This is a story about an open-relationship between an unwilling prostitute and a married man. 


He was in an open marriage, but she's not the wife. To be one of the many partners of a man committed to another woman was her role. 


She wanted to hide her feelings that were starting to grow, her longing to be by his side, and lastly herself, by virtue of an open relationship. 


However, it was all for naught. When everything came to light, she desired to end the relationship they had. Her last words echoed through his mind as she bid him farewell through her mournful eyes. 


"If only I hadn't met you, I wouldn't be hurting this badly."

A Rich Man's Lover

<p>To avoid fumbling on her words, Syn took off the gaze that she had on Konrad. She then closed her eyes as she drew in just enough breath to keep her brain working. She knew that the man wouldn't make the negotiation easy for her. After all, the terms that she was about to serve were consequential at best. </p>

<p>As of the moment, she had no time to be frozen by indecision. If she fails to get what she wanted, there would be no other chances that she could exploit. Whatever the reason might be for her to be hasty, the one that ultimately changed her heart was her desire to get out of the circumstances she was in. Although it was a bit uncanny that she's just realizing it now, the difficulty of her situation was taking a toll on her. And there was another reason -- one that she had no intention of revealing to anybody else other than herself. </p>
