Su Shaoyan gave them the puppy eyes and looked around.
Lu Zuan gave in as soon as she was confronted with those eyes. "Fine!" she said, and slumped back.
Shi Weiwei held on a little longer. She ummed and ahhed for a minute before sighing. "Okay Shaoyan. But I'm not drinking tonight." she said and went back to her true love, food.
Next it was Ying Xuan's turn.
Su Shaoyan turned to look at her. Xuan tried to avoid his eyes, but it was impossible. "Please. . . ." Su Shaoyan muttered and Xuan had to look at him. And as soon as she looked at them it was game over.
Ying Xuan was positive that no one could resist those sparkly black eyes which looked like they contain infinite stars beneath those brown curls.
She mentally gave herself a pat for resisting them so long and was about to nod when a deep voice rung out from behind her, "No."
The four of them turned at the same time to see Wei Jingyu standing with a hand on Xuan's chair.
Ying Xuan's heart fluttered upon seeing him. Jingyu's hair were pulled back into a low bun with a few stray strands escaping here and there. His light brown eyes seemed like the forest floor on a bright summer morning and were fixed at Su Shaoyan right now.
Xuan traced his perfect nose and sharp jaw with her eyes and stopped when she got to his lips. Jingyu's lips were pressed into a line and Ying Xuan caught herself wanting to kiss them.
She shook her head and tried to focus on something else. It was then that Xuan suddenly noticed that she and Jingyu matched.
Given her outfit was a classic choice, it shouldn't have been that surprising, but Xuan still blushed as she noticed Wei Jingyu's strong arms peeking from his t-shirt sleeves.
Ying Xuan wondered what it would be like if those strong arms were wrapped around her, protecting her, making her feel. . . .
Ying Xuan shook her head and kicked herself.
She really was turning into too much of a pervert these days.
Instead, Xuan tried to focus on the conversation that had just started.
". . . .Of course you can come too Jingyu. The more, the merrier!" Su Shaoyan finished a sentence which he had started while Xuan was still staring at Wei Jingyu.
Jingyu raised an eyebrow and spoke, "You want more? Okay. I'll ask all my friends to go with you. It will be a lot of boys."
Su Shaoyan's eyes sparkled and his face broke into a huge grin, but Jingyu continued, "But unfortunately, me and Xuan can't make it."
"Do you guys have some plans. . ." Su Shaoyan began, turning to look at Ying Xuan for confirmation, who looked at Wei Jingyu, wondering why couldn't she go.
Jingyu's hand moved from the back of Xuan's chair to her shoulder.
"Well, yeah. We have some plans." he spoke.
Shaoyan eyes turned again to Xuan, along with everyone else's on the table.
Ying Xuan looked at each of them and then at Wei Jingyu with a questioning gaze.
Jingyu looked at her and his eyes seemed to melt. They looked like they actually changed from the ground to a puddle.
"You remember, right?" he asked.
