LISA's POV
I have kept my eyes closed for already five minutes now since I have awoken by Jennie shuffling through the shelves. I couldn't will my eyes to open as I felt a severe body pain whenever I will try to stir my body.
It's my fault why I have been suffering to this pain as I asked Sana not to heal me because I want to train my body to feel with severe pain everyday.
My reason? Well, Jennie's been so harsh towards me and I needed my body to get used to her strength or I won't be able to stay alive until my 20th birthday which is one month and two weeks from now.
But heck! Now I'm fully regretting everything! The pain is too much and I can't move even a single nerve of my body, I feel like all my joints dislocated and because I felt the need to use the bathroom, I finally decided to call for help.
"S-sa.." I was struggling to let out the word I want to say because even my throat was hurts. Jennie stopped from what she was doing on and I heard a rushed footsteps coming towards my direction. "S-sa.."
"Sa– what? What are you trying to say?" Even if I can't see Jennie's face, I know that she's worried by the glint of worries on her voice. "Tell me Lisa?" She asked while tapping my face lightly.
"I n-need.."
"You need what?!" Jennie asked again but this time, her voice became more worried than earlier. "Why don't you try to open your eyes?! Do you need water?!"
"S-sana.."
"Who?"
"Sana, I n-need Sana." I said and I finally opened my eyes but only to meet a pair of raging cat-like eyes.
"Die and suffer." Jennie deadpans and stood up from the bed to pad back on the shelf. She left me on her bed even though she knows that I needed attention and I need to be cure.
"Y-yah, Jen. Please. It hurts." I pleaded and gathered all the last strength that's left on me and pushed myself to sat up. "I'm r-really dying in p-pain."
"Then die." She said monotonous.
My shoulders slumped down and I released a soft sigh and shut my eyes off. I tried to concentrate so I can use my telepathy to call for Sana on my own.
"Sana.. Sana please, c-come over here, p-please." My eyes were shot open when I heard Jennie's giggles and I saw her standing on my side with her hands on her waist.
"Stupid nerd, if you want to use telepathy, don't voice it out. Just speak through your mind and Sana will hear you." She said while shaking her head.
"Oh I s-see." I said and tried it one more time. My eyes flutter closed but just before I could even say a word, Jennie laugh again. "Why are y-you laughing?" I asked irritatedly.
"Why do you have to close your eyes? You're really stupid, aren't you?" She mocked and pad towards the table and grabs the thick book that Jillion had given me. "Start reading that book, so you don't have to make fun of yourself." She said with a light chuckle after putting down the book on my lap. "Sana will be here soon."
I nod my head at her as my response because my throat still hurts and it's really dry and I felt that if I tried to say another word, I would spit blood.
Jennie pad back towards the table and filled the glass with water and walked back on me. She put her one knee on the bed to get near me and she put the glass near my mouth and helped me to drink.
Once I drained out all of the content of the glass, Jennie wiped my mouth using her hand, she did it as if she had been doing it for a long time. I felt a relieved on my throat with that amount of water and sigh softly.
"T-thank you." I mumbled and she nodded with a soft smile on her lips.
"Why didn't you asked Sana to heal you after Jisoo beating you into a pulp?" She asked after she put down the glass back on the tray that's sitting on the table. "Are you trying to be tough, Mcklein?" She asked again with her raised left brow.
"No." I lied and advert my gaze at the thick book on my lap. I still couldn't move my arms that's why I haven't started reading, but I hope that I can, because this peace moment between us makes me uncomfortable. Especially those things she did for me.
I am most used to harsh and mean Jennie not with this softie Jennie. She does the things that's Sydney doing for me and I am not accustomed that she's being nice towards me.
I sigh in relief when the door swung open and Sana rushed towards me. "I already told you that you could not bear the pain but you still persevered, Lisa!" She scolds while walking towards me.
"I'm s-sorry." I said embarrassedly and lowered my head.
"You were so stubborn but I couldn't do anything because you insisted it!" She scowled again but she still continue her way to treat my wounds. "Take your shirt off, I need to treat your broken ribs."
I raised my head to look at Sana with my puppy eyes, as if I am begging her to do it for me because I still can't move my limbs.
"Why do you have to asked her to take her shirt off?" Jennie chimes in and pad beside the bed.
