Take her happiness

"You are in the hospital, do you remember what happened?" Zheng Yuhan questioned her. Wan Xieren held her head, still feeling a bit dizzy. She shook her head, unable to remember anything.

"Did the prince come to visit me?" The first question that came from her mouth was about Mu Xiuying.

"Prince?" Zheng Yuhan was baffled by her weird question. When did she have a prince? Was she talking about him?

"And what am I wearing?" Wan Xieren asked, seeing her hospital gown.

"Juan," Zheng Yuhan touched her shoulder, afraid of her sudden change in behavior.

"Who are you? Don't touch me." Wan Xieren pushed him back upon his touch.

Zheng Yuhan slipped and bumped on the side table, badly injuring his back. Hearing the loud commotion, nurses and doctors came in.

"Dr. Zheng." One of the nurses was shocked seeing him on the floor. She ran towards him and helped him to get up.

"Dr. Chen, stop behaving like a kid, you can't push him like that." The nurse yelled at her in fury.

"I ... I …" Wan Xieren couldn't understand what was happening; she was still scared of seeing so many unknown faces, in an unknown place.

"I am sorry," she said getting up from the bed hurriedly and running out.

"Juan!" Zheng Yuhan let go of the nurse, and followed her even though his state was not good.

Wan Xieren had no idea where she was or what was happening with her. Last thing she remembered was she fell into the water, but where did she end up?

She looked around; it was a really weird place. People were wearing weird clothes and the place was so different, with a lot of weird things.

She noticed many had a weird object in their hands, and they were holding it beside their ear while talking to themselves.

She felt weird with so many weird things around her, something out of the world. And she noticed some women were dressed impolitely, they were showing most of their skin and they didn't mind or care.

She looked around to find a way to get out of the weird place. She wanted to meet the prince and tell him everything about that bitch. Just then someone tapped on her shoulder from behind.

"I finally caught you," Zheng Yuhan huffed, holding his lower abdomen with his other hand.

Wan Xieren's guard got up; she slowly turned behind and saw Zheng Yuhan.

"You! Why are you following me?" Wan Xieren took a few steps backwards, crossing her arms around her chest protectively.

"I am telling you …" She bumped onto the chair behind her and was about to fall, when Zheng Yuhan held her wrist and pulled her up, her laying on his chest.

Wan Xieren's heart started to beat like crazy, she could feel his heartbeat. Her cheeks start burning up.

"Are you okay?" Zheng Yuhan asked, holding her head. Wan Xieren couldn't breathe, his warmth and coziness was so good. She never felt something like this.

When she was with Mo Xiuying, he was always cold and aloof to her; he didn't spend time with her at all. She still remembers the day, when they were kids. She was following him and fell into the water; he didn't care or look for her. If it was not for the guard, she was going to die that day.

Unlike him, he was so different; he was caring and gentle towards her. She felt so warm and safe in his arms.

No, it was wrong she can't touch another man like that; she slightly pushed him back, and nodded, averting her gaze the other way. She didn't dare to look at him.

Zheng Yuhan feels weird about Chen Juan after the accident, for him she never retreats, she was someone to take initiative but the one in front of her not only pushed him away but was afraid to get close to him.

Does she hate him or is it her after coma state? They can talk about it later; the first priority is to make her completely recover.

"Let's go back to your room." He held her arm and helped her to go back to her room. While walking, Wan Xieren saw him holding his lower abdomen and it was literally difficult for him to walk but he was still smiling at her like nothing happened.

Wan Xieren remembered it was her fault he got hurt. She felt guilty for that, but she was in a weird place which she has never seen. She still doesn't know where she was, she can only rely on him. Why? Because she felt like she could rely on him. She never cared like this.

But she still has a lot of questions in her mind. Where was she? Who was he? Why was he calling her Juan? She needs to find out; she still has to go back.

What happened to Mu Xiuying and his proposal to that woman? Does he still hate her for that woman miscarriage? Was she really at fault? She just wanted to have her fiancé, twenty five years knowing each other, still he trusts that woman more.

She became a villain when it was that woman who took her fiancé, the love of her life. But she was the one labeled as a devil when she tried to take her happiness back.

Why should she give up on her happiness, on her love, on her dreams when she was the second person in between them? She should let go of him not her.

Yes, she was not good, she was not a person who can watch the love of her life with someone else and not fight back, why?

It was not her who wanted to marry him. It was a marriage decided by the elders, before she was able to talk. When she was young she was only taught to be a good wife for him. In her whole life, her world revolved around him and suddenly someone came and took it away. Others may let it go, but not her. He was hers not that woman's.
