UNEXPECTED GUESTS

Ling Fen walked into the hotel while feeling really good about herself. Everything was going so well these days that she did not know who to thank for the luck. Gong Xu was going to start filming soon.

The filming location was a bit far from the city so he was going to stay there for about three to four months depending on the circumstances. Ling Fen was still worried that the other was going to be bullied by others because of the role.

It seems as if Director Qiao Zilan was also afraid of the same thing because until now, he had kept the cast a secret from the public. Ling Fen mentally thanked him.

Ling Fen walked to the changing area and put on her uniform before entering the kitchen. Yu Lili and Ou Tingzi were already there but their faces were at the moment gloomier than most.

"What's wrong?" Ling Fen asked as soon as she saw them. Ou Tingzi shook his head while Yu Lili looked as if she was about to cry. Ling Fen rushed to her immediately and that was when she noticed the untouched foods that had been displayed on the table.

If she was not wrong, this issue had to deal with a customer, "Did someone return this?" She asked while she sampled the food.

Although Yu Lili was not a professionally taught chef, her foods were still the best compared to others so under no circumstance would someone return the food she had cooked unless that person was directly looking for trouble.

"Sister Fen, there are two customers outside right now; they have returned every food we have cooked and are threatening to complain to the manager…." Ou Tingzi started.

Ever since Xiao Lu founded the hotel, there was no single customer who had complained. The service provided was exemplary and the food was even better than those from five-star hotels. He had trained his staff to be respectful in all circumstances which was why no one dared to do anything to the two customers right now.

The manager Ou Tingzi was talking about was Xiao Lu and he was not in at the moment so the staff did not know what to do.

Ling Fen walked outside to see who the two customers causing trouble were and when she saw who they were she could not help but curse, just what in the world were Mo Yurou and Ling Wen doing here?

She now understood why Yu Lili was close to tears. When these two people decided to talk, their tongues could be quite poisonous. They had probably called Yu Lili and Ou Tingzi over and gave them a harsh scolding.

These two were here to cause trouble but for what reason?

"I am sorry if the food prepared was not to your taste, I am Ling Fen may I know what you would like to order?" Ling Fen said slowly in the gentlest voice possible while in her head she was cursing the two loudly.

She looked towards the waiters and waitresses who were scared of coming to serve these two after seeing how Yu Lili had been scolded earlier.

Ling Wen and Mo Yurou turned around when they heard someone speak. Mo Yurou's face was clouded in anger while Ling Wen just sat there with no obvious reaction on her face.

Mo Yurou had initially dragged Ling Wen here to seek revenge on Xiao Lu who had announced yesterday that Chen Li had a girlfriend. She went back home and asked about him and that was when she found out that Xiao Lu was actually an owner of a small hotel. There was nothing she could do to Chen Li so all her anger was directed at Xiao Lu.

In her head, she laughed, "How dare the owner of a small hotel humiliate me like that?"

His statement had humiliated her and her intentions of plastering herself onto Chen Li's thick thighs.

When she saw Ling Fen, surprise etched on her face, and then she turned towards Ling Wen and asked haughtily, "Isn't this that sister of yours?"

Ling Wen had also noticed the other yet she did not do anything and just stared. So Ling Fen actually worked here? She mentally asked while she laughed, "Ling Fen, you have fallen directly on my lap today!"

The hotel was not big and it looked a bit old. Ling Wen laughed in her heart but she still did not understand why Mo Yurou would bring her to such a dirty place.

Mo Yurou turned again to stare at Ling Fen and then said with disdain, "Make us two of your best meals quickly we don't have the time to waste here."