"Jisoo accidentally broke her three ribs and I can't cure it if I can't see it." Sana answered and she reached for the hem of my shirt– new shirt again, I guess, Jennie changed it again for me because as far as I remember, I am covered with mud.
"Wait, let me." Jennie said and asked Sana to stand up and she took Sana's place. I pursed my lips when Jennie's soft hands touched my torso when she reached for the hem and she started pulling up my top carefully.
She's too careful as if I am a fragile glass that she's afraid to break me. Though it's true that my bones seem to break apart but still, she's being too soft and I felt my heart was about to burst out from its ribcage because of how its rapidly beating.
"Wow!" Sana exclaimed and gulped hard while staring on my stomach when Jennie removed my top, leaving me in my sports bra. "Y-you really l-look in a b-bad shape, Lisa." She suddenly starts stuttering and I don't know why. "Uhm, Jennie, c-can I treat h-her now?" She asked without even tearing her gaze away from my stomach and she continuously swallowing hard.
"Sure." Jennie smiled and climbed off of the bed and covered Sana's eyes. "..but would you stop looking at her like she's a prey?!" She yelled which make me to get startled but I winced in pain for my sudden movement and grunts. "Sorry." Jennie apologized and I froze because I'm still not used to hear Jennie saying her apologies.
"Aish! Fine, I just can't believe that Lisa's body is so fine!" Sana groans and removed Jennie's hand on her eyes. she rubbed her palms against each other before putting on my right side. I can feel her hand trembling against my skin and I looked at her quizzically.
Sana smiled nervously, which makes me to be more even confused. I steal a glance at Jennie and now I understand why is Sana was trembling.
Jennie's face could barely be painted because of her frown as she glared at Sana's hand that was touching my skin.
"Jen, are you okay?" I asked to get her attention but it seems that she didn't even hear me as she still stared intensely at Sana's hand. "Jennie, t-theres a vein p-popping out on your face." I said when I noticed the veins starts getting visible. "J-jennie." I called for the third time but she still couldn't hear me. I decided to removed Sana's arm on my body and forced myself to stand up to grab Jennie's hand. "Ruby Jane!" I yelled.
Jennie blinks her eyes rapidly and shakes her head. It's as if she had just snapped out when I held her hand and she stepped back.
"I think I'm going to die sooner than you, Lisa." Sana said while chuckling, causing me to look at her. She tossed my shirt on my face and she looked at Jennie and then she giggled. "God! This is so frustratingly funny!" She groans before patting my head for the last time and all the pain had gone.
"Thank you, Sana." I sincerely said after putting back my shirt on.
"No worries, it's my job. But please, be strong already, so I can start dating my Chewy."
"I'm sorry, but don't worry. I will do my best." I assured her and pulled her into a hug and she hugged me back and tapped my back.
"Ok then, I'll take my leave first and please. Get ready for tomorrow but don't you worry Lisa, I will be there in case you'll need me." She said before shifting her gaze at Jennie. "Chaeyoung already talked to Jisoo, and she promised that she's not going to interfere."
"Thank you and sorry." Jennie mumbles and Sana bowed her head before she vanished.
"What is she talking about?" I asked when I made sure that Sana was already gone. "You're asking Jisoo not to interfere with our training?"
"No." Jennie replied. "And I'm not your trainer anymore."
"Then who might it be?"
"Jonny."
"The alien?" I asked in surprised and Jennie furrowed her brows and she looked at me quizzically. "I mean, the commander?"
"Yeah, it's really his job to train the vampires."
"But Jen! I have nothing against on that alie– I mean, Jonny! He's strong!" I utter frustratedly to her as I held my hands in the air.
"And so do you, you just need to beat him, that's all." She said. She was quite confident that I can beat Jonny just because I'd finished my half day training.
"He hates me, Jen." I said defeatedly and sat on the bed slouching my shoulder.
"And so what if he hates you? Even if he wanted to kill you, he wouldn't dare it because I'll be there to watch you."
"Jen, that's not how it works. Jisoo trained me with consideration, the broken ribs are just accidents but Jonny.." I trailed off and plops my back to the soft mattress behind me and spread out my arms. "I'm sure he would avenge me by training me and I knew to myself that I have nothing against his strength and his ability to fight."
Jennie didn't respond but I felt the bed moved, so I'm sure that she sat beside me. I turned my face to my side to look at her and I saw her back, facing me.
"Lisa.."
