Spencer Memorial Hospital

General POV

"Fucking Shit! Calian!" Jill got up and immediately knelt back down to check up on Calian's condition. And dare I, the narrator say, it's not looking good at all. The least of a whole lot things to worry about is his cut neck and the worst is the Nemesis' Tyrant virus infecting further and deeper into his body, which would lead to some... unbearable complications.

"We need to wrap the neck!" Mikhail hastily reached for his pocket and pulled out an unused napkin, firmly tying it and applying pressure to the neck. "No one would collapse in an instant from a wounded neck!" Mikhail wiped the sweat perspiring from the top of his temple, it's been a hell of a day for him, Jill and our unconscious victim.

"What could we do!" Jill's worry is practically radiating from her, Calian having saved her multiple times really increased Jill's opinion of him and the extent of their relationship. "We need to get him to the hospital! If my guess is right, then he's currently infected! Only Dr. Bard's vaccine could cure him!" Mikhail talked rapidly, squatting down to carry Calian up his shoulders.

"The hospital is just behind the clocktower!" Jill pointed down the street, a white building with a red cross and a lot of ambulances stood in the spot with the words 'Spencer Memorial Hospital' hung elegantly on the rood of the building. "What are we waiting for!" There are no zombies along the way, just cars and cars and cars and an empty street.

"Carlos! Shit! Come in!" Jill swore through her tiny radio, still anxious and so angry. "Calm down, Jill! What happened again!" The word 'again' clearly symbolizes just how many times Calian and Jill shouted on the radio to the point that Carlos has nothing more to say than 'What Happened?'. "The f*cker happened! Calian is hurt!"

"What?! Where are you?!" See! Carlos isn't even asking about the 'f*cker' anymore because he already simply knew just how often the Nemesis 'died' and 'revived' that its no longer relevant in his sentences! "We're right in front of the hospital!" And Jill shut her radio, Spencer Memorial Hospital, founded by the Spencer Foundation, most would argue the hospital as the United States' most advanced medical facility.

And they're not wrong, they're just unsuspecting of just how much illegal research and development goes beneath this very proud health institution. Below it, the NEST-2 unlike the NEST which focuses on the Golgotha virus, leans more into vaccine research and cure development but of course, it also explores biological experimentations and weaponry.

Why haven't anyone notice the dubious nature of the hospital? That's easy to answer, cause Raccoon City is entirely owned by a corrupt mayor, with a corrupt police chief, both bought out by Umbrella, you never knew just how easy it is to buy cities in bulk, and Umbrella has an excess of it. "This is the creepiest hospital I've ever set my eyes on."

Mikhail shuddered as he entered the front glass door of the hospital, there's no blood on the floor, everything is as sterile as any hospital reception. But if you look closely, you'd see disarranged chairs, benches, paper everywhere, glass shards, paper clips, you name it, everywhere! Only adding to the feeling is the constant near-quiet groans of the zombies inside the hospital.

"It has seen better days," Jill remarked silently as she surveyed the mess around the area and Mikhail muttered a "Sure is," beneath his breathe. They went through a green door on the side to a room with window shutters, a telephone, a radio, a hanging television, and a hospital bed. Laying Calian onto it, Jill rechecked her ammunition and socketed her combat knife.

She heard Calian shifting next to her as she turned her head. Calian, such a poor fellow, was in constant pain as his veins bulged every once in a while and his head shaking around with a constant stream of cold sweat. "Don't worry, Calian. I promise I'll get the vaccine." Jill mumbled and placed her hand on top of his cold and trembling one.

Softly reassuring him even if he couldn't feel the touch. "Are we ready to go!" Mikhail looked as hell ready to fire himself to a battle! His fierce look along with all the equipment packing under and on him, no one would take this guy as a joke and he certainly isn't. "Right," Jill drew a deep breathe and went out the door, resolve clouded her eyes as she remembered the agent whom has saved her more times than anyone has.

"Which door?" It seems Jill and Mikhail has arrived at their first obstacle! A chained door on the left behind the reception table or the clear-to-open door on the right. "This door," Jill pushed open the right door and behind it, another door! I guess that's unsurprising for hospitals as Jill and Mikhail went through the second door and found themselves in a registration room.

"Three dead undead, shotgunned on the head," Mikhail looked down in front of some benches where three zombies had their heads morphed by 3 respective shotgun shots, precisely done. "Someone's here?" Jill asked as her full body is shone by the bright blue light of a nearby vending machine selling Umbrella mineral water, what a farce!

"Fresh! Stay vigilant," Mikhail opened a door and aimed his rifle left and right, no one is in sight. "Clear," he motioned for Jill to come through as they arrived themselves on a pretty messed up corridor. On the left side, no walls but a large window peering into a small garden and on the right side are walls with a bit of a blood splatter around and a dead female zombie on the floor with some Umbrella propaganda posters stuck up it.

Jill moved first to a corner and swirled around going quickly from the first corridor to the second corridor, the woman's fast in clearing as she slowly approached the only accessible door in the end of the corridor. She met eyes with Mikhail and he nodded, both approaching the door in big strides. "F*ck you!" A ragged voice came from beyond the door, stopping Jill's attempt in opneing it, a familiar character perhaps?

"I know that voice," Jill whispered towards Mikhail and abruptly opened the door and aimed guns into it. "Jill?!" The man looked back towards the sudden bash of opening doors as his face morphed into one of shock!

"Kendo?!"
