9 Year Timeskip

|9 Year Timeskip|

|3rd Person's POV|

Narcissa couldn't believe it, but 9 years had quickly passed since her first meeting with the Rose-Branwen family. She still remembers how she had met the weird family, where Summer Rose, now Rose-Branwen, had mistaken her for a lost girl in an unknown and dangerous land, taking her with her to her house like the good person she is, which her mother had mistaken for her getting kidnapped.

She didn't know back then, where she was oblivious of the tension that filled the atmosphere, but could still somewhat feel the negative emotions due to her Grimm heritage, but now things were different. Once old enough, 10 years old in fact, her mother had debriefed her and her sisters about her past. How she was a cruel witch, so much different from the mother we know, and accepted.

How can one hate a person, as dark as her past may be, when they were doing their best to change. She then, too, found out that Olivia, or her true name, Olive, was her other mother, which didn't end well for Narcissa as she had developed feelings for the obviously older woman. The attraction started off when she was young, obviously, and adding with her curiosity, being surrounded mostly by women, who some are openly showing their affection with other women, and childish innocence added with Olivia acting like a mom while also not making it obvious that she was the girl's mother, had led her to getting attached to said woman and a seed of attraction was planted there.

For a moment, let us forget about the child's attraction to her own blood and move on to a more progressive subject.

Yang and Ruby were practically the Grimm sisters' only childhood friends. They had met other children, tried befriending then, but only these two girls had stayed with them to the end. Not because their parents were allies, but because of the dynamic they had.

Yang and Andromeda were the most mischievous out of the five, with Andromeda always finding trouble, and Yang either diffusing or blowing up said problem. Bellatrix would be the calmest one out of the group, taking everything head on with a calm and composed style. Ruby, for one, would encourage the group with her peppy optimism and fantasies of heroism, while Narcissa would be the one to connect them all, loving her friends with all her heart.

All of them had stayed together as they grew, having sleepovers, training together, facing their own adversaries with the help of each other, staying together whenever someone was at a low point. They had formed a strong bond. However, that wouldn't stop it from awkward moments from happening.

As Narcissa had her own budding attraction to one of her mothers, the rest had their own, and all of it was centered around said girl. The "twins", were originally blessed by the Brother Gods to guard Narcissa, but they had gone careless and done it so casually, not thinking deeper in what they should have done and had made it so that they would inevitably have their hearts given to their "sister". Then as for Ruby, she was just an innocent little girl that looked up to the "coolest" out of the group and it understandably turned into something more than just adoration after constant pampering and loving actions.

Narcissa was just an intimate girl, and that was how she showed her affection, and that was how she unknowingly had a girl fall for her.

And as for Yang? She immediately had that "love at first sight" moment. Naturally, as a child, it was more of a sudden spike in attraction which should have disappeared, but it never did with how close she had become with the girl.

And that's how the awkward situations happened. With all the girls having a crush on the same girl, things were bound to happen. Nothing too intense, their bond would stop anything dangerous from happening to their relationship.

As they got older, knowing more things, they had soon realized their attraction to the girl, and ultimately, had noticed their competition. None had openly stated anything, but they didn't need to do it to know that they weren't going to just give up and there would be no hard feelings. Even Ruby, the one who would most likely give up when one of her friends liked the same person she did, didn't back down.

Now, with 9 years passing, Narcissa, Bellatrix and Andromeda were now all 15, with Narcissa being a few months younger than the two, Yang being the oldest at 16 and Ruby being the youngest at 14 and are all turning into beautiful women. With their constant training to be Huntresses, they had gained magnificent figures with lean muscles. Nothing exaggerated and just looking absolutely perfect for their age. Though Yang and Bellatrix certainly being curvier than the rest.

Still, now we continue with more of what had happened during the years. All of them had went to Signal Academy, being the best they are at what they do, and staying up top of the school's "food chain", being the popular group in the combat-prep school version of it. With Quill Branwen -the wife of Summer Rose-Branwen after she and her ex-husband decided to file for divorce since Taiyang wasn't a man for commitment, but was still a good father and took care of his daughters- and Taiyang Xialong as their teacher, the group of girls had turned into powerhouses of their own right.

Ruby, with her semblance, was more focused on speed, Yang was more on the offensive and frontal assault, Bellatrix enjoyed fighting long-ranged, Andromeda was more into trickery, and Narcissa was just the perfect warrior with her semblance that allowed her to become better at something with constant changes to something more perfect.

Anyways, let us continue with the adults.

Summer Rose-Branwen was previously in a rather mediocre marriage. She loved Tai, that's for sure, and she definitely loved his daughter with Raven too. But it was rather plain to her, especially when even though Tai showed love, it just didn't to be enough for the both of them. Tai was a playboy, or rather, playman, but playboy sounds easier, so being in a relationship wasn't really for him. While Summer, though loving him, was more lesbian than bisexual, and the one of the reasons why she married Tai and remained in that relationship was because the Silver-Eyed Warrior bloodline had to continue for the sake of Remnant.

