It takes time.

"How was it?"

"Its nice. Everyone was super warm like the weather. I'm going to be tanner than I already am." Leira lazily dry her hair while sitting at the edge of the bed.

Hwiyun chuckled seeing her in oversized bape hoody that reached her knee. She looked like a life sized grunge doll. Taking the towel from her head, he helped drying her hair soothingly. It's been a week since the breakup and she hasn't gotten any better. The twin however had decided to stay with his best friend for a couple of weeks before he start going on with his plans.

"I don't like it."

"What? This?"

"No, you're doing great. This heart broken thing. I don't like it."

"Is it that bad?" He went to the bathroom, hanging the towel before sitting back next to her.

"Well, honestly, I feel like I could die from a broken heart like that ghost story about a lady named Jean died of a broken heart when her fiancé couldn't recognize her ill figure as she had lost weight and grew pale because she missed him after years of finding fortune to win her family's heart. That's the thing though, she knew he's out touring for HER but she couldn't even have faith for-"

"It takes time, Lei and you're drifting off topic." He cut her off. Leira sighed and laid back down on the bed lifelessly like a dead body.

"Am I bad girlfriend? Should I be more clingy? Be jealous or whatever the fuck normal girlfriends do?"

"The heck are you talking about? Guys would love to have a girl like you- well depends I guess. Some guys like clingy cutesy girlfriend." He shrugged. Leira just hummed. Hwiyun narrowed his eyes at the back of her head and turned her over so that he could see her face.

"Stop holding it in."

"I ran out of tears." Leira stared at the ceiling. She could feel her tears starting to roll down by the side of her eyes.

"It hurts."

"You'll get through this. Don't worry." Hwiyun soften at her vulnerable side and squeezed her hand.

"Hwi." She sniffed.

"Hm?"

"Does this considered cheating if I still have a boyfriend? It just crossed my mind." Leira asked suddenly.

"Depends on the boyfriend's perspective, I guess." He shrugged. She groaned.

"Wow I suck, no wonder I got dumped."

"Oh isn't that Han Seunwo?"

"Chae. Hospital." Dohyon hold down her hand that was pointing at the exhausted looking doctor.

"Hey. What happen?"

"She fought." Dohyon said shortly.

"Fist fight?" Seunwo asked and looked at the doctor assigned to her.

"A friend of yours? She apparently, beat up a guy over a cat." said the doctor. He raised his eyebrows.

"He was pulling the cat by its tail like a mad man laughing and I went ballistic- thats not the point! You!" Chae scrunched her nose at him.

"Nice to see you too Chae." He said with a small smile.

"You promised to stay with her." Chae huffed.

"You did." Dohyon repeated.

"And I failed."

"But why?" Chae asked again.

"I think shes all cleaned up." Seunwo helped to put the last plaster on the cut near Chae's eyebrow. The doctor nodded.

"Next time you want to beat up a guy, make sure you're big enough for it. At least someone your size."

"I knocked him out though." Chae said raising her eyebrows.

"Sure you did." The doctor turned to look at the guy who was lying unconscious on the bed beside hers.

By the looks of it, Chae got him good.

"Alright. Clean your wound once or twice a day and that would be it. Dr Han, you just finish your third surgery right? What are you doing here? You should be resting."

"Ah yes, I was just passing by to go to the vending machine." Seunwo hummed.

"I see. Well then, have a nice day. And you too, fiesty lady." The doctor said winking at Chae and went to another patient.

Seunwo could feel Chae staring at him diligently while Dohyon took care of the things that Chae has to bring home with the nurse nearby.

"What are you guys doing here anyways?" He break the silence. Chae pursued her lips briefly and sighed.

"We were out randonauting."

"Huh?"

"Its an app that- why do you care? Friggin heartbreaker." Chae's eyes twitched as she made an angry face. Dohyon came back and patted her head.

"Easy now, don't go around beat up people. Hyung, see ya." He said pulling the girl up to her feet and left the hospital.

Seunwo tuck his hands in his lab coat pockets, watching them leave. He knew they have every right to be mad at him. She is their closest friend after all.

"Dr Han. Can we talk? " A voice said making the latter turn his attention to him. He scratched his nape briefly before nodding.

"Yes. It's about time after all."

"I'm sure you know why. Did she finally told you that I exist-"

"I found out myself...by accident."

"I see. Is your mother alright ?"

"Yes."

"Your sister?"

"We are well...sir." Seunwo said as the head surgeon hummed understandingly.

Seunwo had imagine talking to him and what should he said but when now that they are in the same room, somehow he felt relieved.

At least he's not denying it.

"When I heard an ace surgeon were going to be transfered here, I never thought it would be you. Usually surgeons are transfered due to their wrongdoings or as a punishment to reflect. I suppose you transfered here to see me?" The head surgeon asked meaningfully.

"Part of it, yes. I have other reasons."

"And that is?"

Seunwo leaned back to the chair sighing.

"I take my job seriously so it always has been my passion but lately, I felt like its been too hectic in the city."

"Can say no to jobs huh?"

"Bad habit. Yes."

"Don't you want to ask me anything?"

His question made Seunwo chuckled lightly.

"I did questioned about you during my younger days and now that I'm 26 almost 30, I realized that it doesnt matter anymore. I'm sure you have your own reasons."

Leira huffed as she take a water break after she reached the first checkpoint of the mountain. Looking around, there's not much people as it still early in the morning to hike.

As she was putting back her water bottle in her bag, the bottle slipped and fell on the ground. She reached for it only to be taken by another hand.

"Here."

"Thanks- whoa what?"

Looking up to the gentleman, she balked right then and there. The man was tall and certainly a sight for sore eyes. She chuckled inwardly when she recalled back to what Seunwo said before.

"Do you come here often? I never seen you before." He asked.

Shaking the thought away she focused back on the man in front of her.

"No, this is my first time."

"Alone? That's a lot of guts you have, lady."

"I'm experienced, don't mind me." Leira waved him off as he laughed.

"I'm Kai by the way."

"You such a weird dude. Did you stalked me here?"

"You could say that." Kai shrugged as they started to continue hiking up the mountain.

"I really don't want to be in the headlines today, sir." She said pointedly. The latter just grinned.