"Hmm?"
"You want to protect your parents, right?" She asked and I hummed as an answer. "Tomorrow, if Jonny was about to beat you. Just think about them and you'll be fine." She assured and she looked over her shoulder to see my face. "And don't worry about turning into wild wolf, I will be there and Sydney."
"Promise?" I asked like a kid.
"Promise." Jennie said and she smiled. A big and sweet smile, and I admit, it somewhat helped me to gain my confidence.
I abruptly sat up and changed my position, I sit in stride position, one foot on the floor and one foot folded in front of me, hands on my leg and wide smile plastered on my lips.
"Can I ask you a question?" Jennie side glanced me and nods her head. "Were you jealous when Sana treating me earlier?"
"I can slap that thick book on your thick face, Lisa." She said and stood up. "Starts reading that book to help you with your training and be ready before 6, we'll have a banquet." She said and without looking back, she pad towards the door and slammed it behind her back.
I chuckled while shaking my head in amusement. She didn't really know how to pretend and hide her feelings. What a cutie!
—
I'm already in the middle of the book when I heard a knock from the door, I fold the tip of the page before closing it and climbed off of the bed. When I open the door, Sydney standing outside with her back facing me.
I immediately jumped on her back and wrapped my arms on her neck. "Sydney!"
"Yah! Get off of me!" She hissed but she's not even removing my arms on her and she was just hissing.
"What brought you here?" I asked. I let go of her but I left one arm on her neck. "Worried that Jennie might put me again in sleep?" I joked and we both laugh.
"I came here for this." My eyebrows knitted when I saw the thing on her palm.
"Syd–."
"I want you to have this for tomorrow, if you ever felt like your loosing your control. Just touch it." She said to cut me off.
I took the circular metal on her palm and stared on it ludicrously. "It's a coin, what the fuck?"
"Exactly, it's a coin!"
"So what does this coin have to do with my training with Jonny?"
"I don't know, just touch it and think of me." She shrugs. We both stared to each other before bursting out into an obnoxious laughter.
"God Sydney! You never ceased to make me laugh!" I said between my laugh and smacked her shoulder.
"I was just trying to help but it seems that you're already at ease."
"Nah, I'm still nervous but you washed it all away." I said sincerely and pulled her into a hug. "Thank you, Syd."
"If you need back up, don't hesitate to tell me ok? I always got your back, buddy."
"I know, but you don't have to worry, that was only a training and I can kick his ass for you." I said smugly when we both pulled away from the hug.
"Don't do that, there will be eight women will watch. Jonny might take your training seriously and kill you."
"As if Jennie would let that happen." I stifle a chuckled when I remember Jennie's assurance earlier.
"I know, she may be rude and mean but she won't let you hurt."
"Because she's the only one who's allowed to hurt me, right?" We both laugh again and decided to continue our silly conversation outside the castle to breathe for some fresh air.
While we're both laughing our ass off because Sydney told me what I did to Jillion when I was so wasted on the first day staying here in the Vampire kingdom, I bumped into a tall guy that I didn't noticed walking in front of me.
Sydney's laughter immediately died down and she stood in front of me. Though the guy was taller than her, Sydney didn't even felt a little intimidation.
"Watch were you going, dykes." The guy spits.
"You did it on purpose, I didn't know that there's vampires here with blind eyes?" Sydney mocks him.
"I see, stray dog really needs a leash on their necks because they are wild and dangerous." The guy chuckled and I quickly tugged Sydney's sleeve to stopped her when she tries to charge forward at the guy. "Oh, the princess's soon to be wife is here. Are you walking your dog? But I think you need to use a leash–."
"Will you shut your goddamn filthy mouth?" I said annoyedly to cut him off. "As you've said, I am the princess's soon to be wife, so I will be the second in command but here you are, disrespecting my best friend! What the fuck is wrong with you?"
"Ooh, interesting. You are not married yet but you're already abusing your power against me?"
"Actually, she's not, because everything she said was right and I don't know what the king and Jennie will do to you if they find out that you are disrespecting Lisa and her friend." The three of us whipped our heads towards the woman who spoke behind us. "If you have a problem with them, tell it directly to the King."
"Tss, what an annoying woman." The guy mumbles and shoot me a dagger look before walking away.
"Are you okay?" Chaeyoung asked worriedly.
