"Are you sure that you don't want to come as well?" Rimuru asked and I just shook my head.
"And sit through you lot talking about more crap I already know? No thanks." I muttered dismissively, causing him to sigh at my nonchalance about the matter.
"Alright, however do you mind if I mention your past a little, I have a feeling that I may have to explain my rebirth at some point so I thought I'd ask now instead of later." Hearing this I hesitated for a second before giving a somewhat reluctant shrug.
"Do whatever you want, I don't care." He didn't seem convinced by that but nodded anyway.
"Alright, try not to cause any trouble while I am gone." I scoffed while pretending to look offended but only got a slight smile in return as he turned and walked away.
Once he was gone I turned my attention to the pink haired girl standing close to me. "Shuna."
"Yes?"
"Send me a telepathic message once dad gets back, I'm leaving for a bit." I yawned as I opened a rift and walked through.
"Very well, lady Suu."
With that I left and returned to my secret experiment room. Normally I would have stayed just in case something happened but it was fine, I definitely haven't gotten paranoid and hidden multiple clones around Tempest...I'd never do that...
"Alright then." I sighed with a stretch.
With that done and out of the way I put my hand onto the familiar sphere that hovered over my manner supplier and entered the pocket world within. "Let's get to experimenting shall we."
The moment I entered my pocket world I got to work replacing the default black void with something more interesting. I created a floating island surrounded by an endless sea of clouds. The island itself was around thirty to forty kilometers in size but larger and smaller islands could be seen in the far off distance. Continuing on from there I filled the place with various types of non dangerous plants, except for a few poisonous ones, as well as multiple ponds and lakes of various sizes. Wildlife was next, birds, insects, rabbits, deers, wolves, bears and whatever else I could think of at the time. The whole process took about an hour or so of work but outside only a few short minutes had passed.
"Now that I have a foundation, let's see just how realistic I can make this place." I hummed quietly before a thought entered my mind.
(I should probably get the background sorted out first, I need some kind of story after all, something to drive the plot forward...)
(Let's just go with something simple for now, no need to make it over complicated when there's no point.) I hummed as I summoned a holographic panel to take some notes
(Remember me, keep it simple.)
<> I typed away before pausing for a second.
(Let's add a few more things to this though...)
"That should do." I muttered as I searched for a place to get started.
"Now I just need to make the village and the people inhabiting it." I mused before turning away.
