*Knock, Knock, Knock*
It had been a couple of weeks since Alicia had become Queen and nothing big had happened since that day.
*Knock, Knock, Knock* "Lady Alicia, it is time to get up."
"*Yawn* Hmmmm?"
Alicia rubbed her eyes with her sleeves and woke up due to the constant knocking on the door, she had been staying up quite late recently due to her various duties and trying to save time to do the thing that she likes most.
"Who is it?" Alicia says, still not completely awake yet and stumbling out of bed.
Her appearance was rather dishevelled, she wore night clothes that had been given to her from some of the people who been studying how to make better quality clothing. Luckily for them, the forest that is in front of the city has an abundance of resources. This allows them to get a bunch of good materials without travelling far.
She currently wore a shirt that is buttoned down the middle and some pyjama bottoms, both were a silver colour and made out of a silky material. They were slightly to big for her, but she did not care as they were comfy and she felt rude not wearing a gift they tried hard to make for her.
Alicia sleepily walked over to the door, her shoulder slightly exposed due to her large clothes that are slumped to one side. Though she comes to a halt when she realises whose voice it is…
"It is me your Highness, Arisa. I also have Liza and Ria here with me. It is time for us to dress you hehe… and then of course there is your lesson with Lady Aura today."
"E-Ermm one minute…" Alicia says in an incredibly nervous voice.
Arisa, Liza and Ria were the girls who were handpicked to be Alicia's maids. Liza is a Werewolf whereas Arisa and Ria are Kitsune and they all had wildly different personalities as well.
The first maid, Arisa has a very calm big sister type personality and appearance. She had blonde long hair, a well featured face with gentle eyes, had a more mature figure than the other two and is the tallest of the three.
Liza had a very energetic personality. She was always chatting and bouncing around everywhere which made her personality the one that is most similar to Alicia's, though they had different interests. She had short dark brown hair that stopped at her shoulders and a cute face with bright, happy eyes. She is a bit taller than Alicia and has slightly bigger body proportions, which she is happy about as there aren't too many around her maturity level that she is bigger than.
Then there was Ria, the smallest of the three. She has a very sleepy and lethargic personality, which shows on her face. She is smaller than her maturity and age would suggest, eyes that always look as if she is about to nod off on a very cute face. Though the most important part to Alicia was that Ria was smaller than her in every way.
You may initially think that she was in her element so to say. After all she has three fluffy maids that waited on her, and she was indeed excited at the beginning.
That was before she learnt of their ulterior motives…
"hehe what should we dress her in today?" Arisa whispered to the others on the other side of the door.
"Hmmm, maybe this dress? It is very frilly, and I think would make her look super cute!" Liza says in a voice that started as a whisper but then turned into a shout as she got excited.
"Shhh, you can't shout she has just woken up… Besides I think that this kimono would suit her best." Ria said in her usual tired voice reprimanding Liza for her outburst.
Yes. The main thing that united them all… their common interest… was using Alicia, their Queen, as a dress up doll with all the cute clothes they could find. At first, they stuck to the ones that Petra had originally brought back from the human city, but now they had begun putting in requests at the new dressmakers for new clothes for Alicia.
Alicia found it vexing, each of them were very cute and beautiful in their own right. So she wondered why they kept trying to dress HER up all the time. It was very scary once they got into it as well, there was no chances of running away once they had Alicia in their grasps. She could not leave until they were satisfied they had found the best look for her.
Then there was Aura's lessons.
Alicia's initial thought when she heard that Aura had picked the [Teaching class] was in fact correct. Terre and Aura had created a whole curriculum for Alicia in order to try and teach her subjects that she was not interested in. They had created this curriculum using the books in the library and memorised a lot of information from them as they both possessed information retaining skills.
They had even somehow got Petra to agree with them about Alicia having some lessons, though she seemed to feel sorry for Alicia while she was telling Alicia about it. But she was also relieved that she had dodged a bullet by abdicating and not having to go through lectures that Alicia was.