"Who's that jerk?" Sydney asked back, still glaring at the guy's back.
"Chan, he's Jonny's friend."
"That explains his rudeness towards us." I said and released a lungful sigh before shifting my gaze at Chaeyoung. "Thank you for protecting us."
"Nah, we're already friends and Chan is really an asshole." Chaeyoung scoffed. "He's my ex anyway."
Me and Sydney gasped exaggeratedly, eyes are wide and dropped jaw. "Are you serious? you had relationship with that asshole?!" Sydney asked in disbelief and Chaeyoung nodded.
"But like I've told you, he's really an asshole. He beat up Jisoo when he found out that we are in a relationship because he couldn't accept it."
"And Jisoo let it happen?!" I asked.
"No, but Jisoo didn't fight back because she's worried that I might get hurt if she hurt Chan which is not true, it happened when I was in a mission so I didn't know." She frowns after saying that but she still managed to smile after a few seconds. "But Jennie took the revenged and she buried him 6 ft under the ground. He just got lucky because Jonny and his other friends found him."
"Oh my God." I gasped. "J-jennie did that?"
"Yeah, don't worry. The King didn't tolerate it and she was grounded for 20 years."
"20 years?! That was my age!"
"Lisa, vampires can lived hundreds years or even thousand years. 20 years was just a bare minimum for Jennie." Chaeyoung said giggling while covering her mouth. "Anyway, you need to go back because the banquet was about to start." She reminds before bidding her goodbye.
—
Jennie was already back when I entered her room, she was already putting her own make up but she hasn't still dressed. She looked at me through the mirror reflection and I think she's mad, I could tell on how her eyebrows knitted.
"Where have you been?" She asked.
"I went out for a walk with Sydney." I answered and I pad straight up to the bathroom.
"You bumped into Chan." She said. It's not even a question, it's as if she was just telling me that she knows what happened.
"Yeah." I replied. "And you buried him...alive."
"He deserves it for hurting Jisoo." She said and continue what she was doing earlier. "Go on and take a bath, you only have one hour left to prepare yourself."
I released a lungful sigh before nodding my head at her even if she wasn't looking at me and I shut the door.
Jennie, buried a man alive. I still couldn't believe that Jennie can do that thing just because that Chan hurt Jisoo. Though, I would do the same if someone hurt Sydney or my parents, but knowing that Jennie can do that.
I don't even know where I should be afraid. Whether it's for my life or for Jonny's life.
After taking a bath, I start preparing myself. There's two suit lying on the bed. One is black tux and and the other one is white tux. I couldn't choose between them because I have never wore anything like that. I always wear hoodie and jeans with bucket hats or a beanie, paired with rubber shoes or sneakers.
And this is way too different with my usual outfit. I tried wearing a 3/4 sleeve polo when we attend that Jisoo's fake birthday party, and I think that's the fanciest clothes I've ever wore.
"Go for black, It suits you." Jennie said behind me.
"You think so?"
"I know so." She said with certainty and picks it up. She motioned her finger and there's two servants popped out on both of my sides and Jennie gave them the suit. "Help her." She commands and the two servants bowed their heads before asking me to follow them in changing room.
-
"Wow." I said in surprised when I saw my reflection in the mirror, this long blue sleeve with slack black pants and black leather shoes, my hair tied in a tight bun. "I have never wore something like this and I look really good." I compliment myself while grinning like a fool.
My head whipped when the door swung open. Two servants immediately ran towards it and they bow their heads when Jennie stepped in.
Shit!
She's wearing a body hugging off-shoulder long black gown, revealing her perfect glass hour body, slit up to her hip and paired with her 6 inches silver stilettos. She let her hair down, all of her make ups are light except from her red lips.
"Done checking me out?" Jennie asked, smirking cockily.
I blink away the shock on my face and shakes my head furiously. I tear my gaze away from her and turn back my gaze at my own reflection. Damn! My cheeks are flushed and I covered it with clearing my throat.
I saw Jennie in my periphery, she walked towards me and she picks up the necktie.
"Come here, Lisa." She said and I released a shaky breath before turning to face her. She smiled before tying the tie on my neck, her eyes focus on it but my eyes focused on her beautiful cat-like eyes.
She's so beautiful and damn perfect, it is not really surprising that lots of men falling for her, she embodied the word of perfection. There aren't enough word to describe how perfect she is.
