Chan Lee had her head down, "—it should have occurred to me that as an employee here, how I present myself is important. This won't happen again."

There were a lot of things that could run through Bo Lifen's mind right now, but she wouldn't have expected that kind of answer. Or perhaps she did. The younger woman in front of her sported a bruise on her face and yet all she was saying was an apology for being unprofessional. What a headache to deal with, weren't they?

It reminded her somewhat of another person who didn't also see themselves as someone deserving attention.

Bo Lifen scratched her cheek, "That's good to hear but you really ought to think about yourself some more. Didn't you at least get some rest at the infirmary?" She sighed and got up from her chair.

"I didn't want to be late to work, especially since I'm new here."
