[Welcome back human and congratulations for being the first out of all to complete a hard mission. For that, you'll receive the title, Hardcore. Equiping the title in your title slot would earn you a 10% increase in luck and endurance.]

I haven't even reacted to anything and the voice had already shared out its opinion. And what does it mean the first out of all, I thought I'm alone here. "What do you mean, first out of all?" I asked out to the blank room, could it be, I'm not really alone after all.

[You're merely a chosen contestant of the Christian Pantheon, each Pantheon currently has one contestant each, the Greek-Roman Pantheon, Egyptian Pantheon, Norse Pantheon, Japanese Pantheon, Chinese Pantheon, Indian Pantheon and finally the Buddhist Pantheon. The voice said contestants which mean we're all competing and for different pantheons at that. "Don't you mean the Catholic Pantheon?" I remember that the Christian Pantheon is not really a thing as the Catholics are the ones with a hefty amount of mythology under them.

[You shan't mistake the Christian Pantheon to the Catholic Pantheon. Make no mistake, the Catholic Pantheon is ruled completely by Lord YHWH while the Christian Pantheon is directly under the Catholic Pantheon largely controlled by Lord Christ.]

Wait a minute, I thought God and Jesus were one same entity, this is confusing but I guess I can take the explanation. "How about the Sumerian Pantheon or the Aztecs or even the celts?" The voice only told about 8 pantheons, what about the others.

[The Sumerians, Aztecs, Celts and other unlisted Pantheons are not under the direct control of the council of Gods. Although they are not considered as a main Pantheon, they still have high speaking power and their might is not to be underestimated.]

There's even a council of Gods, what have brought me into this mess. I thought that I'm just jumping worlds to Heaven and it turns out that I'm 'chosen' and I might have to fight other 'chosens'. "Can you explain the hierarchy of gods," I need my questions answered, it's not everyday you get to ask real questions about the gods. I'm still interested despite being an atheist myself.

[The Hierarchy of Gods start from the top Pyramid, the High Council, commanded by, The Pure Ones, Lord Pangu, Lord Nuwa, Lord YHWH, Lord Ra, Lord Kronos, Lord Ymir, Lord Devi, Lord Izanagi and Lord Izanami. Under the High Council is the Council, ruled by Jade Emperor, Lord Buddha, Lord Christ, Lord Zeus, Lord Odin, Lord Osiris and the Trimurti.]

[If you haven't yet known, a lot of mythology on Earth is a lie. And a lot of Gods felt frustrated and aggrieved because of this issue. Lord Zeus is not a drama queen and certainly never a rapist, he's a polygamist. Lord Lucifer is never a devil, he just rules over catholic hell. Most aggrieved one being Lord Christ as a lot of passed souls thought he's Lord YHWH which is not true. One thing to take notice is that Greeks are not Rapist, they're one of the happiest Godly Families around and Kronos never ate his sons.]

Wait you mean that everything's a lie, well that takes things into another term. "Why don't the Gods just change the Mythologies then?" A good question from me, I'm a smart man and if I'm ever hoaxed in a story, I will certainly change that.

[The Gods can't interfere with the main world directly and I'll have to explain what I meant by that. Earth is a direct Main World in which the Gods can't speed time, slow time or stop time. While the worlds such as the one you've been to are called sub-world.]

[Sub-worlds are worlds that the Gods found and cultivate, even though they still can't directly interfere they can stop time, speed time and slow time. They however could channel tiny bits of energy known as their fate to the world. That's what made religion in the first place. People getting the fate and praising the God in which he got his fate from.]

Well that explained things. "Are there anything else you'd like to say," I questioned the voice for any confirmation.

[The shop is still unavailable and appraisal unlocked. Between-world appraisal costs 500 Mission Merits and Off-world appraisals costs 1000 Mission Merit, to open Title, just think of the word and to open Inventory, also think of the word. Inventory can only store rewards earned or bought and not taken. We'll meet next time human and if everything's well, you would meet a new companion after this next world.]

The ethereal voice disappeared right after. I guess this is it, I saw the same 'World Slot Machine' and a new Lottery Spin Wheel right beside it. A shop terminal can also be noticed but sadly a close sign is what it is right now. Ok time to check my rewards, I got two titles apparently. The Hardcore Title would surely be useful. Hmm, how about the Spider Slayer.

Well, I guess the only thing really useful is the 10% speed increase the rest are all too specific and I don't know where I'm going to encounter any bugs in the first place.

Ok, a Hard Reward Box and a Lottery Chance. This is fantastic, I'll be able to play the lottery instantly after the mission ends. In seconds, I'm standing right in front of the Lottery Wheel. A screen with two buttons appeared before my eyes, a yes or no. Without a doubt, instant yes pressed.

The Lottery started spinning and i can't help but marvel at the speed of the wheel, I wait in excitement. 'My first lottery! What am I going to get!' I started grinning goofily.

It's coming to a stop! And it landed in a purple slot!
