Eva goes touring around the square and she approaches some protestors, they get back from her, "don't be scared I won't harm you, john maybe scary but his intensions are good", Eva says while trying to not intimidate the protestors.
A woman protestor talks "if his intensions are good, why he doesn't ask the people before he signs accords with aliens"
Eva answers "he does what he thinks is the best for humanity, those accords will help us".
The protestor "help, whom? You think people don't know how powerful is the federation, we know about Eris, only john and the gods know, what kind of weapons we have in our disposal, he managed to make the grey to withdraw from the 150 light years around earth, that was before the establishment of the federation space force, so If he managed to defeated the grey like that, who knows what he will do to the lomonian if they attack, the only ones who get something are the Orenian".
Eva answers "I was with john on Orenia, they told us horror stories about the Lomonian, they have the power to wipe civilizations".
The protestor continues "so why he didn't put it on the vote of the congress, if he brought evidence, we would believe him, the problem with John that he does what he wants, without consoling the congress or the people".
Eva talks "look around you, this wouldn't exist without john's actions, if he waited to the politicians, we wouldn't have colonies on other stars right now".
The protestor replies " we don't say that john is bad, he is the best thing that humanity got in the last century, he built the colonies, ended wars and racism and made humanity a force in the galaxy, but as good he is, he does it without asking the people, we did what we did because we know he will come and hear us, he need to hear the people too and not only babysit us like toddlers, that why we protested because he isn't a politician, you thing we don't know that the governor wanted to send the military on us, and we also know that john prevented her from doing it, because he cares about people, and we saw that he heard us, as you and him are here".
The protestor starts to dissemble her signs and Eva helps her, while thinking about the thing she said to her.
Just before the protestor leaves, she tells "I hope that john can learn from you, to listen to others and not only play the rule of the babysitter of humanity".
After that Eva leave the square and she goes to a coffee shop where she sits and listens to the news talking about the protest and john's speech, from one side she sees john intensions, but from the other she feels the frustration the people feel, she continues to watch the news and then she sees that someone recorded her talk with the protestor, and they discussing about her, and before she understands she sees that everyone is looking at her, she decides to go back to the car and go back to john.
