A sound emanated from the bushes behind the storehouse in which the Princess was set on fire. An unknown appearance observing everything; perceived Sennett's evil plans and hurried to the storage unit to save the Princess. The blazing fire only made him harder to locate her, but that didn't obstruct him. He spotted her and hoisted her out of there before the blazing light could do any further damage. The body was discovered with burns all over, but the breathing rate didn't end, it kept increasing as the Princess' eyes were trembling and struggling to open. The mysterious figure spoke softly, "Don't worry, you may not know me, but I certainly know you, you're safe with me. I will take you someplace secure."
After the daring rescue, the next morning, Brunia's eyes opened wide and bright and was perplexed about her location. The figure entered the room again and greeted, "Good morning, sunshine, did you sleep well?"
Brunia commented, "I have never seen this type of abduction before, what's next, tossing me into the burning chambers?"
The man raised an eyebrow and asked, "Then why would I rescue you from a burning storehouse if I wanted you to die anyway?"
Brunia questioned, "Excuse me? Did you say, burning storehouse?"
The man inquired, "You don't remember anything? At least can you tell me that you are Princess Brunia, right?"
She asked, "Who is Princess Brunia?"
The man affirmed, "You are, aren't you? Okay... umm... what do you last recollect?"
The lady answered, "Truth be told, I cannot reminisce anything."
The man gasped and thought, "Is she suffering from memory loss? Surely she must be, or else she would recognize me as Kabir's cousin, Karan."
The woman shrieked, "Why are there burns on my body!?"
The man suggested, "Okay woman... what you need to do is get a life and create a fresh new start. At least can you tell me what do you want to become? I mean profession."
The lady answered, "I don't know. But I guess, I always wanted to become a doctor."
The man thought, "It would be foolish to ask her about her educational background... I will just take her to a university offering this job, and there they can access her academic ability."
The man proposed, "Let me take you to a place where I can make you a dream come true."
The woman asked, "Then what are you waiting for?" Both of them slipped away and went over to the Granzreich university to get the lady enrolled and find her career path.
At the institution, the examiner consulted with Karan and commenced Brunia's testing, and the time limit was 5 hours. After two and a half hours, Brunia concluded the examination quickly, and the examiner marked it and was astonished to ascertain 100%! She inquired, "Miss, I have never seen such academic excellence in my life! Aren't you Princess Brunia? Why would you come to a place like this, wouldn't you rather be a Queen in the Vermillion nation?"
The lady answered, "I don't really know why you guys are calling me a Princess, and I don't remember my name or my past. I don't even know which university I attended, but it seems like I am retaining the knowledge. Since everyone thinks that I'm Brunia, I will be, for the time being. But I beg of you please don't call me 'Princess'; it's childish."
The examiner announced, "Fine by me. However, Prin-- I mean Brunia, with your grades; there are more placed other than Granzreich which is in search of a doctor like you, this place is too small for you to reach your full potential, so you will be sent to the kingdom of Ofdain, where the King and Queen are in search of a palace doctor who not only serves to the royal family but to everyone in the kingdom."
Karan asked, "But won't that be tiresome for Brunia?" The examiner placed her hand on Brunia's shoulder and responded, "This test score speaks a lot about you, Brunia. If you weren't qualified to handle more than a hundred patients every day, then I wouldn't hook you up for this."
Brunia replied, "Then I will try to make the most of it."
Two days later, Brunia arrived at The Tuliplands Royal palace of the Ofdain kingdom to build a future of herself. The King, Queen, and the young Prince of the country stood at the palace gates to greet their new physician. The carriage stopped in front of the entrance, and Brunia descended from the vehicle to witness the new bright and shining faces waiting for her.
She approached them and addressed while bowing, "Your Majesties of Ofdain, it is an incredible honor to have this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity bestowed upon me. I won't let you down and will do the best I can."
The King smiled and responded, "We are thrilled to have you, dear. Now lift up your head and let us see our new doctor's beautiful face."
Brunia lifted up her head, which surprised the King and Queen.
The King squealed, "Such a young doctor!? And Noreena, am I the only one who thinks that she somewhat resembles you?"
The Queen came closer, observed Brunia's facial features, and pulled her into a firm embrace!
Brunia asked, "Is this how you welcome doctors in your country, Your Majesties?"
The King asked in curiosity, "Noreena, why are you hugging this girl? Are you both acquainted?"
All that could come out of the Queen's mouth was, "Ayesha, is that you?"
Brunia responded, "I-I don't know who I really am. But I can say for sure that the names, 'Ayesha' and 'Noreena' are the two names that I don't why I remember."
The Queen squealed with tears in he eyes, "Zibiah, our daughter came back to us!"
The King's eyes widened as he carefully glanced Brunia and asked, "Hey umm... can you reminisce anything from your past?"
Brunia closed her eyes, and only one thing popped up in her mind, she said, "I can only recollect someone telling me this, 'I am showing this safe to you because I have a lot of valuable possessions locked up in here that are going to be yours someday. The day you were born was the happiest day of my life, so baby girl, the password of this safe is 220102; that's your birthday.'"
