Circe stood their, giving the party of adventurers a blank look, hoping they would just move out of the way before she had to open her mouth.
"Hello there, I'm Finn, Captain of the Loki Familia. W-what exactly was that last attack you did against Goliath?" The captain asked the mage. She just continued looking down at him before saying, "Magic."
Finn just look at her with an unamused look before blinking and seeing that she was gone. The Pallum made a mental note to find out who that was and see if he could get her into the Loki Familia. Little did he know, most gods already knew of the girl thanks to Ouranos' future event.
------
Circe walked inside of Hephaestus' workshop in Babel Tower with multiple large bags of Valis inside of her mini-dimension.
As she entered, Hephaestus stood from her desk, going and grabbing a large jewelry box and gave it to the young demigod.
"10 rings made of Mythril that grow along with the user, as requested," said the slightly taller woman.
Circe gave her an appreciative nod, "Thank you. After all, I know you didn't have to accept the commission."
Then, the girl quickly removed the 10 bags of Valis from her mini-dimension. "2 Billion Valis, as promised. 200 Million Valis is inside each bag."
Circe gave the blacksmith one last appreciative smile before walking out of the workshop.
------
Circe sat in her room, drawing a massive runic array mixed with both runes and heiroglyphs. She was drawing this all around her completely empty room so that she could have massively powerful enchantments onto the rings.
Of course, she didn't just throw out all her furniture, it was just sitting inside her mini-dimension.
Circe spent the next few hours simply drawing runes and heiroglyphs around her room. Then, the girl spent another hour simply checking to make sure she made no mistakes when drawing the runic array.
The young enchantress looked around the room, examining all her hard work, before letting out a sigh she didn't know she had in her.
Circe took the first ring and placed it in the center of the room. Then, she began the enchanting process. She began to focus her intent onto the ring. As this was the ring for increasing her agility, she focused on that and began infusing wind, air, and light mana into the ring. She watched as the runic array around her room glowed a bright gold before the glow was siphoned off and flew into the ring.
She watched as the ring began to glow a golden light before falling back into a soft silver glowing ring.
Circe smiled, having finished the ring that boosted her speed, then the girl simply put the ring on her finger before progressing with creating the other rings.
Circe put the final two rings on her thumbs before smiling at finally finishing her project.
The girl used her magic to wipe the runic array from the room before setting all her furniture back down. She sat down on her bed with a content sigh, happy that she had finally made her rings and didn't even have any debt to pay.
Without even realizing it, the girl drifted off into her first nightmareless sleep since the Juggernaut attack.
------
Circe walked around the dungeon, relishing the feeling of her rings boosting all her stats greatly. She simply made spears made of ice, sending them to the monsters and wind magic to deposit the magic stones into her mini-dimension.
The young mage didn't think any of the monsters on the middle floors were worth using anything more advanced than ice magic. She even considered using a sword as part of her mind thought that these weak monsters weren't even good enough for her to use magic.
She had made a far more efficient method of farming money since one of her rings increased her intelligence, helping her come up with more and better plans and strategies.
As the young sorceress made her way into the seventeenth floor, she was sorely dissapointed in the fact that the Goliath had yet to respawn, so she couldn't take it on solo once more.
The girl walked through the floor, without a care in the world, sliding down the stairs to enter the safe zone of the dungeon, floor eighteen. As she walked, she perused through the parts of the {Grimoire of Hecate} that she could see. She found a few interesting magics such as a 'Reality Marble' and something called the 'Kaleidoscope.'
The sorceress looked up from the grimoire, unsummoning the book. She looked around the gorgeous floor, smiling softly to herself at how something so nice could exist in something as impure as the dungeon.
The girl decided that she could observe the floor's beauty when she made her way back up. The girl made her way down to the nineteenth floor as quickly as she could.
She brought her Grimoire back out, after all, she didn't think that anything could harm her on the next few floors. It wasn't without reason that she was overconfident though; the girl did indeed make it to floor eighteen without even trying.
She slipped into the floor, hearing a clattering around the floor that made her tense up for an unknown reason. She didn't know why, but her heart began to race, almost as if her body was afraid, and trying to tell her to run.
Frowning, Circe cast a spell to calm herself before continuing making her way through the nineteenth floor. She felt the relaxing sensation calm her for a few moments only to return in full force once more.
The girl shook her head at her faulty magic, before she continued, trying her best to ignore her racing heart and the butterflies in her stomache
Then, a skeleton rounded the corner and Circe's entire body froze in fear, her mind wildly running through different reasons to be scared of the monster. More and more of the monsters rounded the corner only fueling the girl's fear.
------
Ouranos sat in the room of prayer, looking at Circe's status sheet. It had changed while he was looking at it and was quite intrigued. More specifically, a single skill had updated.
{Pain Resist - S: You have suffered a large amount of pain. The more pain you take when gaining this skill, the stronger it is. Any pain less than the amount you suffered to gain this skill will feel extremely weak. Note, it will still cause the same amount of damage to your person.
Any monster that resembles the being that granted you the skill will cause immeasurable fear to well up inside of you. Trigger: Skeletal Monsters}
"Well, Ouranos, do you accept my deal?" A woman standing across from the elder god asked. She wore revealing skin tight clothing and had silver hair.
"Freya, you and I both know that selling a treasure as rare as what you're asking for will cost more than just 5 billion Valis. After all, the girl is a Demigod, do you expect me to sell you a treasure that rare for such a simple price. Also, why can't you just wait for the next Denatus like everyone else. That's where I plan to sell the girl after all." Ouranos said while taking a sip of his wine.
