010 Celebrity Boot camp

After the family dinner, Liu Qiao Qiao and Liu Qinyang returned to their rooms. After washing up, Liu Qiao Qiao changed out of their clothes and went to bed.

Liu Qiao Qiao was due to report at the company early the next morning. Before heading to bed, she set her up an alarm for 6 am.

She woke up after the third ring and rushed into the bathroom.

After washing up, she changed into comfortable clothes and put her hair into a ponytail. It was still very early, her parents and Liu Qinyang were still asleep.

She didn't bother waking them up since shehe had informed them of her schedule the day before.

She went into the kitchen and made some toast and juice and after eating breakfast. She pinned a note to the fridge and then left for Baiyu studios.

forty minutes later Liu Qiaoqiao arrived at the company. The office was already bobbling with action though it was still the early hours of the morning.

This was unsurprising since Baiyu Studios was an entertainment company. Who's working hours were a bit different from other companies.

Xiaotong was already waiting by the reception desk dressed in a cream-colored knee-length fitted gown. Her shoulder-length auburn hair was tied up in a bun with her usual bangs swept to the side.

Next to her was a pretty woman dressed in an A-line red gown and three-inch heels. Her hair cut short to her chin, she didn't look that much older than them.

"Finally, You are here, what took you so long," Shi Xiaotong said as soon as she saw her.

"Sorry Tong Tong, I was held up by traffic. There was a minor accident on the road"

"No need to explain, your here now and that's all that matters. We should get going" Shi Xiaotong said walking to the elevator door.

Her slick black boots making a loud clinky sound with every step.

They arrived at the elevator door, and Shi Xiaotong pressed the call button. when the elevator door didn't open, she looked up and saw that it was currently in transit.

She stepped back to wait for the elevator to arrive at the lobby.

"Oh that's right, Qiaoqiao this is Lin Lin. she is the team leader of your public relations team," She said introducing the tall woman to her right.

"it's a pleasure to meet you," they both said sharing a handshake.

"And it's showtime," Shi Xiaotong said as the elevator doors slid open and a male employee in a striped shirt, jeans, and sneakers walked out.

They walked into the elevator and the door shut tight. Shi Xiaotong had already clicked on the floor.

"Our first order of business is meeting with the nutritionist and stylist. You have been out of work for so long, you need to get back in shape.

"Your workout schedule has already been drawn after meeting with the stylist and nutritionist we'll head over to the gym for an hour and a half work out.

"You have an afternoon class with the acting coach scheduled. After the workout, you will meet him in the company's training room. After that, you will be done for the day.

"You will resume voice training tomorrow at 10 am stat right after an early morning class then it's off to the gym.

"This will be your schedule for the next three days. By the fourth day we will increase your workload" Shi Xiaotong said reading through her iPad.

The elevator door opened up a few seconds later. They all got out of the elevator and walked over to the gym.

Liu Qiaoqiao's Celebrity Boot camp finally kicked off. By the end of the first week, every muscle in Liu Qiaoqiao's body felt sore. Even when under all that pain Liu Qiaoqiao never complained once.

She always had a smile on her face and was always quick on her feet. Shi Xiaotong was getting scared that she was almost overdoing it.

Liu Qiaoqiao hardly ever agreed to take any break. She pretty much worked until she dropped. Even though this hastened her progress, Shi Xiaotong didn't like it.

Liu Qiao Qiao wasn't giving her body time to adjust which could pretty much backfire on her.

When someone worked so hard that they disregarded their health it usually resulted in injuries. She wasn't about to let that happen to Qiaoqiao.

Days later at the gym

Shi Xiaotong stood by the side watching as Liu Qiao Qiao worked out. Liu Qiao Qiao had come down from the cycler and was headed to the weights when She said

"Alright, that's enough Qiaoqiao. let's take a break. You must be tired, time to replenish your energy. Let's go grab some lunch my treat.

"You have been working so hard, you deserve a treat," Shi Xiaotong said picking up Liu Qiaoqiao's things and putting them in her black backpack.

"There's no need to do that Tong Tong, I'm not hungry. Plus we don't have much time to waste. Let's just continue until evening. When am hungry, I'll just grab a yogurt or something"

"No I don't think so, it's only a few minute's break to get some lunch. I don't think that will affect the schedule. Based on the schedule, You are meant to be on a break by this time.

"Look Qiao Qiao, I get it that you don't want to disappoint everyone but this way you're going about it isn't healthy. No one expects you to be miraculously perfect the first time you act in a drama.

"You new to all this both of us are Qiaoqiao. You are allowed to make a few mistakes, hell you're expected to make a few mistakes".

"Just because people expect me to do something doesn't mean I have to. I am a tainted artist Tong Tong. I don't have the same luxury as everyone else.

"To be taken seriously, I can't afford to make any mistakes. This is my last chance, I have to be perfect".

"You don't have to be. You know what forget that I said anything. Why did I even bother, I should have known you won't listen to me. I just want to remind you that to archive your aim you have to take it easy.

"You're pushing your body way past its limit and if you're not careful you will breakdown and that is something I am not about to let happen, not on my watch.

"Pack up Qiaoqiao, we are headed to the desert restaurant a few blocks from here for some afternoon fun no arguments," She said standing and looking down at her best friend with her fiercest expression.

"Alright let me get my bag" Liu Qiaoqiao replied putting the last of her things into her bag.

"All set?

"Yes let's go"

After having a little fun, Liu Qiaoqiao returned to the company for her afternoon acting classes. Which wrapped up earlier than usual thanks to Shi Xiaotong speaking with her Coach.

She packed up her things and went back home to her apartment. Shi Xiaotong had to catch up with work so she went back home alone.

When she unlocked her apartment door, Liu Qiaoqiao was greatest by the sweet aroma of a tasty dish. She walked into the kitchen and found Liu Qinyang cooking.

"Hey there, Welcome back. The food is almost ready. Why don't you go wash up then join me to eat? I'll take this over to the table" Liu Qinyang said as she dishes out two plates of food.

"Alright, I'll be right back" She replied walking back to her room.

A few minutes later she walked into the dining table and took a seat opposite Qinyang.

"You're back earlier than you planned"

"Yeah something came up"

Liu Qiaoqiao had already figured out why Liu Qinyang came back much earlier. Shi Xiaotong brought in the big guns this time.

"how's mum and dad"

"Good, Elder brother Qiqiang call last home yesterday. He faces timed with mum and dad".

"That's good hopefully they will stop fighting about that"

"Yeah hopefully... mum asked of Fang Li".

"Really? Liu Qiao Qiao asked pausing, looking up from her food.

"Yes Qiqiang hasn't said anything so she and mum are still in touch"

"How long does he think he can keep it from them. They're bound to find out"

she said setting down her chopsticks and biting her lips gently. Her face a blanket of worry.

"It's already been six months Qiao Qiao. It's about time he came clean about everything. The longer he avoids this the deeper the lie, Mum is a member of the same book club as Mama Fang. Mama fang may be currently out of town but not for long" Liu Qinyang said shaking her head

"Your right about that Yang'er but this is his stuff we really can't get involved., let's give him sometime maybe when he's back from the mission he will tell mum and dad everything"

"Let's hope so because I do not know how long I can cover for him these six months have been tough"