The more Alicia thought about what was to come, the more she just wanted to run away.
"Urghhh… I wish I could just jump out of a window and escape… wait why don't I?" Alicia pondered out loud.
Her bedroom was now in the place she originally woke up when she arrived at the castle, the tall tower from which you could overlook the castle courtyard and the city ahead. It was one of the last places to be repaired. But when it was, Alicia decided she wanted to move into it right away, feeling a nostalgic connection to it.
And now the room provided the perfect escape route for her to run away from her worries. However, what she had forgotten was…
"… Your highness, I do hope you were kidding about escaping out of the window…" Arisa says in an unnervingly calm voice.
"Shit! [Spirit Armour]" Alicia shouts in desperation.
The cat was out of the bag. Her plan had been overheard due to the three maids' excellent sense of hearing.
Alicia quickly through off her large pyjamas and activated her spirit armour. It was basically a dress with some amour on it anyway, so she decided it was fine to leave in it.
Just as she was climbing up onto the windowsill, the door swung open and the three maids entered the room. Alicia looked back to face them before she left.
"Your highness, I don't believe that would be such a good idea…" Arisa began saying but…
"Hehe sorry you guys, I am heading out before you convince me to stay… I am off to have some fun!" Alicia shouts as she jumps out of the window. She knew that if she let them talk, she would end up being convinced to stay. There was nothing vital to do today, so Alicia just wanted to escape for a while.
She then proceeds to jump out of the window.
"***Sigh***" The three maids then let out a collective sigh and walk to the window.
And there is Alicia, manifesting her Dragon wings in her humanoid form. Petra had recently began teaching Alicia a few more things, which made Alicia very excited. Though she struggled with the wing manifestation, she did eventually managed to get it down to some degree.
"Haha! Sorry girls, no dressing up time todaaaaaa-arghh!" Just as Alicia's signature arrogant laugh began to howl out, she started to lose control of her wings.
…Although she could manifest them, keeping control of them in humanoid form was another, bigger hurdle. And Alicia had yet to fully get over that hurdle, which was evident as she flew around before eventually heading towards the ground rather quickly.
"Damm itttt!" Alicia shouted frustratedly as she descended towards the castle courtyard.
"***Sigh***" The three maids again give a collective sigh.
---
*Boom*
"ow, ow, ow… Really need to learn to have better control…" Alicia thought to herself while rubbing her head, before she was interrupted by a voice…
"Alicia? Where did you come from?" (Girls Voice)
Alicia turns too see three girls running towards her. The three in question would be Vera, Ignis and Haila.
"My lady… you wouldn't be trying to run away would you?" (Vera)
"O-Of course not! A-Aura just asked me to go out and fetch a few things for her. No running away going on here hahaha!" Alicia says and laughs nervously.
They all looked at Alicia very suspiciously, but they had no proof that she was not telling the truth.
Well… that would normally be the case. However…
"We would let you go your Highness. However we have been told by lady Terre and Lady Petra that at some point after you started your lessons you would try to escape, so you can see why we are a bit suspicious…" Haila informed Alicia.
[Am I really that predictable?] Alicia cursed herself in her head.
"… So Alicia, did my Mother truly ask you to get something for her down in the city?" Ignis asked, her intense, squinted gaze making Alicia squirm.
Alicia begins to slowly back up towards the castle wall gates, ready to get running if they don't believe her and try to stop her.
"Haha… of course, I wouldn't lie to ya Ignis, hahaha…"
[Kukuku almost there, you won't be able to stop me once I get out the gate!] Alicia though as she edged close and closer to the exit.
*Door swings open*
"I am afraid you will have to stop right there your Highness. We cannot have you missing the lessons we tried so hard to make and arrange."
Aura and the three maids came strolling out of the doors to the castle a lot sooner than Alicia thought they would be. Though from what she was told about Terre and her mother warning them about this at some point happening, they were probably prepared for this happening.
"Haah, I knew it. Alicia just surrender now and go do your lesson, I am sure that there will still be time for you to do what you want afterwards." Ignis says, putting her head in her hand acting as if she was exhausted already.
