After speaking with Sairaorg for a long time, both of them decided to go back inside.
Azrek knew that his parents wanted him to make some friends, and he knew that he wouldn't be able to if he stayed outside.
At first, Sairaorg didn't want to come back but Azrek just convinced him after some small talk, after all, they were both only five years old.
In Azrek's mind, not many young Devils here were worthy of him making friends with, all of them were childish or overly arrogant due to their clans and parents' reputation, in his eyes, all of this was bullshit, in ten or so years he would probably able to wipe the floor with the weaker Devils present in such gathering.
He already had sufficient Demonic Energy to trash some of the peoples around here but in reality, he wasn't the match of any of them, this was due to firstly the fact that he never fought using magic in his life, and secondly, the fact that his control and experience in terms of battle were largely inferior to the adults present here.
Still, that fact didn't make him think of them any higher, to remain at their level while having their bloodline and potential was what one could call an absolute waste, maybe due to the Four Satans maintaining a superficial peace with the two other faction they relaxed and their strength began to decline, but Azrek knew that in twelve years things would start to move very fast and at that time, none of them would be prepared for what was coming.
This, of course, didn't apply to Ultimate-Class Devils, and those considered as above average as High-Class Devils, but for the others, they could only blame themselves for indulging so much when that time comes.
As they both entered the hall, some peoples remarked the two of them walking together and a look of surprise appeared for an instant in their eyes before disappearing.
All of them knew what fate was awaiting the former heir of Bael, thus they couldn't understand why the two of them, peoples with opposite fate would become friends.
Of course, both Solas, and Salna saw this, but neither of them said anything, their son had been able to think for himself for a long time now, and they didn't feel too good about what happened to the kid of the Bael Clan, thus they let Azrek do what he wanted.
Adults' devils also rarely interacted with the kids in such gathering, thus no one of the older generation approached them, but the same couldn't be said for peoples of their generation, the arrogant and conceited brat from the House of Phenex was the first to come to them followed by his group of little followers.
Although all the peoples present here basically had the same standing, the House of Phenex was slightly different from others, because they possessed and produced the strongest healing items, Phenex's Tears were said to be able to heal any wounds.
The boy from Phenex stood arrogantly before Sairaorg, if it was before he was discovered to not possess the power of destruction, Ryser would have never dared to even stand across Sairaorg, but it was different now in his mind, the other would soon be cast out to the countryside.
All the adults kept an eye on the situation to see what would happen, Ryser was after all one of the oldest kids present here and was thus considered as very strong compared to others at the moment, even more so compared to Sairaorg.
While Ryser was prepared to launch some sarcasm and mock Sairaorg, a voice rang out through the place.
"Move." Azrek had only said a single word to Ryser while looking at him straight in the eyes when the later fell backward unconscious making the other kids retreat scared thus letting a path forward to both Sairaorg and Azrek.
It was one of the applications of Demonic Energy that Azrek had discovered while reading in the library. When one sent an extremely quick pulse of demonic energy toward someone, if this was powerful enough, it could make the person instantly fall unconscious.
As Azrek didn't want to be bothered by small fry anymore in the future, he had decided to demonstrate his strength from the start, and what could be more effective than making one of the "stronger" kids present unconscious with a gaze.
Of course, adults saw this, and quickly Lord and Lady Phenex came forward to inspect his health.
Azrek continued to walk and came across them as they were walking to Ryser, unbothered by the gaze that the Lord of the Phenex Clan was sending him.
While the other adults saw how he didn't care about the gaze sent by even an Ultimate-Class Devils, they were once more surprised.
'In any case, I don't care he can't do anything to me before I reach adulthood, and at that time I'll be vastly superior to this guy if he wants to revenge he can come and try to see what await him...' Azrek continued to walk forward.
After an instant, Sairaorg came back to himself and quickly caught up to Azrek as both of them went to a table filled with food and drinks for kids and once more began to chat and laugh.
Solas had a proud smile on his face as he looked at his son while continuing to speak with some of his friends from the remaining Clan of the 72 pillars.
