General POV
In an underground section of Hogwarts, a gloomy atmosphere can be found residing in its place. Two furious professors, one ashamed Headmaster and two innocent students, nothing can get any more worse than that. "Albus! Why don't you just went ahead and directly incapacitate him," you know it's true, don't mess with an angry witch. "I can't believe that has happened, no one can apparate in or out of Hogwarts, not even it's own Headmaster."
"He can't have made himself invisible can he?" an inflamed voice travelled upto Dumbledore's ears, "If he would still be here, invisible nonetheless, the magical alarm I put would've still rung inside my head and there's no ringing," Dumbledore exasperatedly explained. He's tired, the Philosopher's Stone is gone, and Nicholas will be enraged by this.
"Does that mean that he what!? Successfully figured out apparation in Hogwarts!" Mcgonagall grudgingly yelled out in Dumbledore's poor ears. "And what are you doing here! Miss Granger! Mister Potter! You two had better give me a reasonable explanation!"
"We thought Snape is going to steal the Stone tonight, so we sneaked out to prevent Snape from stealing the Stone!" Harry voiced out, looking down to the ground feeling down, blaming himself for the stolen Philosopher's Stone. "Excuse me Potter, it's Professor! 20 points for being impolite Potter!" Harry can't help but shudder from Snape's gaze.
"And you think it's a good idea to go inside forbidden grounds!" Mcgonagall roared towards the pitiful duo lying on the ground. "What would Nicholas Flamel think of this event!" This time, Dumbledore got the brunt of it. It's already late and Dumbledore won't excuse another shout at his ears, he'll go deaf.
"Most likely, he'll kill me for not being responsible with the stone and do you know that he took 30 years snooping around the Hussite Wars for blood to create the stone! HUH! He'll kill me!" Dumbledore hollered on Mcgonagall's face, shutting the witch up, it's been a while since she has seen Dumbledore being awfully mad.
Dumbledore went to Quirrel's corpse, flipping it over to inspect anymore injuries, he caught the face behind the face, no doubt Voldemort's, "Harry my boy, is it Voldemort," Dumbledore gave a tired look at Harry in which he responded with a nod. Dumbledore groaned finally groaned after transfiguring Quirrel's body into a small silver cup.
Dumbledore left the area as soon as that's over, walking up the steps with silence, the usual fun aura not present around him again. "50 points from each of you and you three will be serving detention with Professor Snape until the end of the year."
"And 105 points each for showing bravery in trying too protect the stone from evil," Mcgonagall sighed before walking away with a sneering Professor Snape.

Dumbledore had just finished writing a letter, hoping that the recepient would not instantly kill him once the news was told. "Fawkes, bring this letter to Nicholas," Fawkes chirped before disappearing in flames. Dumbledore sighed again, who knows how many sighs and how many papers it took to write the perfect letter, hoping that the old man would come see him on this "emergency situation".
Silently waiting for his doom, fiery green appeared on a nearby fireplace, a sickly thin old man dressed in white vintage lab coat came out. One could mistake him as a corpse, being immortal must not be very pleasant.
"What's going on Albus, I received your emergency," an equally sickly voice emerged, speaking impeccably fluent British, one wouldn't know he's French.
"You do receive a letter concerning the Stone's vault being robbed a year ago?" Dumbledore gave a nervous question, you don't see the Greatest British Wizard being nervous so often.
"Oh, you mean the owl I burned to ashes," it seemed more of a statement rather than a question. "Your burned the owl?" Dumbledore raised an eyebrow, killing a Gringotts' owl will earn you a fine of 50 galleon which is not cheap for the average wizard. "Well the owl flew into my experiment, which caused half my manor being burned to ashes, I haven't even figured out whose owl that is. Gringotts' sure need a much trained owl."
"So you're clueless for the fact that your precious stone is almost stolen 1 year ago," Dumbledore looked silently at the pristine black eyes staring back at him, despite being over 600 years old, Nicholas Flamel's young adventurous eyes have never changed. "Why yes, so why am I here?"
"You remember me telling you that I'm borrowing the Stone for a year," Flamel nodded for a second before urging Dumbledore to continue. "What's the hold out," Flamel kept on urging Dumbledore.
Dumbledore looked like a small girl that is contemplating on whether to lie or tell the truth. "Your stone is stolen," what came out was a silent whisper, "Pardon me," Flamel stated out, not hearing what Dumbledore has to say. "I said that your stone is stolen," Dumbledore said with a slightly louder voice this time.
"Oh, well that is quite the security breach Albus, what happened," Flamel seemed way too calm for a man that found out his one source of Immortality is stolen. "Why aren't you the least bit mad?" Dumbledore can't believe his eyes, either his master is having silent rage or he's just that calm.
"I've never really explained how much Philosopher's Stones I've amassed over the years have I," Dumbledore looked absolutely scandalized, what did he just hear, Nicholas has more than one stone!? "You'd expect me to have a spare, can't just have one Stone where it's likely to be stolen.I gained more than 40000 bodies worth of blood in Suleiman I's campaign of 1529, and with that, I created 10 more Philosopher's Stone."
Dumbledore stared on in shock, what did he just hear, 10 Philosopher's Stone, he must be getting senile. "Sorry, I believe I've wrongly heard the amount," Dumbledore said calmly. "I believe I said 10 Dumbledore," Dumbledore resumed looking like a shocked bunny that met a hungry fox.
"Oh come on Dumbledore, what happened?" Flamel can't take anymore of this, he needs to know the truth, although he's used to the way Dumbledore talks which is never getting to the main point, Flamel still thinks that how Dumbledore talks will result in someone killing him, alas Dumbledore never listens.
"A man named Crynn Avter stole the Stone."
