Clockwork Technocracy in Menagerie, An Eventful Meeting, A Honey Badger's Reincarnation!

In Kuo Kuana, Menagerie...

"So then, Mr. and Mrs. Belladonna, I take it your population has mostly accepted the terraforming? There aren't any problems, are there?"

Ghira Belladonna, the current Chieftan of Menagerie, is a tall, muscular Faunus that's well built, had a massive black beard, messily combed back hair, piercing yellow eyes, and a tuft of fur on the center of his chest.

Despite his tough appearance, Ghira's back was slightly damp with cold sweat, as was the case for anyone who dealt with Myr in Menagerie.

This was mostly due to the Faunus population equating her to the "Gods of Old" when they saw her instantly terraform half of Menagerie's deserts with the snap of her fingers, as well as fill the water with edible creatures and plants, on top of releasing over 500,000 unique and very much edible wildlife into the plains, fields, forests, and jungles, and over 600,000 unique edible plants to the continent's roster as well.

All of this was done in the snap of her fingers, and once people started to bring back more and more food and other natural treasures, close to every single Faunus lifted her status up to their "Gods of Old".

While this pleasantly fed her ego, Myr couldn't help but internally sigh every time she had to overhear a story of her "greatness".

Ghira nervously twitched a couple of his fingers, not daring to meet Myr's gaze.

"There actually was a few problems. We caught several upstarts vandalizing your warehouses and attempting to both steal whatever they could, and sabotage anything they couldn't.

On top of that, there has been word of several different types of Grimm being spotted about 40 miles East of here."

Myr gave Ghira and Kali, Ghira's wife, a small smile as she crossed her left leg over her right and took a sip of tea.

"Interesting. Let the White Fang Extremists do whatever they want, they won't be able to breach my warehouses.

As for the Grimm, I'll have one of my Hunters deal with them. Gather up some of your Hunters and have them accompany my own. It'll make for some great learning opportunities.

There's also another small detail that I forgot to mention."

This gained Ghira and Kali's undivided attention.

A smirk appeared on Myr's face as she took another sip of tea.

"I'm going to be setting up shop in this city. My people are known as the Clockwork Technocracy. I'm sure you've heard of Atlas, yes? Well, my technological means are lightyears ahead of those clowns, and a lot of it will be at your disposal. So, what will you do with that sort of power?"

Ghira clenched his fist, his heartbeat picked up its pace by the second.

Kali, like the ever so loving mother she is, cautiously asked, "We know you don't do things without reason, so what do you want from us? We don't have much to offer you except our.. fealty."

Myr simply sighed and shook her head while she pinched the bridge of her nose.

"I will not accept your fealty. I'm not here to start an empire. I'm here to help the most oppressed people in this broken world finally achieve equal status among their peers.

What I need you two to do is simple. Let go of your daughter. Your "baby girl" is now easily able to lay Ghira's ass on the deck. As of right now, only a handful of people can match her combat ability.

She's not the naïve little girl that "ran away" from you anymore. I'm monitoring her right now, and at the moment, she's toying with a Death Stalker."

Myr then turned towards Ghira.

"You sir, need to keep in touch with Sienna more. Also, if you see Adam Taurus, let me know. I'll send someone to butcher him on the spot."

Ghira recoiled at Myr's statement, looking quite appalled.

"Why? Why would you just kill him on the spot? That doesn't make any sense! Sure I may not like him that much, but that doesn't mean I want him to die!"

A somewhat cruel smile adorned Myr's face, sending chills down both Ghira and Kali's spines.

"Would you rather the White Fang be ruled by a tyrant, or by someone who advocates peace and equality? Do you want your former orginization to be used for fighting, bloodshed, and murder, or do you want it to be used for equality?

Should you choose to let Adam live, he'll eventually cut Sienna down in cold blood, not even leaving a corpse to be found. After that, well, I think you can get the rest."

Their chat was interrupted by none other than Sienna bursting through the Belladonna's front door.

"Ghira! We need your help-"

Sienna froze and choked on her words once she saw and felt Myr's gaze wash over her, a silent chill crept throughout her body.

