the gate to get into the great city of commerce. Sadly it couldn't compare with the capital of the Belarusian kingdom but it was still very important to the kingdom thanks to its location, on a natural port that was very close to neighboring kingdoms. Though it was on the very corner of the kingdom, it was very important, important enough that the king had given the family controlling the rose knights reign over the land.

The land was next to 2 kingdoms one was the Shousan Kingdom which was allied with the Belusian kingdom and was famous for its warhorses that were unrivaled in battle (besides the empires war horses or course) and the other was the Baiseon Kingdom which was widely know for its famous engineers and technological prowess. Tensions were rising between the two kingdoms of Belusian and Baiseon.

Boops had explained the entire thing in a deep and narrator style of voice to Jason. Who leisurely walked to the city. Boops also explained that some of the information he got from the books that Jason had got from the library in the intelligence trial and others came from his subordinates and that he didn't know why the 2 kingdoms of Baiseon and Belusian didn't like each other. All that he and the twins knew was that they did.

Jason thought to himself as he walked to the city. He Boops and the twins had been planning their moves for so long. They had discussed what they should do over and over again. Of course, there had been some changes to the plan as they implemented it. Perseus decided to spread his influence into the underworld and Arjuna decided to focus on gaining skills and reputation first before making a following.

The twins all knew what they were going to do, but what Jason was going to do was discussed heavily by all of them. Of course, Jason was supposed to be the strongest and would come help Perseus or Arjuna when they needed it. But besides being a bit of a trump card what else was he supposed to do?

They all finally decided that Jason should try and get as close as he could to the people in power such as lady Megra and create a giant web of connections. Perseus would dive deep into the underworld to create a shadow that could protect all of them and Arjuna was going to be the wild card at the other side of the continent. Everyone was worried about how Arjuna was doing along on the other side. But it seems everything was doing fine.
