Meraki Sagepice woke up at the hospital with no memory of who she is or what had transpired. She just remained there, an empty shell of a human.
That is, until a woman in a suit appeared to her and pledged loyalty to her in a blood pact. With that, a sudden and painful bloodlust consumed her entire consciousness. 
Who is she? Who is this woman? And why is the Sagepice family so feared?

Outrun The Truth

"Should we attack or?" Jasmine asked, looking at Aurora slowly standing up, leaning on the tree trunk for support. "Aurora are you ok?"

She gave her a thumbs up and stared at the snake, a blank look on her face.

It looked at all three of them, then to the guard. With a nod from Elijah, it started to lower itself down. The three were still on guard until they heard something.

"Aurora!" Kefi shouted, seated on the neck of the snake and waving at them gleefully.

"I really want to throw up now," Meraki said, covering her mouth with her hand and resting her body on the snake.

"Meraki!" The three shouted at the same time, though only one of them sounded excited.

The snake placed its head on the ground as Meraki still laid there, unwilling to move while she groaned because of motion sickness.

"Miss." Aurora got to her in a second and carried her out. "Are you ok?"
