Finn was confused. He had just rescued the girl who defeated the Goliath single handedly, from /skeletons/. There were only three, and yet for some reason the girl simply couldn't muster the courage to attack them.
After his party had saved her, they brought her back to the eighteenth floor to rest in a safe area.
Finn had looked at her falna, curious as to who's familia she was apart of, even though his vice-captain, Riveria highly frowned upon his actions. He was extremely shocked to see the symbol for Ouranos on her back.
Finn set the girl back down, letting her rest from what he assumed was a mass panic attack. He walked out of the tent, ready to get berated by Riveria for looking at her Falna without permission.
------
Circe sat up quickly, instantly remembering what happened right before she passed out. She looked at her surroundings, confused. She was nearly one-hundred percent sure that she should be getting stabbed by a few skeletons right now.
As she observed her surroundings she realized she was probably on the 18th floor, otherwise she probably wouldn't be in a tent.
She quickly cast formed a glass plate out of magic, forcing a recording spell into the object to see the past few hours of her life from a third person point of view. She watched as Finn looked at her Falna.
She felt sick to the core, knowing someone looked at her Falna. She might have allowed the Pallum to look at here Falna had he asked, but the fact that the man didn't, angered her.
She stood up from her sitting position before conjuring a an basic steel sword. She walked out of her tent, ready to stab an adult who happened to be in a child's body.
------
Finn was currently getting yelled at by Riveria for looking at the girl's Falna. He was only slightly paying attention, after all, he had been getting yelled at for the past three hours.
"Finn, that was extremely disrespectful! A Falna is not something your allowed to look at without someone's permis-"
Then, as Riveria was talking, his instincts suddenly shouted for the Pallum to dodge. Knowing his instincts were rarely wrong, he quickly rolled out of the way, much to the confusion of Riveria. He watched with a slightly pale face as a sword was shot through the tent, right where he had been sitting.
"Pallum!" The duo heard a shout from outside of the tent. They exited to see the girl they had saved walking towards them, sword in hand.
"Captain, I think she knows." Riveria said, slightly amused at the beating she knew he was about to be dealt.
The Pallum let out a slight yelp as multiple swords went flying towards him. The boy quickly ran, only for the girl to chase after him.
Riveria watched in amusement and slight worry as she saw explosions and different magic spells fire off in the distance, with a scream every now and then from her captain.
---Divine Realm---
Hecate could be seen sitting in a library. She had a slight frown on her face. The goddess was currently trying to find a way to bend the ancient laws.
She had seen what Ouranos thought of her daughter, and she hated it. So, she began to take an active role in trying to forcefully descend to the mortal plane.
She had been trying to find a way for the last two years, making great strides in the subject, yet not nearly enough to be ready to quicken her descent.
The goddess knew she still had seventeen more years until she was forced to descend properly, but she had hope she would be able to make her descent happen in the next year or two.
Hecate's mind drifted, thinking about what Ouranos had planned for her daughter, and without thinking, she had released a killing intent that even gods of war would flinch at.
---Room of Prayer---
Ouranos was sitting in his chair, preparing for the next Denatus. He only had a few weeks until he had to have a proper price set out.
Suddenly, the elder god felt a large amount of killing intent that made him pale considerably, only for it to fade quite quickly.
Ouranos knew what this was, after all, the same killing intent had been sent at him for the past few years.
Chuckling slightly to himself, "Why doesn't that goddess just let it go, after all, there is nothing she can do to save her daughter the pain."
