Don't let fear rule you.

Zassar hugged Yilas so tight that her chest hurt, the difficult breathing brought some senses into her clouded mind.

Since Mohsen had gone off sacrificing himself as the bait, they could only wait until the coast was clear to continue on their escape. But what scared Yilas wasn't the thoughts of Mohsen not being by her side, it was what they might do to him once they caught him. He could be punished for being her accomplish and Yilas could only imagine how terrifying the sentence he might suffer.

Slowly, Yilas's fear turned into anger, she hated how Mohsen had made the decision on his own, hated how weak and dependent she was to others. She had once lived a useless life as such and right now, before she knew it, Yilas was falling back to the same old way of living.

At that moment, Yilas strengthen her resolve, she desperately wanted to change but how? What could she do to change the situation this instant?

At that second Yilas's mind was flushed with images of Viosus's gentle smile and their clan members' faces, she had almost forgotten about how important they were to her. It was now her chance to go to her true family yet she hesitated. The thought of leaving Mohsen behind and being killed ruined her conscience. For a moment, Yilas was conflicted.

'You can't leave him behind!' Something clicked in Yilas's head and a decision was made as if there was an angel from above guiding her exactly what to do. However, the beast-man that was imprisoning her with his bare hands would be difficult to escape. Vaguely remembering a technique Mohsen had taught her for self-defense purposes, Yilas bit down her lips and hoped for the best.

Putting just enough bare energy securely in her palm, Yilas hugged Zassar, pretending to find comfort in him while positioned her palm flatly on his nape. Seeing Yilas's advance, Zassar couldn't hide his smile, he relaxed his grip and gently embracing her back.

"Sorry for doing this to you..." Yilas quickly whispered before releasing the energy onto Zassar's neck, hoping it was enough to knock him out but not enough to break his neck.

Zassar body went limp, his whole giant weight completely fell on Yilas, knocking both of them onto the ground.

"Ahhh!"

Yilas struggled to slide out under Zassar, she checked carefully that he was still breathing before running toward the way Mohsen had disappeared to, yet carefully watching out for any soldiers that might be lingering around.

Once at the edge of the forest, Yilas could see the sun was high and it shone bright light onto the grassy field. Before stepping out herself, Yilas looked both ways and made sure nobody was nearby.

Just one footstep away from this creepy forest and Yilas had felt her whole body lifted up, her chest wasn't stuffed and the coldness was replaced by the warm sunshine. Yilas shook off her heavy cloak, sighed, and enjoyed a quick breath of fresh air before following the path of damaged grass left behind by the troops of beasts.

After packing this stuffs neatly, Viosus sat in the opened sky-garden in the middle of the Boar's master residence. Looking at the moon, the young beast-man reminisced Yilas's face under the moonlight, it was a sight that he could never forget. He could see clearly in his mind every little detail of her features.

Viosus missed his love, his master dearly. Life didn't feel right without her by his side, he thought he had slowly become another person within such a short amount of time. But all these love-sickness were fueling his rage, his determination of getting her back.

Emerging himself in deep thoughts, Viosus didn't notice a presence approaching him before that beast-man had sat down on the table nearby, placing a bottle and two clay cups onto the surface making a sound.

"I'm having a drink, you are welcome to join." Porsogon poured himself a cup and also filled the other one before gulping his in one breath. The cup was the size of his large fist.

Viosus had sat down next to Porsogon without answering, he intended to use his action as a response.

The other cup was quickly disappeared into Viosus's thin lips, though never had this type of drink before, he showed a no differences in his expression no matter how terrible the flavor was.
