Conclusion and New Problems

After that, we got to Panama, Nate and Sully went on to who knows where. Elena went back to New York with some of the footage that she retrieved, not knowing that the same footage will have some problems for me in the future, she also told me I could get a vacation. I went back home to New Zealand to get some rest. I called the SCP to retrieve the Golden coffin that was now under the seafloor. When they retrieved the artifact, they put it in some contain site somewhere in the world to study away for a cure to the curse. They also wanted to bring me back to SCP when they heard that Nathan and I found Eldorado, which I didn't accept.

Currently, I'm now back home in the living room, trying to watch the new show that Elena got approval to show The Uncharted reality TV show. But before I could see what she had done with some of the footage. My mom turned off the TV and looked at me with an angry look on her face. When I saw her fierce look, I realized I forgot to help out in the kitchen since I got a working bionic hand. I am now able to help out in the kitchen.

Mom: "JOSEPH MAIAVA, did you forget something," she said with a fierce look on her face. I just looked at her with a guilty look all over my face. "THEN GET BACK TO WORK!!" she yelled at me, but before she left, she paused and turned around to look at me. "Oh, by the way, Haruhime sends you a package with a letter, you should probably read it."

I went toward the mail pile on top of the cabinet in the living room and looked for Haurhime's mail and package. When I finally found her letter, I looked for an address to where it came from; to my surprise, it doesn't have a location. When I opened Hurhime's letter, I was surprised at what I had read.

Haruhime: "Dear Joseph, if you're reading this, it means you have gotten the package. I know you have some questions about where I am right now, but I have little time to explain to you about everything in this letter. The package contains all the information you need, so keep it safe. DON'T TRUST ANYONE…"

When I read the package, I felt goosebumps all around me, as if danger was coming right now. I looked at the packaging and unwrapped it. What I found was a book. When I tried reading the book, it all just seemed like gibberish to me. I asked Ava to help me understand the text.

Joseph: "Ava, can you scan this book and understand what this book contains." I said with a confused look on my face while trying to read Haruhime's book.

Ava: [Yes, Host, you just need to flip through pages, and I'll quickly scan the page.]

When I heard this, I quickly turned to the first page. When I did, I saw a percentage bar with one percent filled in that box. When I saw this, I knew what to do; I quickly flipped through the pages while seeing the percent bar going up. I eventually completed the book, and Ava told me the information on what the book contains.

Ava: [host, this is incomplete research for the location of the holy grail.]

When I listened to Ava's findings, I was going to ask her more questions but was interrupted by a phone call. I brought out my IDroid and looked at who is calling me, and I was surprised that Sgt. Brannan is calling me. I haven't talked to him since I joined the SCP, without thinking, I answer the call.

Joseph: "Hello, Sgt. Brannan, I haven't talked to you in years." I said with a surprised tone in my voice. "Why did you want to talk about Sgt. Brannan, you do know I'm retired from SCP." I said with a questioning tone in my voice.

Sgt. Brannan: "Yes, Joseph, my superiors wanted me to convince you to join SCP again," he said through the phone. With an annoyed look, I tried to deny Sgt. Brannan offered.

Joseph: "I told the others who wanted me to go back; I will not go back to…" before I could finish my words, I was interrupted by Sgt. Brannan.

Sgt. Brannan: "Joseph, we have information about Haruhime's disappearance." he said through the phone.

When Sgt. Brannan told me about Haruhime's disappearance, my body shakes in terror. I just realized why she sent her incomplete research to me. With terror in my voice, I ask a question to Sgt. Brannan.

Joseph: "Where is she? Where is Haurhime?" I said with desperation in my voice.

Sgt. Brannan stayed silent for a few minutes and answered my question.

Sgt. Brannan: "unfortunately, we could only tell you that she disappeared on an expedition; you have to join SCP again to get the full information of her disappearance." he said through the phone. When I heard him say that I need to join back again, I laughed my lungs out before switching to an angry and desperate look in my face.

Joseph: "Fine, I will Join SCP again," I said with an angry tone in my voice.

After hearing that I would join SCP again, he said his final words to me.

Sgt. Brannan: "Good, come back to SCP headquarters. We will tell you the information of Haruhime there." he said before hanging up the call.

I went towards the nearby wall, using my right arm punched as hard as I can towards the wall. When I took back my hands off the wall, I saw a dent and some blood on the wall. I look at my fist and see wounds coming from my knuckles.

Joseph: "FUUUCK!!!!" I coursed out loud out of anger. "FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!" I said fiercely at the wall as I repeatedly punched the wall until I punched through the wall. I looked at the book of Haruhime then went towards my room to pack up, ready to leave back to London.