"Hahaha, well well well, what an introduction. We were just talking about you, Ms. Kahn. Come, have a seat~"

Sienna started to sweat bullets as she slowly backed up.

"My apologies for interrupting your discussion, I'll leave-"

"Please, I insist. Have a seat."

Myr's words sounded sweet and reassuring to Kali's ears, though to Sienna and Ghira, the meaning was clearly understood as, "You'll have a seat right now, or I'm going to make sure you'll ONLY be able to sit down for a long time."

Swallowing some saliva, Sienna gingerly takes a seat at the dining table, all while preparing to flee at the first sign of Myr's anger.

Myr on the other hand, was calmly sipping her tea, which she eventually set down.

"Ms. Sienna, what's your opinion about love? Is it possible for a person to love their people unconditionally? Is it possible for a person to trust others without fearing the consequences of their actions?"

Sienna was instantly caught off guard as she fumbled for her words.

"If you mean equality, then yes, that's what you're fighting for."

With a nod of her head, Myr asked, "Why are you fighting? Why not peacefully protest? How about boycotting certain companies?"

Sienna frowned and stated, "We have no choice. My hope is to resolve things peacefully, but too many cells are leaning towards radical and violent approaches.

Right now, it's bordering on becoming a war, and that's the last thing we Faunus need."

Myr nodded her head twice, stood up, and quietly paced towards Sienna until she was standing right next to her.

She placed a hand on Sienna's shoulder and gave it a very light squeeze.

"A war would be the correct answer, to all of your problems. Not in the open, but rather, a shadow war, one where nobody but a few key people have to die.

Now, what if I said that I could provide the means to end this whole farce and achieve much more than equality?

What if I said that I could make sure the Faunus become the supreme race of the world? Would you accept?

A few measly lives in exchange for supremacy. Sounds like a good deal, right?"

Sienna started lightly shaking once she fully understood that Myr was being completely serious and hinting that she definitely had the power to do what she claimed.

At the same time, a larger part of herself began to doubt if she started walking the right path to equality, when it suddenly hit her.

"You're not asking me to offer help, you're asking me to see if I've been compromised. You already know everything, don't you?

If that's the case, then you can take your offer and stuff it. I will not resort to taking lives if it can be avoided."

A true smile adorned Myr's face this time, as she happily hummed out, "Well said, well said indeed! It appears you get to live another day! Had you accepted, well, hmm hmm, look around~"

Sienna, Ghira, and Kali began to look around, and their faces paled considerably once they saw 30 heavily armed soldiers with their guns aimed straight at Sienna's head.

Turning to look towards Myr, they were even more speechless once she sat down and kicked her feet up on the table.

"Cloaking technology. A parlor trick compared to what I'm capable of. Now then, let's down to business, shall we~?"

========

"Where is she Ozpin? I specifically requested that she be here for this meeting. Why is she not here?!"

James Ironwood's slightly irritated voice caused Ozpin to uncharacteristically giggle.

"Hehehe, oh Ironwood, even if I myself were to request that she be here, what makes you think she has to obey me, or anyone for that matter?

It wouldn't matter if the entire world was her enemy. She has the power to turn this planet into dust, yet she also has the power to give life to this ruined world."

A metaphorical tic mark appeared on Ironwood's temple. Gritting his teeth, Ironwood growled out, "Ozpin, you better keep your eye on her. I could easily taker her actions of hacking Atlas tech as a declaration of war! She nearly crippled Atlas' entire military fleet!"

Ozpin just chuckled in response.

"My dear friend, it just tickles me pink that you assume I have any sort of control over her actions.

On that note, you better sit down quickly, otherwise, well, you can't blame me for what happens next."

Ironwood just scoffed, until he heard some all too familiar words.

"Thousand years of pain!"

*TING*

Turning around, Ironwood scowled at a slightly surprised looking Myr.

"Did you like that little surprise? Last time you did that to Arthur, I caught wind and made preparations."

Myr smirked and instantly made Ironwood frown when she did so.

"A custom-made ass-plate? Huh, that seems awfully familiar. Anyways, the old fart over there is correct. I really didn't have to come here. Personally, I wanted to snuggle with my wife some more and see my kids, but unfortunately, I was called here to a lame meeting involving an Atlas pawn and an old man."

