Soon enough a synthetic super soldier was wiping out minor goa'uld and their Jaffa which Teal'c and Bra'tac brought back dead when it collapsed. I checked it over and told them where it likely came from, Anubis. I told them the armor is advanced and the body is a poorly made clone which unless they got ahold of Asgard technology meant they had found the one Ancient cloning facility in this galaxy.
Jack asked where it was and I told them the gate address before telling them. "He was reanimated. This clone body wasn't made alive, it was grown and reanimated by ancient technology resembling the sarcophagus. We have the device so I may be able to make effective weapons to counter these new soldiers. Give me a few hours to see what I can come up with."
General Hammond said I had three before he sends a team after the goa'uld that's still alive to try and capture one of these things. I came up with a near TER weapon and a bomb. I told them. "One shot with the gun will drop them and the bomb would wipe any nearby. Just try not to get hit by it. The blast can effect humans oddly."
Jack asked. "Define oddly?"
I shrugged. "Drive them crazy, paranoid and homicidal if enough energy hits them."
We ended up blowing up the Tartarus base Anubis had taken over and the bomb killed all his pre-made troops along with the queen spawning symbiote's for him. We were fine and long gone before the bomb blew up so I worked on the armor Jacob brought back. With it I was able to perfect and replicate the armor, making suits for our people that resembled storm troopers as Jack called it. Basically white while theirs were black.
Instead of putting the heat inside, the new suits direct it down and out the soles of the feet. That along with all the tech they'd found over the years that I shoved into it and the plasma repeater gauntlets made our suits far superior to Anubis's kull warriors. I made enough for every SGC member and it pretty much guaranteed our dominance over the kull warriors with the new guns I spread to the Jaffa, Tok'ra and SGC teams.
The Swiss Army knife of guns had it added on and was given to every SGC member as a primary gun. The suits could offset the railgun firing so they felt only a small part of the kick. It was the most significant upgrade to the SGC since the super soldier serum. I heard of Sam's near miss on the Prometheus a while later and the Free Jaffa helped me find her just as she saved her crew and got out.
I scanned the ship that'd cause so much trouble and sent it a warning that if it harms my wife again I'd come for it and it's people. I sent it the information on me and it hauled ass out of there. No one wants to fight a naked guy, I mean an Ancient…or do I? The next big issue was Jonas asking for help because his planet was going to explode.
The delegates argued and I told them to shut up before explaining that even if their whole planet doesn't explode from the Naquadria, enough dirt and debris will be kicked up into the air to block out the son and kill all life on the planet that remained. I told them I'd been developing a new Tok'ra crystal for making bases with one single crystal or hangers for ships like the Prometheus.
I explained that with my suit and the crystal, I can go down into their planet and take the naquadah and Naquadria out in a few hours, but they'd need sufficient facilities for all of it because my scans have indicated their planet is about seventy percent naquadah as a whole which makes it a very dangerous place. The Kelowna ambassador asked. "How so?"
I grunted. "Three reasons. Simply put it's a resource gold mine for goa'uld and that's before the Naquadria. Two, it's one of a handful of planets capable of dialing the Ancient ship Destiny, a research vessel my people sent out into the universe sixty million years ago to gather vast quantities of information on all the planets, stars and races it passes. The issue there is that dialing such a planet would tap into the natural naquadah in your planet and can make it dangerously unstable in the whole thing blowing up kind of way and if it doesn't, anyone looking to get to Destiny will go through you to get there if they have to."
I turned to Daniel. "You once referred to Heliopolis as the meaning of life stuff. Well, my people found proof in the background noise of the Big Bang that there was in fact a form of sentience. You might call it God or it could simply be the first lifeforms before the Big Bang, but it was there and Destiny's primary goal is to gather as much information as possible to determine all of this wasn't random, but by design. It was never manned because they thought they'd have time to come back to it later."
