It has been days since the meeting. The refugees have been slowly moving to their new homes since 6 out of the 11 new apartments are already done. Most of them have also picked their desired jobs. They are basically full-fledged citizens by now.

Out of the 1035 new citizens, about 200-300 are children so I enrolled all of them to the Crimson Academy. I also renovated the Academy so that it can accommodate the new students. Due to my workload, I decided to hire a School Principal to handle all matters in the School. I thought about hiring Rael since she is very smart and is a capable leader but she has been working hard already so I decided to interview all existing Teachers to see who is the most capable of the job. After the interview process, I selected Cobi, a male salamander in his twenties. He might not be the most brilliant but he is the best in terms of the sense of responsibility. I already instructed him on the ideas he should implement such as grade levels and sectioning. He seems to understand my orders so I will trust him at the Academy.

Most female citizens have decided to go to the farming industry and the clothing industry. Cooking was also very popular. A number of males have taken Carpentry, Blacksmithing, and Mining. The medical and civil service was the least popular because you need to study at the Academy first before you can get the job.

The most popular industry by far was the Military which surprised me and Kirth since these citizens just experienced a war recently. Looks like they have admired our army because we were able to repel a huge army even though we are smaller. It was really a great achievement to beat 4,000 men using only less than 1,000 men. They are all motivated by the fact they want to be stronger to defend our land. Noe that makes our military 300 men strong. We are still a lot fewer compared to the other towns but we have superior tactics, weaponry, skills, and leadership. I believe that we can take on a 2000 men army. Due to the sudden increase of soldiers, all of the new recruits are undergoing intense military training every day. We have also decided to reorganize the armies. We will still maintain the Generals but now each army consists of 50 men. Since we have 6 army groups it all makes sense. Every high ranking officers are quite mad due to the increased workload, especially Kirth who does not want to deal with paper works.

A surprising increase is the number of members in Bubba's Squad. From 5 members they are now 30. All of them are harpies but Bubba seems to want to employ non-harpies which is fine. I have already decided that this Unit will be an independent unit and will be solely focusing on their job which is to relay information and gather new data. Due to the danger of their jobs, they have one of the highest paying jobs in the Town. I also named this team the Messenger Squad.

The main news this week is a big one. The Mudland Constitution is finally finished. I first gathered all of the Leaders in the Union Building to introduce to them our new rules and regulations.

The constitution contains the essential parts of a country's sacred bible such as the Bill of Rights, Power Structure, Criminal Offenses, Legalization, Military, and etc. Rael and her team have been working hard for this for a long time. Due to her hard work, we have decided to reward her. She will also be the first official Judge of the Mudland Union. She will have the Position titled 'Head of Justice'.

After reviewing every detail of its content, the document was finally signed by every leader and of course by the Author. This day will be remembered not only because of the constitution but also the fact that today will also be the first day of the official seal and official flag of our Mudland Union. After various drafts and trials, we have officially decided on the final banner that will symbolize our entire country. Jins and her team have been working for this project since the union and now their hard work is paid off. The Flag contains six stars symbolizing the six first towns in the union. The color of every star is red symbolizing Crimson Forest as the center. The background contains three colors horizontally stacked together. The colors are Blue, Yellow, and Green. We also rewarded Jins and her team for creating the Flag.

After the signing of documents, the first flag was waved at the balcony of the Union Building. Everyone that was watching outside is all cheering. After that, all of the towns have also waved the flags in their town halls. This day was a very monumental day. Today will forever be remembered as the Independence Day. Now our country has two official holidays, the Union Festival and after three months will be Independence Day.

Everyone in the Union was celebrating. I am also very happy. Now we are all officially united under one banner. Every citizen is now officially under the Mudland Union.

But I was also worried. I am now sure that we are going to be famous throughout the land. We may have peace now, but the trouble is inevitable. All I can do is to prepare to protect what I desire. Little did I know I was about to dive into a deep hole.
