I decided to text Knight, knowing he was the only person who could get me out of this situation. How, I had no idea. That was his headache. I just needed away from the shouts and the bell ringing that was giving me anxiety. So much noise all at once wasn't good. Not at all.

SOMETHING IS WRONG

I didn't think he'd even read those messages because I knew what a busy day today was for him but he surprised me by calling not even a minute later. I immediately picked up, clutching the phone to my ear.

His breathing was ragged on the other end. "What happened?"

All I could do was weep, so happy to hear his voice. I already knew everything was going to be just fine. He would help me out. Just like he always did.