But sadly, even if how perfect she is. There this one reason stopping me from falling for her.
She's a vampire, one of my mother's kind. I don't know when will I get over this hatred towards my mom and the fact that I'm lashing it out onto Jennie. Sometimes, I feel sorry but mostly, especially, when I'm staring at Jennie.
My last memory when I'm with my mother always comes to my mind and that's the reason why I am unable to like Jennie and the anger inside me boils up.
"You're really great in developing your abilities, you can hide your thoughts." Jennie said. Her voice laced with softness while staring at the necktie she had finished tying.
"I wasn't thinking anything anyway." I lied and hold her hands to remove it from mine. "You looked stunning." I compliments.
"Thank you, you looked good as well." She replied and offered me a cute smile. "Mind to help me with this?" Jennie turned around and showed me her unzip dress behind her back.
I gulped hard when I saw her milky skin, it looks delicate and soft. Jennie gathered her hair on the side so it wouldn't be a hassle and I have a whole access to admire her skin.
My trembling hands reached for the zipper just below her waist. When I felt her skin that touches mine, I flinched. Jennie chuckles lightly but still wait for me to do as I instructed. My gaze traced her back while zipping her dress up to the base of her nape.
When I fully zipped it, my hands slowly traced her waist and all of my composure that's left on me was gone, my lips went to her nape to leave a wet kiss on it and I felt Jennie's body stiffened.
"I'm sorry, I couldn't help it." I whispered and her body visibly relax when I tightened the hug on her waist.
"No worries." Jennie assured me with a light tap on my arms that's on her waist. "Let's go, the King is already waiting for us." She said and I hummed before letting go of her.
Jennie took the black Tux from the servant and she opened it, I smiled at her before turning my upper body and slip my arms on it. She fixed it and shrugged the non existing dirt on my shoulder before she smiled back.
I nodded before offering my hand to her but she shook her head and clung her right arm on mine and we both made our way out of the room.
—
The banquet filled with lot of vampires, councils, equerries, royalties and even those simple citizens, all of them whipped their heads towards us when the chamberlain announced our arrival.
I immediately searched for my friends and I saw them waving at me, they were sitting in a round table with Jennie's friend.
"Buddy, you looked so..." Jillion trailed off and scanned me from head to toes. "..unbelievably pretty handsome with that suit." He said and patted my shoulder before shifting his gaze on her daughter. "You're so beautiful as ever, my princess."
"Thanks Dad, but please next time, compliment me first before Lisa, how many times do I have to remind you that I'm your daughter, not her?" Jennie scowls. Jillion and I, exchanged glances and we both stifle a laugh.
"Sorry baby, Daddy always finds you stunningly beautiful and my complementation isn't that relevant because I'm sure, Lisa's compliments are already enough, right?" Jillion teased her daughter but Jennie just rolled her eyes and didn't utter any word. "You're so cute, shall we start the party?" He asked and we both nodded and walked in the front.
Jillion called all of their attention by the sound of his teaspoon rapping on the side of his wineglass. He cleared his throat and steal a quick glance at me before shifting back his gaze in front.
"So, I know you are all aware about the heiress upcoming wedding through gossips." He started and all of them laugh. "But tonight, I want to confirm it and that gossip was true. Our princess, Jennie Ruby Jane Zee, is getting married by the end of the month, with the one and only Lisa Mcklein." Jillion announced.
The visitors' reaction was divided. Some were surprised and started whispering to each others, there were some cheering and happy for the princess, including our friends. The castle filled with murmurings and cheering. I felt my anxiety building up inside me but Jennie hold my hand and rubs the back of it, soothingly.
"Relax, Lisa." She whispered. "Not everyone will accept us, but as long as they don't hurt you, we will just ignore them."
"S-sorry."
"For what?" Jennie asked, side eyeing me.
"Because I'm a woman and not a man."
"So? That does not mean that they can judge you, you are the one in the prophecy and you are destined to save them all, so they can do nothing but to respect you."
"I don't want their respect, I just want to be strong and protect who's important for me." I said and a faint smile curve on my lips when I remember my mom and Dad whose left in mortal world.
"You will be, just make sure that you won't let Jon beat you. I have trust in you." She said and squeezed my hand, before tugging me towards our friend's table after Jillion finished his speech.
"Wow, Lisa! You looked so different!" Sydney exclaimed when we reached their table.
