The Deathly Hallows

Trenton noticed that Hermonie was in a state of living dead, still conscious and alive, but no longer motivated to do anything. Seeing this before he feared the worst as others before would often take their own lives.

Talking to her seemed to help, but it was only a momentary relief as she quickly returned to her usual state. This made Trenton very sad as he found that he was truly in love with her, the way she smiled when he managed to catch her off guard with a joke she enjoyed. The way her mind worked when problem-solving, her lovely voice, she was also a big reader like he was, and not to mention she was beautiful.

He decided he would help her, he would find a way to make things right again, but for that, he would need something powerful, something everyone seems to forget about, he would need the deathly hallows.

He could understand why many didn't put much thought into it cause who would believe an entity like death was real and for some inexplicable reason created objects of power for mortals to use.

Trenton however was of the muggle world and realized how special magic was, he didn't understand why others couldn't believe death existed, there were after all many magical creatures out there.

He easily found the broken pieces of the wand which surprised him as he thought at least one other would have had the same thoughts after reading Harmonies book or did they all really think that you could just snap a wand made by death and it would be rendered useless. He figured at least a wandmaker would try and find it at the very least just to gamble, but he guessed luck was on his side.

When he thought further on it, he realized Hermonie didn't directly mention in the books what they were. He only knew of it because of putting the pieces together from his talks with Hermonie as well as having read the books before.

After Harry snapped the wand and threw it over, he lost his rights as the owner, so when Trenton put the two pieces together, he could instantly feel the wand gratefully accepting him as it's new master.

The resurrection stone was far more difficult to find and this was not in the books, he learned of it through his talks with Hermonie as she learned it from Harry who dropped it randomly in the forest.

It took a little over a year to find it as he combed the forbidden forest.

The last one was the trickiest to get for it was in the hands of Harry Potter who would likely not give it up.

Trenton looked to the cottage Harry and his family stayed at wondering how powerful he was. He defeated the dark lord who was supposed to someone impressive, but Trenton had his doubts as he realized the dark lord was unhinged and at an all-time low after splitting his souls up and then having them destroyed one by one, not to mention he was using a wand that didn't accept him.

Trenton started walking towards the house but didn't get very far as Harry came out with his wand drawn.

"Trenton, what brings you here?" Harry asked with narrowed eyes, he never felt good about this man and didn't like the fact he was close to Hermonie who he should be taking care of at his home but wasn't allowed mostly due to the efforts of this man.

Trenton shrugged- "I was in the neighborhood and thought I would say hello, what's with the hostility Potter?"

Harry sneered- "As if I would believe that, tell me what you want or leave."

Ginny peeked out to see what was wrong- "Harry?" she called out with concern, seeing how tense he was with his wand drawn.

Harry turned ushering her back inside- "It's nothing to worry about, go back inside and watch the kids."

Ginny taking a glance at Trenton who she knew was strong after hearing the way he took care of her family could only nod,- "Alright, just be careful, I don't want any spells flying towards the house." she said still fully confident in everything Harry.

Trenton smirked at that which irked Harry.

Harry waiting for Ginny to leave he turned back and asked again,- "So?"

Trenton decided to get on with it- "I challenge you to a duel, if I win you give me the invisible cloak and if you win I will no longer interfere with you visiting Hermonie."

Harry frowned hearing that he was after the cloak and then tensed at hearing her name before snapping back at him- "You can't prevent me from seeing my friend!"

Trenton snapped back- "Would a friend allow that to happen!"

Harry seeing this was going to get personal waved his wand to prevent the noise from entering the house so Ginny wouldn't come running out to defend her family.

Harry argued- "I would never have let that happen if I knew about it!"

He didn't sound very convincing though.

Trenton- "I saw you the day you first visited, I saw how angry and sad you were... (he paused before continuing with venom in his voice)... But I also saw unsurprised you were."

Harry flinched at the accusation but remained silent unsure of what to say.

Trenton snorted at his silence- "Enough of this, I can at least see you regret not keeping a closer eye on them, none of this matters now, I'm not here to talk about what could be different, I'm here for the cloak."

Harry sighing asked- "Why do you want the cloak?"

Trenton- "To help Hermonie."

Harry confused asked- "How will it help Hermonie?"

Trenton with stoic face- "I can't tell you, just know that it will." he said trying to resolve this peacefully. He couldn't exactly tell him what he planned because it would undoubtedly affect Harry's life who would most likely fight him to the death to prevent it.

Harry contemplated what he should do.

Trenton seeing his confliction thought it was a good chance to prevent a fight- "If it makes it easier just think of it as gambling on helping a friend to get better... You still think of her as a friend don't you?" he asked trying to drive it home.

Harry scowled- "Of course I'm still her friend, I would never have allowed that to happen if I saw it!"

Trenton didn't want to argue as he stayed silent.

After a long silence, Harry sighed again- "I'll go get it."