Ironwood made a very unwise comment in rebuttal.

"You're walking a thin line Myr. Remember, when it comes to war, nobody is spared."

Myr's smirk was quickly replaced by a sickly-sweet smile that made Ozpin internally start to sweat bullets.

"Mr. Ironwood, are you perhaps, threatening my family? I should have you know that nobody who has done that before lived to tell the tale. Do I have to make an example out of you by hanging your mangled corpse from a tree in front of Atlas Academy?"

Ironwood glared back and said, "You could definitely try."

Myr completely lost her smile at this and sneered.

"Fine then. Let's see how well you cope with this spell then, tin can!

[Furioso Melodia]!"

*creak*

*clang* *clang* *SNAP*

"Ahhh!"

Ironwood let out a sharp cry as his entire left arm was crumpled to bits and pieces due to Myr's spell.

The real reason for his cry though, was due to Myr's spell giving Ironwood's prosthetic arm enough sentience to scream in pain in Ironwood's mind as it was being crushed.

Myr then kicked Ironwood into a seat and stood in front of him, glaring down.

"Do you think of me as some pushover? The first move you make against my family will cause the deaths of EVERYONE involved with Atlas, do you dare believe it?

I pride myself in being tolerant of Atlas' bullshit regarding the Faunus, and their nationalistic views, but that's out the window now.

You've succeeded in pissing me off, now you'll have to bear the consequences."

Myr flipped open her phone, and to Ironwood's horror, dialed a number and spoke to the other end, "Ghost, you are green light for Operation Falling Clouds. Cripple the Atlesian Air Fleet, make sure not a single aircraft is spared."

"It will be done Boss."

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

Every single Atlas aircraft was immediately either destroyed by an internal explosion if they were unmanned or sent crashing if there were people on board in a way where nobody was hurt, but the aircraft was permanently crippled.

Myr put away her phone and snapped her fingers, completely repairing Ironwood's arm, all while she sat down and crossed her left leg over her right leg.

"James, oh James, you have so much to learn. My Clockwork Technocracy has you beat in every way, shape, and form.

Your people live under passive oppression, while my people live freely and within reason.

Do you know how all tyrants meet their demise? No? Well, it's simple, it's due to the very people they were oppressing.

Your nationalistic view and your people's general attitude towards the Faunus population, along with your controversial labor force and laws, make me think you like playing with fire.

It's YOU who has to be careful James, because I have more than enough power and control to turn that little fire, you're playing with into a raging inferno that'll swallow up Atlas whole.

You might want to make a quick call to your labor camps while you're here. Trust me, you'll hate it."

As soon as Myr teleported out of the office, Ironwood dialed a number for one of the labor camps.

"Camp 241, this is General Ironwood, what's going on over there?"

The sound of gunfire, dust weapons, explosions, and screaming sounded out in the background behind the voice of a fear-stricken soldier.

"General Ironwood Sir! You have to send help, please! All of the camps are under attack! God damn it, they came out of thin air! We can't, OH FU-*

*BANG* "Gah!"

"*cough* General Ironwood Sir, it's been an honor.

FOR ATLA-!"

*SHING*

...

"Eat shit and die Smiles, I told you I could stuff a tomahawk into his brain through the wall."

*crick* *crack* *shluck*

*Dial tone*

Ironwood slowly turned off his scroll and set it down, all while turning towards Ozpin.

"Ozpin, you care to explain this? Aren't you going to restrain your student?"

Ozpin uncharacteristically kicked his feet up onto his desk and drained his tea in one pull.

"Ironwood my dear friend, I should probably let you know that Myr is not one of my students. I only asked her for a favor, and in exchange, I'd let her do whatever she wanted.

I would suggest that you never have controversial work forces and oppressive laws again, lest you incur her anger.

She has a special hatred for slavery, and intentional oppression of vulnerable people, which your people of Atlas have a fondness for.

I can't, and won't, help you through this. This is a result of your actions as a people, and I will not let my students be put in harm's way because you didn't heed my warnings the day, I contacted you about her.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have quite a bit of paperwork to do."

