Plans

The drive to the store was very quiet. They said very little to each other. "We're here."

The store only had three other people, and the cashier. Jin and Seo-yeon headed to the drink isle.

"Do you have a preference of drink?" Jin asked, geniunely wanting to know more about her. He had to admit that he didn't know what to say in the truck, and let the moment pass. He could tell she was feeling shy, and he didn't want to add to that.

"Any soft drink is fine. I'm not a big drinker."

"Alright, let's take this and this"

"Are you guys not from here?" Seo-yeon surprised Jin with this question. It confirmed that she didn't know who they were, and that her curiousity was getting the best of her. He smiled underneath the mask, excited that she wasn't a reporter as Yoongi feared.

"No, we usually live in Seoul."

"Usually?"

"We travel a lot, but that's were we can be found when we're not on the road."

Seo-yeon nodded to this statement, 'I guess they're business men. That would explain the fancy beach house, and location of their home.'

After purchasing, they got back into the car. Just as they began driving, Seo-yeon surprised him again with another question.

"Are you guys business partners?"

"Yeah, you could say that."

"I'm sorry for asking so many questions. You know a little bit about me. Occupation, and my hometown."

"No apologies necessary. You're more than welcome to ask anything you want."

"Are you normally this friendly with strangers?" Jin laughed. 'Wow, she and Yoongi have something in common,' he thought. It's no secret that his habit of befriending strangers annoys Yoongi, so this was a little funny to Jin.

"Unfortunately, yes. Yoongi loves and hates that quality in me. Says that I need to be more cautious, and aware of the people I'm befriending."

"He's right. What if I was a psychopath, and you just invited me to your place?"

"Are you?"

"No."

"Then nothing to worry about."

She continued to stare at his profile. She had never met someone so carefree, and openly friendly. He didn't come off as a threat, so she figured she would try to relax. They finally arrived at the beach house.

"We're back!" Jin happily announced. The smell of sizzling beef filled the house. Yoongi and Kang Dae were setting the coffee table, as the two walked in. They set the food, and prepped the drinks. Seo-yeon was about to take a bite of food, when Jin removed his mask. Her chopsticks froze midway to her mouth. 'Oh my God, he's way more attractive than I thought he would be.' Jin nervously glanced at her, checking to see if she recognized him. He kept his hat on, hoping that they wouldn't recognize who they were. Some ounce on a normal life, was all he hoped for on this trip.

"Wow, hyung Jin, you could be a model." Kang Dae gasped. Normally, he'd boast at this comment, but he kept his eyes on Seo-yeon, waiting for her reaction. She ate her food, and nodded shyly in agreement. He let out a small breath of relief. Even Yoongi seemed to relax, as it was obvious these two were not avid fans.

"I don't think the world is ready to handle this face," he jokingly said. The tension in Seo-yeon, Jin and Yoongi lifted, and they found themselves smiling.

"So what have you guys been doing while vacationing here?" Seo-yeon changed the topic, hoping to avoid attention to Jin. She found it even more difficult to make eye contact, and his constant staring wasn't helping.

"Mostly fishing," Yoongi answered, "We've visited some of the shops, and swam a bit..."

"When do you plan on going home?" This question came from Kang Dae. It was evident that he really liked them, and wanted to stay in touch. The two men glanced at each other, knowing that staying in touch with friends outside of their group was difficult. Not many people like to hang out, or infringe on their lives, as they claim when they turn down their invitations to get together. Some can't handle the publicity that came with being their friends, and often drifted away. It was one of the many reasons Jin doesn't hesitate to make a friend when the chance arrives.

"We're staying for three more days."

"We should have dinner before you go." Kang Dae stated, which came out as if he was pleading.

"Sure. That wouldn't be so bad. I actually was hoping to visit your shop," Jin directed this to Seo-yeon who blinked rapidly in surprise, "I want to see some of your work. You looked like you got some great shots of the couple earlier, and I'm sure you would have got even better ones last week, you know, if you hadn't almost fell."

Kang Dae laughed, "Is THAT how you guys met?" Everyone joined Kang Dae in laughter, recalling the moment. The night continued with laughter and food.

****Later that evening****

The group was sitting on the patio, overlooking the ocean, while leting the food settle in their very, full stomachs. They all talked about random interests, from book to hobbies. Jin and Yoongi were relieved, and slightly disappointed that BTS wasn't named when it came to music, and instead preferred single artists than groups were mentioned. That didn't eliminate that they didn't know who they were.

"It's really late. We should head out. I have to study for a big exam."

"Thank you for inviting us over. I had a fun night." Seo-yeon and Kang Dae were escorted to their car by Jin. Yoongi bid them farewell and entered the house. Jin, being the host, offered to walk them out. He stayed outside watching the car drive away. He smiled to himself, remembering the jokes, and how much fun it was to be able to hang out with new friends. He thinks of Seo-yeon's laugh, and his smile widens. 'She's very pretty when she smiles.'

He watches as the car disappears into the distance, then makes his way back upstairs.