The Queen whimpered with tears of joy, "Oh my god! You are our daughter! Iqbal said those exact same words to Ayesha when she turned five!"
Brunia asked in perplexion, "Your Majesties, I clearly don't understand any of this. Why do I know these things? Who am I?"
The Queen replied, "You are our daughter, please call us mother and father. Let us go inside and discuss the matter at hand. You deserve to know."
The Queen narrated the same story as the apparition of Iqbal at the Khan's Dark Manor. Brunia was shaken at this and responded, "I'm sorry, I just don't remember any of this. But I don't know why I believe that it's true. So, you both are my biological parents?"
The King and Queen shared a glance of grief, and after a few moments of silence, the Queen spoke, "I am incredibly sorry, Ayesha. I wasn't a good mother, I was never around. It is not what it looks like that I married him for obtaining the position as Queen. I didn't even know what he was a Prince until the wedding. His parents accepted me even though they knew that I wasn't ready for royal life. Iqbal was wealthy, I loved him, but he always broke my heart by behaving violently after returning from work under the influence of alcohol. I couldn't watch my children seeing me cry or being unhappy. I had nowhere to go, I met your father years later, and fell in love with him. And when he proposed me, I couldn't say no, I wanted you to think good about Iqbal as he raised you up but it turns out, he was merely greedy for your powers. Today, you don't possess them even though, history states that you and the person who you adore the most in this world will inherit it. I realized that I made a huge mistake, and I thought that he killed you along with your twin brothers, and as I saw you at the palace gates today, I was overjoyed to see you alive, that is the truth. We both completely understand if you're mad at us and don't wish to forgive what we did. It's not like we don't want you back, it's just that we don't deserve you."
Brunia took a deep breath and spoke unflinchingly; shining with confidence, "Mother and father, we all are aware that we have a limited amount of time on this planet, and we also know that I have spent 16 years away from my parents and I finally got the opportunity to be with you. Though I don't remember anything, I think it is surmised to say that I don't have time to be angry at you. I get frustrated, I go away, and when I'm on my deathbed and as my consciousness wavers, I would wish that I would have taken the chance to talk things out with you, and would regret it. We all have one life, and it is ours alone, so we should live it as we please because....." Brunia trails off as she pictured the woman and man who have taught her this lesson; images of that woman and man with her flashed in her mind, she then continued with tears in her eyes, "Because it's the only one we're going to get..."
Suddenly the door flung open with the young Prince at the entrance squealing, "Mommy and daddy, I made new friends of my age, can I ask them to come in please?"
Brunia asked softly while weeping, "Is this, my brother?"
The King answered, "Yes, indeed. Your twins are alive in this single body."
Brunia inquired, "What is that supposed to mean?"
The King introduced, "Ayesha, meet our son, Prince Ardun, who is currently in our lives representing the twins Abdul and Arman respectively."
Brunia asked, "If Ardun is a Prince and my brother, does that mean that I'm a Princess?"
The King replied, "Yes, that is who you really are, no matter where you go."
Ardun pouted and asked again, "Mommy, can I request them to enter the room or not?"
The Queen replied, "Sure, my dear." The two tiny figures entered the room and greeted the King and Queen. As they lifted their heads, they were shocked to see Brunia in front of them.
Brunia's eyes widened with recognition, she shrieked, "You guys are the one who taught me lessons!"
The male figure questioned, "Princess Brunia, what are you doing here!?" It turned out to be none other than Professor Heine and Professor Heidi, whom Brunia forgot their memories together which she merely started recollecting now.
Professor Heidi asked, "Granzreich is looking for you! Why are you here?"
The Queen asked, "Who is Princess Brunia?!"
Professor Heidi replied, "The girl standing beside you is a runaway!"
Brunia shouted, "HOW CAN I BE A RUNAWAY WHEN I DON'T REMEMBER ANYTHING!!!?"
The Queen affirmed, "And by the way, this isn't Princess Brunia, she is my daughter, Ayesha!"
Both the Professor glanced at each other with realization and asked, "Ayesha, you say?"
Professor Heidi stated, "Your Majesties, may we speak with you in private?" The King and Queen approved and had a long discussion with the Professors and eventually came to a conclusion that they will be staying with Princess Brunia and will only take her to Granzreich after she reminisces everything. The biological parents remain powerless regarding her custody since the adoption paperwork was with Viktoria Von Vermillion, the Queen of the Vermillion realm. So regardless of their feelings, they had to send her back eventually but promised that they would figure out a way for the paperwork to be done and ask for their daughter back. Only destiny and God who was deciding the fate, knew whether this desire of the King and Queen would come true or not.
*IN CUMSTA*
There was an expected knock on the door of Michael and his companions' residence. Michael answered the door and responded, "Well... it did take you long enough. You asked for our help, and we are fulfilling your favor for a purpose, hope you didn't forget about that."
The man at the door replied, "Don't worry, I haven't. And I hope that you haven't forgotten the fact that this could change your lives forever, and it would affect your reputation and the images of all kingdoms involved. You agreed with the confirmation that you guys are aware of what is going to happen and chose this route yourselves."
Michael nodded with approval and called his companions outside. The man said, "Come along now, the future of the Granzreich kingdom is waiting for you."
