Everyone stood up instantly as they saw him.

"Doctor. What is wrong?" Shia asked, walking to him in a panic.

He looked at all the children in front of him and said, "Is there on adult here?"

"I am their guardian," Alex said with a smile on his face. "What seems to be the problem?"

"Both are unconscious. I don't know what happened but they seem to have been burnt and also have several bones broken.

"The boy has a punctured lung along with the other complications. The girl's face is completely destroyed and we will have to perform surgery to make sure she will be able to even breathe."

"Will you be able to do them now?" Alex asked as the others looked at each other, confused.

"Yes. Do you have the money?" he asked, with a raised eyebrow. "It will be very expensive to do both. We could do just o-"

"Do both," Shia said, frowning. "Money is no issue with us, right?"