"It's kinda itchy." I said and tried to loosen my tie but Jennie swat my arm.
"Don't ruin your look." She scolds. I just twitched my lips and let go of her arm to face Sydney.
"You looked pretty good, too." I complimented and wrapped my arm on her shoulder before we both sat down on the chair. "You too, Irene. You looked gorgeous on that dress."
"Thank you, Lisa." She smiled shyly and tuck some strands of her hair behind her ear.
"How about me, don't you find me sexy with this gown?" Happy said and she stood up and turned around. "Urgh! I'm starting to love living here, thanks to you Lisa."
"Bitch! You just loved here because of fancy clothes, food and endless wine." Saddy snort before sipping on her wine. "And you won't stop from drooling over vampire men."
"Someone is jealous." Sydney teased and we both laugh. Happy and Saddy wasn't really blood related because Saddy was just adopted by Happy's parents after she become orphan.
"Jealous my ass, I ain't Je–."
"Saddy!" Jennie called her name a little too loud, cutting Saddy off and she smiled forcefully. "We have lots varieties of chocolates here and strawberry ice cream, I can give you all you want, just shut that damn mouth– I mean, eat as much as you want."
Saddy laughed out loud before standing on her feet and was about to turn but she bumped into someone behind her and the wine spilled on the guy's tux.
"Oh shit, you spilled your goddamn wine on my dress!" Saddy growls and we looked at her ludicrously beca the guy received more wine on her clothes than Saddy. "What are you even doing on my back that close?!"
"Really, Saddy?" Happy asked dumbfounded but still grabbed tissues to wiped the guy's chest but she was stopped when the guy swat her hand.
"Don't touch me, dog!" The guy hisses.
I felt a sudden anger builds inside me and I stood up to confront the guy but Jennie stopped me and she stepped in.
"What did you say, Kyung?" Jennie asked in gritted teeth.
"I'm sorry, princess. Forgive my rudeness." The guy bowed his head slightly but I couldn't see sincerity in his eyes as he apologize.
"Do you think I'll let aside your disrespectful attitude you have shown to my guests?"
"But isn't it that dog need to apologize first because she bumped into me causing my tux to get ruined?" The guy asked with sarcasm.
"But Saddy was right, you were standing too close behind her, as if you really planned it." Sydney chimes in. "Are you also a friend of Jonny? Y'all wearing the same stinky scent of bitterness."
"Chan was also right when he told me that dogs needs leashes."
"This goddamn–."
"Sydney, no!" I tugged Sydney's arm and pulled her away from the guy and gives her to Sana and Jisoo on our back.
I heaved a deep breath and exhales to calm myself before turning my heels to face the guy but I couldn't see him anymore as well as Jennie.
"Where are they?" I asked.
"There." Happy answered while pointing at the commotion in the middle. "Jennie grab the vampire's head." She snickered.
My eyes went wide and immediately ran towards the commotion. I squeezed myself to make my way inside the circle. My eyes grew even wider when I saw the guy earlier lying on the floor with broken arm and broken dislocated leg.
"Hey.." I called Jennie softly and hold her hand. Jennie ignore me and she looked up on the other men in front of us.
"I had already slipped Chan for insulting my friends and my fiancé because I wasn't there, but this time, Kyung went overboard and insult my friends even though he knew I was there." Jennie said, she was trembling in anger.
Jonny, who's in the middle of the eight men, chuckles and bend over to picks up his friend. "I'm sorry for what my friends did to them, but you won't blame them because this is the first time we need to socialize with werewolves." Jonny said as he stood up and looked at Jennie with his devilish smirk. His gaze shifted on me and his smirk grew even more. "Please, excuse my friend's insulting words toward your friends."
"No wonder they have stinky and filthy mouth, they're your friends, commander." I said without showing him any emotion but the sarcasm on my voice was enough to make him clenched his jaw.
"Now you're talking back, huh?" He said with a light chuckle.
"That's how conversation works, stupid." I hissed and grabs Jennie's hand. "Let's go, princess." I said and tugged Jennie who became silent since I started talking back with Jonny. The vampire guests moved to the side to gives us pathway.
"See you at the training tomorrow, Lisa." Before we could get away, Jonny spoke again so I stopped from walking and turned to look at him.
"Yeah and please, give me your best shot because I can't promise you that I will be go easy on you."
