The Holy Grail Part 1

---Jonah pov---

I was working in the kitchen, cooking food for the restaurant. I was waiting for Joseph to take over the kitchen so I could rest for a bit. I saw Mom coming back from our home, connected to our restaurant. I asked mom where Joseph.

Jonah: "Mom, where's Joseph? He needs to take over the kitchen so that I can rest." I said while wiping off sweat from my forehead.

Mom: "He's coming; he just needs to read Haruhime's letter." she said with a smile on her face.

When I heard my mom say the Haruhime's letter, I just sighed. When my brother is going to ask Haruhime to be his girlfriend, sometimes my brother is pretty indecisive.

I went back to cooking when. We heard a big bang in our house, Mia, Mom and I went towards the living room to only see a dented wall with some blood in the middle of that dent. I was going to ask Joseph why he hit the wall but stopped midway as I saw my brother punched the wall repeatedly while coursing his lungs out. Joseph only stopped when he punched through the wall, which scares my Mom and Mia. Joseph went toward his room for a few moments and grabbed an unknown book off the table, then left the house.

Mia, Mom, and I ran toward Joseph to ask him where he was going.

Jonah: "hey, Joseph, where are you going, and what was the anger towards the wall for." I said with a worried look in my face.

When I looked at Joseph, he had a look that could kill a person. I only saw him staying quiet before opening his mouth to say something.

Joseph: "I'm going back to London," he said with dead eyes. I stayed silent as I watched him leave and take the truck towards the airport. I wanted to stop him, but that look in his eyes, his eyes looked like he'd reverted when he first came back home.

Jonah: "good luck, then Joseph," I said quietly to myself.

---End Of Jonah Pov--

I'm currently in Agartha heading toward SCP HQ when I entered the HQ; all SCP personnel stopped whatever they were doing and stared at me. As I walked along, I heard whispers from the other SCP personnel.

SCP#1: "Hay, is that the guy that survived site-14." he said in a hushed voice.

SCP#2: "yeah, the higher-ups called him The Devil that crawled his way out from hell." he said toward SCP#1 in a quiet voice.

SCP#3: "why is he here? Didn't they force him to retire because of his disabilities." he said, looking at the other SCP personnel.

SCP#2: "Well turns out he still had some use for him, I mean he found the long lost treasure of Eldorado, though The Devil got some help; yet was there on an uncharted island." he said with admiration directed towards me.

When I heard all these whispers, I didn't bother with them right now. I head toward Sgt. Brannan's office if he is there. But before I could reach Sgt. Brannan's office I met a long time friend, Himura Kenshin, the crimson samurai.

Himura: "hey, my friend, how are you doing these days?" he said with a lazy smile on his face. But frown afterward when he saw my dead eyes. "Who are you hunting? What is this dark aura all around you" Himura said with a serious look on his face. But before I could answer his question, Sgt. Brannan turned up to get our attention.

Sgt. Brannan: "Joseph, you are already here; let us go towards the conference room you need to meet someone famous from the Trinity faction." he said while opening the door towards the conference room. "Greeting, Lord Donovan, this is Joseph Maiava, he is here to find the wear about Haruhime's disappearance."

Looking at those fancy clothes, they must be nobilities from the Trinity faction. I did not bother with their formalities. I straight away asked a question.

Joseph: "who took Haruhime?" I said without greeting the Trinity Elders. The Trinity Red legion Soldier was not so happy about how rude I am towards the elders, so they brought out their weapons.

I just stand there waiting for them to walk near me.

Red legion#1: "How dare you talk to our Elders in that tone of voice," he said while walking near me, pointing a gun towards my head.

Joseph: "don't point that gun at me if you want to live another day." I said with a menacing tone in my voice.

The Red legion soldier thought of my threat as a joke and laughed at me.

Red Legion#1: "HAHAHA... Yeah, so what are you going…" Before he could finish his words, using my bionic arm, I grabbed his wrist and squeezed it till I heard bones breaking, then seizing the gun of his hands. The other red legion got into a battle formation before anything got any; further, Lord Donovan stopped both the Red Legion and me from fighting in the conference room.

Donovan: "Stop fighting in front of the Trinity Elders." he said with mild annoyance. He looked at me and nodded with approval. "I have to say you haven't lost an edge, no it became sharper, Mr. Maiava; you are right for the job," he said with a senile smile on his face before his eyes turned sharper like he is trying to see any weakness. "You take back, Ms. Sanjouno, nothing more nothing less, but if we found out that you are doing more than that, I promise you that the Trinity Faction will be your enemy."Lord Donovan said with eyes that could pierce someone.

His words confused me as to why I would need to do more than rescue Haruhime.

Donovan: "Sanjouno Haruhime went missing in Venice library after some mysterious people attacked the library again," he said with a mysterious smile on his face.

When I got out of the conference room, I saw Himura leaning on the wall. After seeing me come out, stand up, and walk towards me.

Himura: "I heard everything inside the conference room I'm coming with you for backup." he said with a serious look on his face.

Joseph: "sure, we need to head to Venice." I said with a grateful smile on my face. But frown when someone I don't want to hear, talked to me.

Sgt. Brannan: "well, Joseph, I will be meeting you in Venice, in front of Campo San Barnaba; I hope it doesn't take you long to get there," he said with a smile on his face.
