Something's wrong

Ying Xuan went over all the places Weiwei could go and she chose the most probable one, their spot at the secluded garden.

Though Xuan personally would have run over to the rooftop, it was a much better place if you needed solitude, but Weiwei hated to climb, so the garden was the strongest possibility.

Ying Xuan rushed out of the room and out of the dorm, leaving behind a very confused Mo Feng'er. Xuan knew it wasn't fair to her, so she texted her saying, 'I have an idea where Weiwei could be. I'll text you as soon as I find her.'

Her mind then began to go over the possible reasons for Weiwei's behavior. Shi Weiwei wasn't the impulsive type, she wouldn't rush off somewhere like that. That was more something that Xuan herself would do.

She also wondered what had gotten her so riled up, maybe something Mr. Yang had said? Someone had shit talked about her or bullied her?

Then it suddenly hit Xuan!! That boy!!!! The one in the debating team! What was his name? Yin something. . . . . Yin Shao!!! Had Weiwei had an argument with him or something? Did he dump her so close to the semester ball?

"I swear I'm going to kill that boy if he has made Weiwei cry." Xuan swore to herself as she rushed to their spot.

Ying Xuan breathed a sigh of relief as the garden came into view. She couldn't see Weiwei yet, but she could see pages of a notebook littered here and there, blown around by the wind. And such mess couldn't be made by anyone other than Weiwei while she was anxious.

Sure enough, Shi Weiwei soon came into view, hair all ruffled up due the many times she had run her hands through them. A line between her brows as she tore off another page from her notebook and threw it off.

Weiwei huffed and sighed, then she looked up as she heard the sound of Ying Xuan's heels clucking the floor.

Xuan's face broke into a huge smile upon seeing that Weiwei was fine. But, oddly enough, Shi Weiwei didn't look any of the things Xun had expected.

She looked. . . . . . Her expression was a weird mixture of apology, sadness, anger and frustration. She stood up and rushed towards Ying Xuan, who was still trying to gouge out her expression.

"Oh Xuan. . . . . I'm so sorry Xuan. . . . I'm so . . . . . ." Weiwei broke into a sob she rushed into Xuan's arms.

Ying Xuan was very surprised. Shi Weiwei was. . . . . sorry? Xuan wanted to ask what had happened, why was she sorry, but she couldn't with Weiwei in such a condition.

She slowly led Shi Weiwei to a bench in the garden and the two sat down, the latter sobbing the whole time.

Weiwei did try to get out some words while sobbing, but she wasn't able to form any coherent sentences. Xuan held her head against her chest and let her cry.

After a few minutes, when Weiwei seemed to have considerably calmed down and the sobs were nothing but sniffings from time to time, Ying Xuan slowly signed, 'Who do I need to kill?'

Shi Weiwei let out a last sob combined with a chuckle as she pulled away and dried her eyes. "Would you be very averse to killing your sister?" she asked.