Ironwood quietly walked out of Ozpin's room and down the elevator with a terrible expression.

After Ironwood was out of sight, Ozpin sighed with a sad look in his eyes.

"Oh James, it's clear that Atlas as a whole can't be trusted. Then again, none of us can, only Myr.

Goddess Myr, please spare Ironwood. If possible, I don't want to lose another friend..."

========

Myr, despite not even being in the same universe, heard Ozpin's prayer.

Her mouth twitched as she thought, 'Does this mean Ozpin has considered me as the only Goddess he follows? How troublesome...'

Her thoughts were interrupted as an extreme sense of uneasiness washed over her body and mind.

All of a sudden, Myr felt a scorching pain in her soul, as if something was forcefully melding itself into it.

Suppressing a scream, Myr's forehead immediately broke out in cold sweat.

The pain was intense enough where she didn't even notice the Hunters, Chloe, Nox, Tenshi, Team Neko, and Noolenga all teleport and form a barrier around her.

'Myr, can you hear me...?'

An all too familiar voice weakly called out into her head.

'Honey Badger?! What's going on?'

A moment of silence sounded out before the Honey Badger's voice called out once again.

'My world, my Earth, was invaded. The Heavenly Being Race killed a lot of people, about 80% of Earth's population. I was able to *cough cough* I was able to kill them off, but I'm not going to make it. The sort of injuries I recieved are too severe for even you to heal. Therefore, I had to forcefully transfer my Author Authority and Absolute Poetry skills to you, in a final hope that your future isn't lost.

Thank you for giving me so much entertainment, and don't worry, I have one last failsafe in place if I were to be killed. I just hope that I can have your blessing.

Tell your family that I loved watching their antics, and I wish you all the best.

Goodbye... Myr...'

Unbeknownst to her, Myr currently had two streams of tears trickling down, as she quietly murmured, "You have my eternal blessings, Destiny Guide Honey Badger."

Myr quickly wiped the tears from her face as a white-hot rage coursed through her entire being, pure slaughter intent flowing out of her body like a tsunami.

"Chloe, Tenshi, Nox, Hunters. I need you all to help me with something."

Myr's quiet and monotonous tone immediately sent alarm bells ringing through everyone's heads, each of them mutely nodding.

An ice-cold glint flashed across her eyes as she stated, "This will be my first ever Eternal Decree. If you come across ANYONE from the Heavenly Being Race, you will kill them, and all of their people that are with them.

They killed my Destiny Guide and slaughtered her people.

By the end of the month, I want to hear results. I myself will actively hunt those shitbags until there are none left.

I want to see heads rolling, and I'm authorizing whatever you folks need to hunt them down.

Make no mistake, I want all of them dead, even the women and children, because they seemed to have no problem killing women, children, and babies when they invaded my Destiny Guide's world.

Am I clear?"

After everyone mutely nodded with a pale face, Myr took off her blindfold and donned her Terminator Mk. 99 armor and infused her very blood and soul into her decree.

"I, Myr Aeternum, will now lay down an Eternal Decree. The Heavenly Being Race has destroyed something precious to me, something that can't be replaced.

Me, my family, and my people, will hunt down and kill any Heavenly Being Race entity with extreme prejudice until none of them are left.

Anyone who harbors a Heavenly Race Being will be subject to immediate execution.

This notice and Eternal Decree will be in place until there are no more Heavenly Race Beings left in this Omniverse.

Let it be known."

A bright flash of golden light erupted from Myr's glabella, just as a shining gold piece of parchment paper appeared.

Myr bit her finger and signed her name in blood, turning the brilliantly gold colored decree into a blood-red one that reeked of slaughter.

Tossing it into the sky, the decree burst apart and replayed Myr's decree to every sentient being of higher power, it's absolute might terrifying all who even just knew a person from the Heavenly Being Race, causing them to immediately cut contact with them.

Within a matter of minutes, the Heavenly Being Race had been completely cut off.

That, however, was only the beginning. The beginning to a year's long campaign that will drown the heavens in blood.
