Noa and Elijah (Part 3)

"Wait. Wait. Wait." Kefi stopped him from continuing, again. "All that happened and you haven't even gotten to his mother yet? Shouldn't he be in a hurry to take you to her?"

Jasmine narrowed her eyes at Meraki, this story is becoming longer than it should be with the constant interruptions. Also, the suspense may be annoying her just a little bit. 

"He was taught not to run but to always walk with composure." He said, "That's what he told me anyway. That's why he didn't run to the woman, she is the one that taught him that anyway." 

"But he ran away from you." 

"Perhaps I was an exception," Noa said with a slight shrug. "Shall I continue? The three over there are as lively as ever." 

"Fine! We'll duel!" Rose shouted standing up and slamming her hand on the table. 

All three beamed at that thought but they turned to the other three as though asking for permission with bright, sparkling eyes.
