On reaching Falls Ende, a portly man strode up to meet them.
"Who are ye?" asked the bishop foregoing pleasantries.
"Hale to ye, Yer Grace. I am Master Mason Mundy." He respectfully lowered his head. "And to what do we owe this unexpected pleasure-"
The bishop peered down his nose at the man. "I wish fer an update on yer progress here, make it quick, ye are taking valuable Church time." A cleric gently assisted the bishop down from the litter.
"Had I known ye would visit with us-"
"I'm not here for a visit or to exchange banter, I wish to know the progress yer making," interrupted the bishop testily.
Mundy cleared his throat. "If Yer Grace would like to come this way, I can show ye." He waved an arm and indicated the bishop should lead.
