You didn't sleep?!?!?!?

Ying Xuan peered over Weiwei's shoulder, and she jumped up in surprise.

Shi Weiwei put a hand on her heart as she exclaimed, "Xuan! You scared me!"

Ying Xuan chuckled and signed, 'So I assume you got a good idea?'

Shi Weiwei scratched her head with her pen, "I don't know if it's good. But it's the best I have right now."

Xuan signed as she cleared a little place and set down the bag of food, 'I know it'll be great if you approve of it. Here. Eat when you are hungry.'

Shi Weiwei felt warmth spread through her heart as she looked at the bag of food. Xuan knew her too well. She smiled and said, "You'll be the first person I'll show this to."

Xuan ruffled Weiwei's hair and signed, 'I better be.' Then she softly closed the door and went away as Weiwei buried herself in her work once more.

Ying Xuan returned to her room and frowned. Seeing Shi Weiwei had really gotten her fired up too. It was highly unlikely Xuan would now be able to sit still. She was itching to either paint or draw.

Finally Ying Xuan decided on the former as she grabbed her art supplies and sketchbook and headed to her favourite spot in the campus, the roof of the main building.

Ying Xuan settled down there and opened her sketchbook. She looked around and an impulse to paint the campus came over her.

"Okayyyy!!!! Let's go!!!!" Xuan exclaimed in her mind as she rolled her sleeves and took up her brush.

The next morning, Ying Xuan got up at her usual early hour for the morning run. She stretched a little and was about to change and head out when the door opened.

Ying Xuan looked up, surprised. She was very surprised to see Weiwei came bounding in.

Weiwei had what looked like a finished script in her hand. Xuan looked at the script and then at Weiwei. She signed, 'You are up early? Did you get up so early in your excitement to show this to me?'

Shi Weiwei was surprised as she looked around and frowned. Ying Xuan narrowed her eyes, 'Wait! You did not sleep, did you?!?!?"

Shi Weiwei let out a guilty smile as she dragged Xuan out into the hallway, "I completely lost track of time. But anyway, I finished this!!!!"

She handed the script to Xuan and said, "Of course this is just the first draft. I'll have to make changes once I read it again after some time. But.....just give me your opinion."

Ying Xuan stared at the script in her hands and then at Shi Weiwei, who did not look the least bit like she hadn't slept the whole night.

'You stayed up the whole night to finish this?!?!'

Shi Weiwei waved her hands, "I'll get some sleep. Wake me up before class. Read this okay? Tell me your opinion!!"

Xuan signed that she would definitely read it before pushing Weiwei towards her room, insisting that she get some sleep.

Ying Xuan walked back into her room with the script in her hands. She sighed. She was really curious now and would definitely not be able to do anything other than read the script.
