"A shop."
"Yes, Master Marius." Brillena answers.
"A shop."
"Yes, Master Marius. A shop." Lurgo, another scout, replies.
"What in the Blazing Hells is a shop doing in a dungeon, let alone in the entrance room."
"Pipe down, ya git. But, by Kraxton's balls, dat's shtrange indeed. I've entered lots of dunjuns but dis is new ta me. A shop, bah... dunjun shteals yur items, not shell them. Dunjuns have no need for gold. Unlesh de dunjun shells dem for shumthing else ohder den gold, mind you."
"We didn't check, Master Grumman. We just just past the entrance itself. We were planning to investigate when our warning timers beeped, forcing us to leave the area unless we want be trapped there." Brillena replies.
"Also, Masters, the environment inside it was strange. We felt no barrier, but strangely no Nether was in the air. As in none. Also, the air is rich in mana, like you stepped in a mana fount, but much... how should I say it... purer, I guess." Willhelm, the team's Nether detection expert, adds.
"I don't know about the lack of Nether inside. Scholars still debate whether Nether is instantly purified by the dungeons or we didn't sense the Nether because we didn't knew back then. But you're right, Large concentrations of mana in an area is an indicator that it might be a dungeon."
"Quit ye yapping, yunglings. What we waiting here for? To de dunjun we go. Treashures await."
"Right. After you, milady."
Brillena blushes. Still got it.

Alright. After another 'incident' and a few hours of deliberation, I decided to go for Mage and Druid. Why? As I was tinkering with the classes choices, I found out that they also unlock things for my dungeons. Woot, free RP.
I choose Druid for the following unlocks: Nature Biome, Forest Biome, many types of forest creatures like rabbits and wolves, several nature-themed decorations, and traps like the mud pit and entangling vines.
Now I need some scantily girls and I'm set. *Impending sense of doom*
*Coughs* Anyway, Mage unlocks several magic-themed decorations, mana-based creatures like the Mana Wisp, several magical traps like the grease pit and slime pit.
Wow, the slime pit slowly dissolves the armor and clothing of any who falls on it. It doesn't cause any damage at all.
Really. Is my power telling me something about my love life? Okay, I died a virgin at age 32, sue me.
Anyway, you might be thinking why my Mana and Corruption are not going up? And what is the difference between Mana and MP?
Okay MP is Mana. Similar but different. Sounds confusing, right. MP is Mana that's been taken in by a being and is now their own. Mana is pure, MP is not. It's like the difference freshwater in a glass and the water inside your body. They're both water, but the water inside your body needs to be purified to be the same as the water in the glass. Also 1 Mana is equal to 10 MP.
The reason why my Mana and Corruption counters are not going up is because I haven't established my territory yet.
A note smacks me in the face.
'Before you begin, you might want to look inside the starter package I gave you. Just say 'Inventory' and get it out.'
"Inventory."
A 3x3 grid page opens up in front. It was empty except for the item called 'Starter Package'. Nice.
I take it out and oof... that... is... heavy.... What... the ... hell... is... in... this... thing...
I dropped it one the floor. Nearly stubbing my toe.
It's a metal footlocker. Big and sturdy. A meter long, and half a meter wide and high. No locks. I can use this when I have no Inventory space.
I open it and found a lot of things. And all of them should not fit inside there.
A set of clothes, including footwear and underwear. A shirt made of cotton and loose pants with a drawstring waist tightener, also cotton. The style of clothing resembling medieval age style with modern materials and sewing techniques. Modern boxers, good. Long, thick wool socks. And a pair of hiking boots, steel-toed.
I didn't notice I was naked until I saw the clothes. I'm gonna put them on first.
*A few moments later*
Let's continue. Okay, a set of adventurer gear. You know it if you played old-school pen and paper RPGs. Flint and steel, a full waterskin, 3 torches, a pack of salt, a pack of pepper too, a hunting knife, several MREs, and a good length of rope. Around 30 meters by my estimate. Nice. You can never have too much rope. Three 24-hour packs of MRE. YES!!! Good thing it's MREs and not old-school rations of dried meat and hard tack. Don't want to break my teeth on that. Again. Never gonna join those stupid LARPers and their hyper-realistic event.
A long staff made of oak, I think. Almost as tall as me. It has some runes on it.. and my Dungeon Core just analyzed the staff. It's pretty nifty. Boosting my Intelligence and Spirit by 5 while also increasing Max MP by 100 and MP regen by 1 per minute. Ooooh... my first magic item and it's so good. Come to Papa.
*A few more disturbing moments later*
A 'Dungeon Core Starter Pack'. Core self, have this.
WOW!!! Lots of shinies! Hehe.
Several low level creature unlocks, a few more biomes, blueprints for traps, items, treasure chest...
Oh. TREASURE CHEST.
*Wham* Another note to my face.
"Stop spacing out and continue."
Okay, alright. (Censored) (bleep) (Censored).
*Wham* Another note. This time to the back of my head. How do these things hit me so hard if it's just paper. You know what, I don't want to to find out.
"Stop invoking any religious figures from your origin dimension. They have no power here. And they bollocked things up so bad there that your Earth is under dimensional lockdown. And the paper trick, you'll figure it out later. I promise you, you'll love how's it done."
Okay now I'm curious.
Moving on. The 'Dungeon Core Starter Pack' unlocked quite a lot of things I can add to my dungeon. This will help me immensely in starting out.
And last but not the least... an egg. Wait, why is there an egg in there. An egg that's the size of my head. And my head is noticeably larger than the average human male head.
It's warm. And my Core self confirms it's alive. And it seems Core self cannot the copy the egg or the creature within.
If that's happening, it means that the egg contains a very unique existence or something powerful and extremely dangerous being. Or even both.
I put back the egg back inside the footlocker. The footlocker inside the inventory.
And then I unleashed my Core self to create my dungeon.
Let's get dungeon building.