But with Ruby born and both in feeling that their marriage was bound to fail, it was better for them to end it now than to drag it on. Obviously, their daughters were definitely sad, but none of them could stay mad at their parents.

Later on, Summer chased after Quill, and knowing that the drunk ravenette was as dense as a man when looking at a woman's signs, she went for a more aggressive approach, which involved dragging the drunk while she was in the rare moments of being sober and just straight up fucking her.

Raven, having one of those twin bonds where they could vaguely know about what's happening to the other, greeted the two smugly out of the bedroom, gaining a thousand lien from Glynda, who was with her, after winning a bet with Summer bagging -banging- her twin.

Things quickly escalated and there wasn't a need for years of being in "girlfriend" stages because of already being teammates and going through life and death situations many times already and they soon got married. Surprisingly, Salem had openly showed herself in their wedding, getting a lot of attention not only because of her complexion, but also from the government, who already knew of "war" ending and the secret treaty they had formed where Salem would not have her Grimm actively attack people.

And speaking of Salem, ever since the time when she ended the war between her and her past-lover-turned-on-and-off-partner-now, she had become more tame, happier and easier to communicate with. She even showed kindness by taking in a broken and alone Cinder Fall, an abandoned Emerald Sustrai, and a beaten and abused Mercy Black, who, though were not as close as Yang and Ruby were with the Grimm sisters, were Narcissa, Andromeda and Bellatrix's friends. It was better for the three too, having friends that are okder than them but weren't as old as Summer and Raven.

Salem had also left her castle and left it to Arthur Watts -and some other people who she wouldn't bother remembering their names- for him to continue investigating about the Rogue Grimms and doing some dangerous experiments that she wouldn't ever tell anyone, not even to her daughters, opting to live with the Rose-Branwen family since she had, somehow, ironically grown closer with the Silver-Eyed woman, and decided it was better for all of them, considering their children wouldn't want to be separated from each other.

She had also left the three young women she had taken in in her castle to be trained by Hazel Rainart and Tyrian to be the perfect spies for her. Though she is positive that none of the Kingdoms would risk going into a more open war with her, there were just too many stupid beings in the world to know what to fully expect.

Then, going back the Salem and Olivia's relationship, they now had an on and off relationship, always finding each other but at the same time, pushing the other away. There may have been unresolved tension and misunderstandings between them, but they wouldn't just let that they were in a war for millenniums against each other go away easily from their minds.

And now...

"Are you sure mother?" Asked the 15 year old Andromeda as she casually leaned again the doorway, eyes focused on Salem.

"I am. Both Olive and I had reached verdict. You all will be entering Beacon two years earlier than your peers. It would only be a waste of time if any of you remained in Signal. You all need a much more accommodating education. We thought about doing the same for young Ruby, but we decided that we'll wait a year more for that, while Yang would stay with her sister to...get more used to reigning in her temper before she goes to something more stressful than she's used too." The literary white-skinned woman explained with a combination of coolness and warmth in her voice.

"Yang and Ruby wouldn't be with us?" A sudden, panicky and worried voice cut in. Narcissa was now getting concerned, feeling a bit weird at the thought of her two best friends not being with them.

"No, honey. Yang would have to go to Beacon like the rest of her peers, unfortunately. She has inherented too much of her mother's temper and must learn how to control it. Sending her to Beacon as is would just be bad for her. She may be the strongest out of you five, but she easily gives in too much to her semblance and anger. And as for dear Ruby, she is a bit too young to join an academy made specifically for fighting." The woman who previously had her hair styled into a large bun with six off-shoots now had styled it to a braided bun.

"Then why can't we just stay a year more?! Surely we can help Yang out with her temper?!" Narcissa began to panick, having trouble of imagining a future without her two best friends with them.

"Narcissa. You all must learn to be independent of each other. You have grown too much on relying on each other that it is now a bit worrisome. All of you need some time away from each other, to learn by themselves and without clinging onto someone. Yang with her temper, and little Ruby with her anti-social tendencies." Salem chided her daighter, being as soft as she can while maintaining a indifferent expression.

"I am sorry Narcissa, but you must be separated for a while. This will benefit all of you. And you wouldn't even be away from each other for a year, only some months and you would get to meet each other on holidays and weekends. You especially need not to worry about your relationship breaking." Salem wanted to snort. The other girls' attraction towards her daughter was something she was able to easily discern, and she also didn't miss her twins' own attraction to her daughter. She wouldn't even be surprised if they all ended in a polygamous relationship.

"....okay." Narcissa sadly agreed with her mother, knowing full well she can never bring herself to argue with her.

"Good. I have already tasked Summer on breaking the news to the sisters, so I'm sure you five will have a much needed conversation later. For now, let us go down for dinner." And with that, she ended their conversation. As much as she didn't like seeing such a heartbroken look on her daughter's face, Salem had already determined herself on their decision.
