"Ye should've killed her!" exclaimed the brigand leader angrily. He paced backwards and forwards across the small campsite that was hidden safely in the forest. His less-than-agile mind was only now coming to grips with the reality of what a prisoner meant to them. It wasn't part of the plan and he was unsure what to do. "She ain't no good to us."

"Look at her, she's a lovely one, she is. I thought we'd have sport with her first," replied Charlotte's abductor as he wrapped a piece of cloth around the archer's bloody thigh. He twisted his head and leered at her. A sharp intake of breath from the archer; a warning he'd pulled the bandage too tight.
