oh yuck

A foul smell was emanating from a well on the far side of the village.

It smelled of death and rot , thousands of flies were buzzing around the opening.

Ren smelled the vile stench and followed it , he weaved around buildings very slowly leery as to any attack that may occur . No attack ever came , but Ren realized they were too late , evil had gotten in the village and had made the villagers jump into the well. There must have been at least sixty or more villagers at the bottom, Ben and Angry face followed the stench as well and peered inside the well.

The nobles all the way down to the beggars were inside Angry face grabbed oil for the lamps that they had found and poured all the contents into the well , he looked at Ben and said now the water is fouled we must cleanse it. Everyone from the group started to search for everything flammable and toss it down the well.

Ren sat down and stared at the well wondering how many had died, human or lizard life was life, precious and you only have one.

A moaning started to come out of the well and Ren looked at it for a second and realized it was a child, Ren ran to the well screaming for Ben, Ben told Ren mentally to stay back, Ren didn't listen and kept running, a little arm was hanging over the top feeling for a hand hold, Ren reached out to grab the arm and saw a distorted head covered in blackness and eyes , the eyes staring at him there must of been seven looking at him as he reeled backwards and stumbled to the ground.

A member from the group shot an arrow and hit the thing in its arm and it fell to the bottom, hurry he said we need fire now.

Ren got up and walked over to the well and shot fire and hit a different black monster climbing up the well.

As it fell it ignited the oil that was thrown into the well. Then the screaming started, lasting for five minutes they started to subside.

The fire raged for half an hour the stones of the well started to glow as the heat was tremendous , Angry face said the village was clear of any more darkness and it was time for them to sleep and hurriedly leave in the morning.

Ren sat away from Ben and Angry face, Ren noticed how close they gotten in the last few days. Ren stared at Angry face, and noticed how majestic the creature was. He was a god to his people. Highly respected and they obeyed him to their death.

He was an alpha top predator cream of the crop.

I should show him more respect, but gods don't bow to each other, Ren your over thinking stuff again and I can hear you.

Go to sleep I got first watch Ben said, Ren laid his head on a pillow made of grass that he had gathered and fell asleep.

What was that about asked Angry face, oh said Ben he was thinking about bowing to you to show you how much he admired you , and to show respect.

He should he doesn't have the heart of a warrior as you and I so do you think I should bow to you as well Ben asked, no Angry face said, we fought and I lost I should be bowing to you.

But I won't let you, Ben said in my eyes we are equal and we want the same thing. We want to end the evil that is plaguing this world and bring some peace.

Well the peace I could do without said Angry face if I don't fight I will become weak and feeble, I don't want that , both Ben and Angry face started to chuckle a little bit as they stared at the stars in the sky , we need to end this quickly, the machine that brought us here will be leaving soon and if we aren't on it we are stuck here.

And I don't think you want me to rule over you forever do you.

Nah I want you gone now your cramping my style with all this being nice crap.

Ben laughed a little and just sat leaning against the wall of a house and kept staring at the stars.

A group member walked up and said he was taking over the watch thank you Ben replied and laid down to sleep.

In Ben's sleep he saw a dragon, blacker than the night sky swooping down and shooting a black

substance out of his mouth , then it landed it on a cliff Ben was flying around the beast, it had no clue Ben was watching it's every move.

Then the beast spoke what it said terrified Ben,

it said first this world then the world those twins came from.

Ben woke up with a fright he sat straight up and looked around sweat pouring down his face.

It was morning, time to go Ben thought, I wonder was that a dream or a vision .

Ren was still sleeping, he looks to comfortable time to be annoying, Ben thought ,Ben slowly crept up to Ren and put his butt on the top of Ren's head and ripped a giant fart , Ren woke up and yelled asshole, Ben laughed and said is that what you saw or what you smelled.

Angry face watched everything that happened and was laughing as well, comedy in the morning makes a great day Angry face said.
