"Its her lost."

Chae said rolling her eyes as she thought of how could someone cheated on her friend.

"Yes, yes, I'm meeting my brother right now, I'll come by later. Don't think about it too much."

Chae laid down on the sofa comfortably with her long legs occupying the space. She turned her phone into silent mode and just stared blankly at the white walls.

"I guess since Lei is busy with her beau, I become the temporary emotional support." She chuckled and kicked around.

The door opened making her lift her head to see if he had arrived. Sure enough the glowing face of a super star came to view.

"Finally!"

Taejin chuckled when he saw the lady on the sofa in his waiting room. Opening his arms to her, Chae hugged him, making a face.

"What's this? You actually miss me?"

"No. This is just an occasional reminder that I have a brother." Chae said flatly making the male laugh.

"Is dad treating you alright?"

"If forcing me to marry his old business partner is treating me alright then yeah. He is."

"He what?" Taejin brows furrowed.

"He wanted to marry me off."

"And you let him?"

"Hell no." Chae scoffed and sat back to the sofa.

"I refused right in front of his friends and things went downhill from there."

"What did he do?" He asked worriedly, taking a seat besides her.

"Take away my other daddy."

"Sheesh, Chae."

"What? His credit card is for my shoes." Chae shrugged and crossed her leg.

"Neeways, that's not the reason I'm here."

"Okay?" Taejim looked at her questioningly. Not getting his sister mood changes.

"I want 4 tickets to the concert."

Taejin snorted at that.

"Seriously?"

"Yep." Chae said grinning.

"Why?"

"BIG7. Lei and I? Big fan."

"You came all the way here to ask for tickets? I'm hurt." Taejin said mockingly.

"I was planning to grab lunch with you but then I remembered that you're a super star and I don't like being around you in public." Chae giggled.

"You're funny, baby sis but sure, I'll get those for you."

"Kim Leira. Wow if you get married to me, you get to keep your family name since its the same as mine. Aint that right Miss Kim?"

"Are you even hearing yourself Kai?" Leira chuckled. Kai just shrugged.

Leira was sitting on the carpet looking through their mails in the living room with Kai sitting behind her on the sofa, switching the tv channel to find any interesting tv shows. She gasped when she read the a particular mail.

"What's up?" Kai asked and peered from her shoulder.

Unfazed by their closeness, Leira just pointed at the title of the letter repeatedly as if trying to make him understand.

"You got the job? Congrats bro." Kai said proudly as she beamed at him.

"The states though."

"Yeah."

"That's pretty far from your doctor." Kai said nonchalantly.

Leira paused at that.

"We will work it out."

"You sure?" Kai raised his eyebrows.

"I see where is this going, Kai. Drop it before I drop you." Leira shook her head, putting away the letter.

"You know I'll always got your back." Kai said winking to which she just chuckled.

"You're a good friend, Kai."

"Ouch."

Leira laughed and stood up.

"You know, I love you."

Ironically she said that as Seunwo came into the view. He raised his eyebrows at her.

"As a friend of course." She snorted and walk passed him.

He narrowed his eyes at Kai when the male wiggle his eyebrows at him.

"Lei."

"Yo."

"Where are you going?" Seunwo asked as he followed behind her.

"Out."

"Where?"

Leira ignored him and slid into the car, he held the door from closing.

"Scoot."

"No, you go rest."

"Kim Leira." Seunwo said bringing his face down to her level. Leira looked away and sighed exasperatedly.

"You sure know how to use your face on me." She said going into the passenger seat, letting him in. He starts the car and drove away.

"Watch your steps." Seunwo said as he held her hands.

"Are we not there yet?"

"Almost."

"I didn't know you would know this kind of place." Leira said as they climbed up the mountain.

"I had to because you liked them."

Leira broke into a wide grin when he said that. He smiled back softly at her.

"You're really easy to read, Lei."

"What-"

"We're here." He said cutting her off and pulled her securely for the last step.

Seunwo find an even spot and throw out a blanket that could fit them both. He then sat down, pulling her down with him.

"This is like that too beautiful place where clowns kill people." Leira said looking around. He had to laugh at that.

"You read too much horror books."

"Are you kidding? There are no 'too much' in horror books."

Seunwo chuckled and took her hand lacing their hands together.

"What were you talking about with Kai back then?"

"I got the offer."

"That's great, Lei." Seunwo squeezed her hand.

Leira looked at him who was enjoying the music they had played while looking at the view of the city.

"Han."

"Hm?" He hummed in response.

"What are you thinking right now?" She asked.

He sighed and lay his head on her lap, making himself comfortable.

"Right now?"

"Yeah."

He tucked the strands of her hair behind her ear dearly.

"You."

"Ok doc." Leira said slapping his exposed forehead jokingly to which he just laughed.

"When is it though?" He asked casually. Leira bit her insides.

"I have a question."

Seunwo hummed.

"Do you think we can work it out?" She asked clearly, running her fingers through his hair soothingly.

"Work what out?"

"This, us."

"If you didn't fell in love with hot european men then, you're stuck with me."

"I'm being serious here." Leira chuckled.

"Like I said, it's a big opportunity. Just go for it, Lei."

"You sure? You're not going to regret it?"

"Regret?"

Leira shook her head and continue playing with his dark green hair. They stayed silent as they enjoy the quietness.

"Are you sleeping?" She chuckled softly.

"Recharging." Seunwo smiled while he had his eyes closed.

"So fine."

"Should I be worried?" Hwiyun asked.

"I don't know but we survived not seeing each other a lot so what makes this different?" Lei shrugged.

He looked at her warily.

"Massachusetts to South Korea, that's like 13 hours of flight."

"So? It's not like I'm going to fly back and forth in short time span, Hwi."

"Why are you guys always so depressing?" Chae said as she bring two bags of mcds.

"That's why we need you and Dohyon, heartless people to even it out." Leira said chuckling.

Chae sat in between them and fed them fries.

"One got cheated on and another one is... too damn nonchalant." Chae said pointedly.

Leira took out her phone when she felt it vibrated but after reading whatever it was, she sighed and leaned back to her seat like a lifeless doll.

"Now what?" Chae asked.

"Stranger mom."

"Oh? Your talking with her now?" Hwiyun asked.

Leira nodded.

"And I think she's bringing hell with her."
