This is a story about an open-relationship between an unwilling prostitute and a married man. 


He was in an open marriage, but she's not the wife. To be one of the many partners of a man committed to another woman was her role. 


She wanted to hide her feelings that were starting to grow, her longing to be by his side, and lastly herself, by virtue of an open relationship. 


However, it was all for naught. When everything came to light, she desired to end the relationship they had. Her last words echoed through his mind as she bid him farewell through her mournful eyes.

<p>Other than a few exchanges, the rest of their twenty-minute trip was silent. There wasn't much to say from Konrad's end, since he opted to set aside the things that he wanted to say for another time. He thought that it would be better if he allowed the lady to get some downtime. </p>

<p>On the other hand, Syn chose to keep her mouth shut out of nervousness. In her mind, she was repeatedly rehearsing the words that she ever so desired to let Konrad know. Even though she had already made her resolve, there was still a feeling of doubt in her heart. Being the pessimistic person that she was, a myriad of assumptions were already preventing her from thinking straight. Thankfully, her determination was enough to make her persist. For the time being, she ignored the nagging conscience in her head. She would eternally hesitate if she minded every single issue that it relentlessly brought up. </p>
