After leaving the Senate building, Mew didn't find anything worth staying around for, so he returned to the Jedi building. Unlike before though, Mew didn't enter an elevator and just looked around.
Standing outside on the training ground were a lot of young children, barely aged from four to seven. In their hands were non lethal apprentice light sabers. Under the instruction of a Jedi teacher, the children were executing training regime's on how to wield their weapon.
Looking from the side, Mew saw a few of the younger ones stumble around a bit, as their arms and legs were a bit took short for the weapon. Mew giggled at the awkward movements, seeing a few stumble against each other whenever a hard to perform move was ordered to be done.
Seeing the clumsy children as well, the teacher went on to give them easier movement to perform, decreading the time they fell down of grazed the other children with a slightly stunning graze from the sword. (The light sabers aren't lethal and have been made for Younglings to practice with. The most it can do is deflect training lasers and leave a slight tingling feeling after touching the skin.)
After a child fell for the seventh time, Mew just couldn't watch anymore. They weren't improving at all. Not that it was strange, as their bodies were still adjusting on how to properly move around.
Stopping a falling child in mid air from falling, Mew began to look over the shoulder of the teacher, straightening up any child that was falling or was about to fall. Even the poorly moved light sabers were stopped when they were about to hit other.
The Jedi teacher noticed this as well. He was a bit stunned, but after remembering what the Jedi High Council had told them, it wasn't hard to realize the strange visitor called Mew was currently looking. After all, the Jedi that were teaching the younglings wouldn't help them from falling or grazing. That was just part of the training.
After spending a bit more time on the training, the Jedi teacher dismissed the class as he went to watch from the sides. He was curious to see if Mew would reveal itself to the children.
While the Jedi teacher was watching from the side, Mew revealed itself to the younglings.
[Wanna play?]
Mew asked as he retrieved a rubber ball from his Garden.
The younglings' eyes sparkled as they were mentally a bit fatigued and wanted to play.
As they all agreed, Mew threw the ball at one of the kids. Like that, the ball was tossed or kicked around to the other kids. There were a lot of fancy movements of the children as they were all a bit more agile than a kid from their age should be.
Coming up with an idea, Mew took out a white chalk from his Garden and began to draw a rectangle on opposite sides of the wall.
Having finished that, Mew began to explain the younglings about a game called soccer. He had watched it with Koro-sensei before and he really wanted to experience it as well. Of course, as the referee. He was a bit too strong to contend against the kids.
The Younglings were interested in the game as they began to divide into teams. Handing each team a blue or yellow ribbon to indicate their team, the soccer match started, with a slightly added rule. The Goalman could only used to force to stop the ball from entering the goal. After a goal was made, the goalman from said goal had to switch with a team mate.
Like that, the younglings would still train a bit, but would find it a bit more fun than normally. It wasn't strange then that the younglings and Mew continued to play for the rest of the day, while other younglings joined as well, switching teams whenever five points were scored. It was a lot of fun, especially when Mew could decide when a goal counted or not. Don't even mention Gengar who would mess around a lot as he made the rubber ball go haywire. The knowledge of game quickly spread across the temple and the more curious Jedi came to watch, enjoying the sight of the younglings having fun.