I turned to the Langarans as they called themselves now. "And finally, with so much naquadah in your planet, all it takes is a single bomb of sufficient quality to blow your planet to space dust and you can't tell me none of your people aren't studying to advance in that area. All it takes is one radical group or idiot to kill all of your people thinking they were just attacking the government. I'd say you came damned close with the Naquadria bombs already."
I sat back and sighed. "We can save your peoples this time, but you cannot ask us to continue to do so with the danger each situation holds. We cannot protect your world from the goa'uld. We cannot stop unknown possible threats from within and we cannot fight an invasion from anyone seeking to get to Destiny. So yes, I'll go in and extract the Naquadria, and naquadah that may be in the process of turning into Naquadria, but I won't interfere again should you insist on staying on such a planet. Personally, once it's done, I say you all find your own planet to bring your people and all your stuff through the stargate. Then you each send people to mine and extract naquadah for trade or your own uses should you have any."
I stood up and General Hammond said I had a go. Sam said she'd help with her own special suit. I told them it'd be an hour before the crystals are ready and by then they'd best have the facilities for the Naquadria or I'd keep what they can't contain for my own personal projects. The Kelowna ambassador said they had some, but for this I was welcome to what I thought appropriate as compensation.
I grunted and told her that whatever they couldn't contain safely would be enough. They each said they had things to discuss with General Hammond about finding their own worlds cause now they wanted their own private worlds separated from the others. I ignored that headache and just did my part for now. Sam helped me and Jonas watched as a massive hole was dug out in an oval shape and Sam came with me flying down.
I used telekinesis to put the tons of Naquadria into lead sealed containers that shrunk on massive pallets until there was very little left. I dug a half mile down for the naquadah that may be infected and loaded all the bars on pallets with Sam's help. When we finished she asked if her suit protected her from radiation.
I snorted and told her she could bath in a nuclear reactor pool in the suit and it would protect her. I told her that I'd made her own suit more advanced and durable than my own protection wise because I feared she'd do something that crazy someday to save someone and I wanted her safe regardless. We flew out and the hole filled in with crystal, stopping at the floor smoothly.
I went and deposited half a ton of Naquadria and was left with a hundred times that. They clearly underestimated the problem or the crystal sped it up which is possible. Either way it was over and they were safe. Jonas thanked us and I noticed the goa'uld in the girl he liked so much.
I told her that she could in fact join the Tok'ra and Jonas asked what I meant. I told him she is a goa'uld left by Ba'al to determine the use Anubis had for this world but her feelings for him and her understanding of his people changed her. I turned to the female. "Ba'al and all the system lords are soon to fall either to Anubis or to us. You know why we fight now, you can feel it or you would've reported back long ago. Join the Tok'ra and blend properly with the girl you've taken as a host or leave her. Either way, the only way this turns out remotely good for you is if you decide now."
She took out her weapon and set it down as her eyes flashed. "I wish to meet with the Tok'ra."
I nodded and she told Jonas that her feelings for him were genuine and shared with her host for whatever that's worth. I patted his shoulder and told him that love has no shape or form and doesn't differentiate between race. I sighed and told him she was sincere in her feelings if that helped and at many times wished to tell him everything.
I walked back to the gate with Sam and the soon to be Tok'ra woman. She was already starting a true blending and sharing of minds with her host. When we got back to the SGC, I'd already searched the girl and the alarms went off for the sensors detecting a goa'uld. I stopped them and told them to stand down telling George we needed to talk.
We debriefed and I told the Langarans of the goa'uld girl and why she was there. I told them their planet was safe from the Naquadria, but it now faced possible invasion so they'd have to figure their own shit out soon if they were leaving. I told them of hundreds of worlds that were decent, but it would take time for them to build the infrastructure for their people on each one.
I gave them the gate addresses and the holo scans of each planet they'd decided were the ones they wanted. With that I told them it was up to them from there on and George sent them home. We contacted the Tok'ra and Egeria sent Jacob and Jolinar to test her with a few other Tok'ra to run their truth machine. When she passed all their questions, she left with them to meet Egeria after much more thorough scan for concealed weapons or pathogens.
They weren't taking any chances with their queen and it was understandable.
