The morning wore on and Red put away the cards. She was confident in her ability to pull it off. She was less confident in Mulholland's ability to receive the message. Trey thought it would work and she trusted him. She spent the rest of the morning in a pleasant haze thinking about the redhead who had so precipitously entered her life. While Trey couldn't remember the platform ride or the shower, Red could. She reviewed them in a loop while Lizzy watched with a sardonic look on her face. Their stomachs were growling by the time Lizzy nudged Red to pull her out of her memories.

"Stop drooling over the boy, and get ready."
