Feelings Unraveling

It's been a month while i've been with Sasha. And everything felt like a dream, not a single moment failed to make me happy. This is what i've always wanted.

This is really where i wanted to be.

"Kean! Look what i've found!" Sasha said as she got back in our house, i saw that she was holding a white pigeon on her hands. "Oh... how did you found that?"

"It was already on the ground where i found it, it must've gotten injured." I checked the pigeon's wings and it seems that it has a problem with its left wing.

I took the pigeon from Sasha and immediately treated it. And as i stared at this creature, i can't help but think of something.

This bird actually represents something right?

"So is it okay now?" Sasha asked as she petted the bird.

"Yeah, but it might take a while for her to heal."

"That's fine, i'll take good care of her while she stays here." I smiled at the sight of Sasha taking care of the bird. And i can't help but imagine something that i'm a bit embarassed to ask her of.

But this is my dream right?

I can do anything, i can be anything i want to be in here... but staying like this is satisfying enough.

But now that i think about it carefully, does Sasha even likes me?

I know she does like me as a friend, but what about as someone who will spend the rest of her life with?

I just shook my thoughts off and just continued what i was reading earlier. It was a bit amazing to have novels here in this world despite being just a creation of my imagination.

And i'm really fascinated with what i was reading, it was a tale of a beautiful woman and a grim reaper who fell inlove with one another. It was a bit sad that they were never allowed to be together because their existense isn't supposed to co-exist. But the two had a child, the result of their love. And now they have to face the consequence of what they have done. The grim reaper never appeared to the woman ever again, they didn't mention how he died or disappeared while the woman died of an illness bestowed on her by God.

"...Sasha?" I called out to her.

She was still with the pigeon as she came to my room. "What is it, Kean?"

"Do you have anymore of these?"

"You're pretty much into reading lately, did you decide to become a bookworm?" She teased.

I just laughed and pinched her softly on her cheeks. "I'd be you become a book."

"Say, if i was a book, what genre am i?"

"Hmm... you'd be a paranormal genre." I teased.

She puffed her cheeks and furrowed her brows. "I don't want to be a book then."

"Hahahaha! I was just kidding, if you were a book, you'd definitely be in the romance genre." I told her.

Then she wondered with a flushed face. "Romance? W-Why?"

I can feel my face getting hot, and i bet i'm blushing pretty hard right now. So lame! "B-Because, i... i fell inlove... i..." before i could finish, i harshly slapped my face and confessed.

Damn, why does confessing has to be this stressful!?

"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU, OKAY!?" Was i too intense?
