You are My Assistant, Go Wear Better Clothes

Lin Feng woke up in a hospital room that looked nothing like the one in the warrior's arena, this one gave off a style of class, unlike the bland ones in the warrior's arena. He tried to move, but as soon as he did a piercing pain came from his head. He touched his forehead and felt some kind of material covering it; they seemed like bandages, but with a different material.

As soon as he moved, Damon's voice sounded out in his mind, telling him to stop moving.

'Damon, what happened?'

[Hmm, what happened, how should I explain all these parts to you, well you see you fought my Ex-disciple Amon and met my brother Kami, sort of.]

'What do you mean met your brother? I didn't meet anyone except Aether servant, WI, and Amon.'

[Hmm, you didn't meet him in person, it's complicated, all you need to know is my brother gave you a gift, for a price, and it seems your price is losing irrelevant technique information, seeing as you still have your body parts. Wait, hold on... is your, you know, the thing still there.]

At first, Feng understood and nodded, but when Damon got to the last part, he frantically moved around the sheets and peeked into his pants. He saw the familiar sight and sighed with relief.

'Whew, thank God I can still make babies'

[Yeah, you should be thanking him; he was the one who gave you the Knowledge after all.]

'Hmm, hold on a minute, you said your brother gave me a gift, and now you are saying God gave me The Knowledge...'

[Think it through,]

'Damon, are you saying your brother is...'

[Yes, my brother is God, the almighty creator and such stuff, his name is @#$%%&*()]

'What was that last part?'

[You cannot understand yet.]

Feng merely shrugged it off as another one of Damon's jokes and begun conversing with proteus.

'Proteus, hold on a little, if I can get a method for aether mech's and techs, we'll make you your own body, capable of movement.'

{Thank you for your kindness, maste- I mean Feng}

'No need for thanks.'

This was not like the weakness he had when he used the "Primordial Path of Asura" technique. This one did not spread across his whole body like the other one. Instead, it came and went, so the pain was still bearable a little.

To take his mind off the weakness and some other things, he started raw physique training, and unlike the ones he did on earth, now he knew some challenging ones to do. This was strange because he had never heard of these methods.

Following this, a flood of unknown Knowledge passed through his brains, and unlike last time, this time, he sucked the Knowledge up. When the knowledge transfer stopped, Feng felt like an omniscient deity, his Knowledge of the world around him had become much clearer than before.

He now knew many things like mages who use their mana for body refinement are called Pugilists, and Medicines, Enhancers, or Buffs were made by a type of mage known as an Alchemist, and there were spirit weapons and enchanted gear, all the races in the dimension, the layout and map of the dimension. There were also runes.

The last of the Knowledge was the most beneficial to his strength at the moment; runes were mostly used to enchant weapons and things like that. However, the being who gave him this Knowledge had a much broader view than the Denizens of this dimension.

The last of the Knowledge was probably the most simple, yet more profound than any of the Knowledge he had received, It taught how to gather the mana of nature, or mana of Heaven and Earth and turn them into attack runes. What made this Knowledge stand out was the fact that it was transmitted in images, not words.

It showed a youth with black hair from the top; the strands became lighter as it reached the bottom; the youth had blue eyes; he wore only white, and nothing else but white. He looked into the direction Feng was peering from and held out a hand; the youth didn't utter any fancy spell words. He only snapped his fingers and golden rune circles formed in the sky, the circles rotated, and primordial lightning descended onto him in the form of Knowledge.

He instantly realized that that was the proper way to cast magic in this world. The fancy word thing that they use in this world was very wrong.

The Knowledge taught him a multitude of things about the dimension he didn't know when in the arena, Feng now had a rough understanding of all the locations in the fantasy dimension, like the Blood God Forest where he was meant to meet up with Bloodsucker, who Feng dubbed Nosferatu, after their first and last meeting. The forest was the territory owned by the Blood Queen, who was skilled in many dangerous magics; mainly blood and puppet magic, so the forest was classified as a Class Eight danger zone.

Speaking of that, some places were classified as danger zones, and they classified these zones under ten ranks, even the lowest rank; A Class one danger zone would be extremely dangerous to people under the Lord rank. Only a transcendent cultivator or geniuses like Feng could survive, and that was just barely.

A lot of his unanswered questions about the dimension now had reasonable answers, one question he had was; Why did magical beasts or demon beasts stay in their true form even when not in battle? The answer now seemed painfully obvious, it was because; they did not believe in the transformation to look like humans, and another reason was that they were afraid that what happened to the beasts that transformed into humanoid form would happen to them. These beasts that transformed into humanoid form were now called beastmen.

The beastmen were born through unique methods, the most common being sexual intercourse between a man and a magical beast.

His knowledge was now vast, especially on the knowledge of the Dark Continent, he even marked his first stop, when he left this place; The Mercenary Valley.

Just as he was delving into the locations in the Fantasy Dimension, he heard a few light footsteps coming from outside the door; the footsteps came to a halt when just outside the door and coming in was Kirin and the WI.

"Sigh, it looks like you fulfilled your part of the deal, I have to commend you on that one, but since you are my assistant, naturally you can't be a pussy"

Feng had a wide grin across his face when speaking.

"Of course, I have already planned my first stop, I am becoming a mercenary. Have you seen Long Hu?"

"Oh, you mean your dragon friend. He already went ahead and became a mercenary, he already garnered a lot of reputation. They call him the Shameless Dragon Mercenary, haha, forget about him, since you are my assistant you naturally have to assist me, so show me why I shouldn't fire you immediately."

Feng was stunned at first, then he remembered a few things on earth that could make even someone like the WI drool, but of course these so-called "Drool-worthy things" couldn't have the littlest of value to Feng, who has lived with them for his whole life.

He reached into his spatial crystal and pulled out a large television and some thumb drives. He then spoke.

"This is what we called a television, and these small things are thumb drives, they can contain some things, but in this case, there are anime on these thumb drives."

Feng was not joking at all. This anime should keep the WI busy for a while, so he gave it to him.

"What is this 'anime' thing,"

"Telling you would waste my time and energy, so I will just show you."

He then turned on the TV that did not need any source of power connected to it; it had an internal power source and placed the several thumb drives into the back of the tv.

Several tabs showing all kinds of anime showed up on the screen. There were some classics that the WI would definitely like.

Dragon Ball Super.

One Punch Man.

And several other classics of the old days. He then held the remote and clicked on Dragon Ball series, specifically, Dragon Ball Super, He had to skip some episodes to save himself some time; he stopped at when the Saiyan wanted to fight the cat-guy deity.

As soon as the battle started, the WI, who sat on the floor wordlessly, suddenly yelled and White-Blue energy erupted from the youth on the floor.

Feng was dazed, so he immediately started thinking.

'Did he just make a breakthrough because he watched anime?'

His guess was correct.

The WI jumped up with delight on his face. Unlike his eccentric tone before, now his tone truly sounded happy.

"Haha, I have now reached the limit of the Earth Immortal rank, this was where I stopped before I attempted the tribulation to reach the Sky Immortal rank and died. With this anime, my heart can be calm now."

He ignored Feng and continues watching the anime to "consolidate his foundation" Feng was speechless but he didn't mind and even dropped several Star energy foods for the WI, to help himself to it when he was done.

Feng had already started sneaking out with Kirin, who did not speak throughout the time she was there. Just as he reached the door, he heard the voice of the WI.

"Feng, you are my assistant, go wear better clothes."
