Goro Takemura

Crynn POV

"Where is the toilet!" Thompson screeched loudly as his voice echoes in the 'empty' staff corridor. "Don't worry, you'll be all fine," I pronounced as my hand swiped down from above, hitting Thompson's back neck with force, removing his consciousness right there and then. "That's strong, not afraid to break his spinal cord?" Aria smiled as Thompson fell into the ground.

"Well done, that went just as smooth as what Jill expected it to go," Calian came out of a corner, his hand holding onto a metal pipe in which he promptly threw to the ground, "Not that I needed it anymore when the job's done," he pointed to Thompson lying still on the floor, cheeks twitching, fingers wiggling.

"V, Jill," Aria called out as the other two popped out of their hiding spots. "Ok, good job, Now, I only need to extract the information I need from his mind and we can leave this hotel for good, that counts together to this city as well," Jill prepared her digital pad, a few cables, a full keyboard and a mouse.

"V, long time no see," out of nowhere, someone greeted us from behind with a killing intent flavored in a Japanese accented tongue as we all turned around to hear a slight swear escape V. What or who was standing right now, right in front of us is exactly the one man V wouldn't want to meet in this hotel, it's the Arasaka CEO's bodyguard who has some sort of relation with V.

"Goro... Hahaha... long time no see? Is Hanako-sama well?" V nervously uttered, scratching the back of her head, trying to look as small as possible ahead of the bodyguard with a towering presence. "Ah yes, she has certainly been better than ever, your assault on Night City's Arasaka Tower is extremely economically disadvantageous to Arasaka yet gave Hanako-sama the final push to be able to dethrone Yorinobu even if it meant fooling everyone of to think of her death."

"And as much as I dislike Militech for all its exploits, we are now business partners, and business partners must show their trust, starting from apprehending a bunch of mercenaries caught red handed with an insensate high ranking Militech officer," Goro, I think that's his name, declared as he unsheathed his katana strapped beside his waist.

"So, V? You're good with swords? Good enough to beat him?" I questioned as Takemura Goro made his stance, his position masterful and professional, this man is a real expert unlike I who only got my sword skills from a book, without practice, without even peering into its contents. "Should be able to," V said, her eyes currently pinned on the bodyguard.

"That's enough for me," I quickly reached into my own inventory and fetched out one of my sabres without its sheathe or pair, lobbing into the air. Catching it, V did a pose of her own, exuding skillful bearing. "I've never used a sabre before, any tips?" V managed to say in the tense situation much more exciting than a Mexican stand-off.

"Just keep your blades forward and finish this preferably without inflicting any visible harm to the opposite party," because we don't want people looking and questioning why the bodyguard has got multiple bloodied scars from my sabre after we erased his memory. What came next is shocking, fast and comedic.

From my peripheral side vision, I can clearly notice a very normal umbrella appear on Calian's hands as a bolt of blue was opened fire from the tip. My eye could barely make out what it is as I only see a cylindrical shape and a flash, said projectile had already made it just one centimeter next to the bodyguard's shoe.

Next, the blue light shone brighter as sparks broke off and a shout was heard next, a shout so loud, it made me cover my ears as my eyes stay concentrated on the bodyguard, currently being electrocuted to hell and back and back to hell and back and so on, I've never really felt what was really the brunt of electricity besides the few rare occurrences of electrolytes in the body but seeing this, I wouldn't want to be electrocuted in forever.

"What are you all staring at me like that for?" And he dare ask that, I won't pretend to be very heroic or honorable but he just intervened and destroyed the opponent before their duel even remotely began. I mean, they began pacing around slowly but that's not considered a start to the duel.

"We can't kill him, we can't visibly wound him, we can't possibly fight in here and so I opt for the best possible scenario I can think of, electrocute him and it worked fine as well," I suppose that works though I don't think Goro there can even stand up for the next hour or two which will be a big hassle.

"Thank you, I guess, don't need to fight him after all," V laughed skittishly as she handed me my sabre back, immediately storing it away. "So, ehm... I don't think he will be able to wake up from that big of a shock, so what do we do about him?" Aria rubbed her temple with a sigh, acting in a false headache.

"Don't worry I'll handle him. Just need to erase everything to the moment he walked in with Hanako Arasaka. And yes, he will be fine, I just need to restart his systems and subconsciously enable his adrenaline to be slightly pumped which will make him feel as if he was fine when he was actually not," okay, everything is under control, I am calm, I don't panick.

"How long for you to get all the info you need again?" I looked towards Jill as she knelt down with her digital pad, her right hand gripping a string of cable. "It won't take too long but I can't really estimate as well, time to dive in," well, take however long you need, because it will all turn out just fine.