But Alicia was already close enough to the gate to think that she can make an escape. She made a sly grin and takes a couple more steps back, Aura did not move from the doorway which Alicia found strange. But that did not matter, she was almost home free and that needed all of her concentration.
"Hehe nice try! But you are to late and too slow to stop me nooooow… Haaaah, damn it." Alicia says as she turns around.
"Where do you think you are going, my Lady?" (Calm Voice)
"Hehe sorry Alicia, we did promise to take your studies seriously didn't we?" (Sweet voice)
Just beyond Alicia's exit way, stood the two women she was hoping would not show up at this time. There stood Terre and Petra with a bunch of Terre's minions.
"Why are you guys here?! Tch no matter, not even you guys will stop me going out and having fun for the day!" Alicia shouted in resistance and began to run up the stairs to the top of the castle walls to get the high ground.
Once she got to the top of the walls she quickly jumped up on to the edge and then off the wall.
Terre summoned a couple of her earthen hands to try and catch her mid-air, Alicia quickly spun while in the air into a spinning kick that smashed the first hand that came for her. Another hand then came towards her to grab her.
"Hehe I have seen this move to many times by this point Terre!"
Alicia landed feet first against the palm of the hand and pushes herself off of it towards the next hand, doing the same thing multiple times from hand to hand and getting closer to her aim of running away from everyone.
"Hmm very good my Lady, lets try this then…" Terre then uses her dark element magic to summon a bunch of tentacles out of the ground in the direction that Alicia was flying towards. One of the tentacles then heads towards her at pace.
Alicia smiles and dodges while still on the air, then grabs the tentacle that she dodged with her hands and uses it to swing herself forward to the next tentacle to swing off the that one which she then repeats. As she approaches the final tentacle she goes to use her body strengthening skill to swing herself far away from everyone. But just as she does, Alicia notices a shadow bouncing from tentacle to tentacle below her. Eventually this shadow bounces up towards her.
"M-Mother!" Alicia shouts as she realises the identity of the shadow.
Petra tackles Alicia out of the air and they both then fly away back towards the castle courtyard while entwined.
"Hehe sorry Alicia. Time to go back and study…" Petra says with a smile. Alicia then looks up towards the way they were flying, and a concerned expression starts to form on her face.
"Mother, look out we…" Alicia tries to say something to her mother, but Petra just shakes her head.
"Nope you're not distracting me and getting away…" She tries to dismiss and ignore her words but...
"NO MOTHER LOOK OUT FOR THE WALL!" Alicia shouts as loud as she can to draw her attention to the castle wall they were about to crash through.
"Hmmm? Oh…"
*BOOM*
"…" (Everyone)
Terre and everyone else arounds stares as Alicia and Petra both fly straight through the castle walls, which causes the section they hit to collapse.
"Kukuku… they will pay for that…" Terre laughs and smiles eerily, which cause everyone around her, including her minions with little to no intelligence, to back away.
---
A little while later.
"Nooooooo! Why do I have to be here as well!" Shouts a woman loudly, sounding rather childish in contrast to her very mature and beautiful appearance.
"Because you destroyed a wall when you could have easily avoided it if you had concentrated and looked where you were going…" Says a strict voice.
At the moment there were three people in this room. Two female Dragons who were sat at desks, one was small and cute, the other tall and beautiful. Stood in front of them, with their arms crossed was an gorgeous Ant demi-human, looking rather irritated.
"Fufufu should have just let me escape Mother…"
"Hehe I wouldn't be laughing my dear daughter, for tonight you are sleeping with me and I am going to get my payback with lots of strokes and fluffing…"
"Urghh… F-Fine…" The small Dragon says, trying to hide her happiness at getting strokes from her mother.
"Ahem, back to work or I will get more for you to do…" The Ant woman says, jealousy painted across her face.
"Yesssss..." The two Dragons say in unison.
And so ends the first and only day that Alicia tried to escape her lessons with Aura.
