Chapter5: Will she be there?

'Raven's' POV

A month! A fucking month and I haven't let myself near her. Oh that's not the best part I let Spencer wiggle his way in and earn a spot in her life!

"Yo,dude snap out of it" Alec waves his hand in front of my face." Yip,what did I miss?" I ask and see Alec frown but Spencer smirking.

It's funny cause Alec has changed so much since he met Erinn, his not the troublesome dude he once was.

Heck he doesn't even drink anymore! I'm proud of my best friend. He really is whipped by this girl.

"I'm gonna do it!"Spens snaps me out of my thoughts." You're gonna do what?" I ask in confusion.

" For fuck sake dude !He's been going on for 2 hours now. Saying how at the StreetParty he's bash Erinn's best friend. Which i think is wrong!" Alec says clearly pissed.

Before I can answer Spens cuts in,"It's by time dude a month has passed" by now I'm fuming. I slam my hands on our lunch table and stand up.

"Fuck no!It's not, is your fucking popularity going to your fucking head!"

"Whatever" is all I hear cause I'm stomping my way to my secret place. The music room is filled with the sound of the piano.

Just when I stop at the door the sound is replaced with humming and the sound of the electric guitar.

What the heck! Who is this? This sound...it's so amazing.

That is so weird you creep.

Before I can open the door Alec's hand stops me.

" I know you call her every night. I know that Lumina doesn't know your name. I also know you're afraid to let anyone in, but for the sake of her.KEEP.HER.AWAY.FROM.HIM."and with this said he leaves me standing in shock.

We sitting on our window sills facing each other, with my phone in my hand." how did you know?" I ask him in defeat.

"Oh cheer up. She told Erinn and Erinn came to me asking if I knew a Raven. At first I didn't know who or what, but then I piece two and two together. Why does she call you that?" Alec asks clearly puzzled.

"It's the name of the Alpha in one of her favourite books" I say with a small smile. I actually went to buy the book to read it.

"Oh man" he squeals ,yes he squealed. This towns bad boy literally squealed.

"What man" I ask in worry." Call her dude right now and tell her you have a song for her to listen to" he say getting up and I do as I was told.Yet this time i face-time her.

This will be our first face-time.

"Raven?"her soft voice calls out to me." Hey Blue Bear. I have something to chase those blues away"I say once I see her face and she chuckles.

"OK hit me with your best shot"she says with a small smile and then the song that Alec chose plays.

"You didn't..."she breaks out into a grin and I see her jumping up. I look up at Alec smiling at me and then jams out to the song. Suddenly I hear it ,humming.

Why does this sound so familiar.

I snap out of it to see her bobbing her head to the end of her song, blue hair all over her eyes.

I wish I could move them. Damn how come her blue hair turns me on so bad.

I hear a throat clear and look over to Alec while Lumina is getting back in bed.

" Got a big problem there dude" I look down and groan." Is something wrong" her voice not helping my problem.

I look at her face and smile." Nope nothing at all, how you feeling?" She scrunches up her nose." In 2 days it's the party"she sighs." I'll be there if you are" I say as I watch her lay down.

Damn that blue hair,making images flash through my mind.

I groan again and I hear Alec chuckle." I'll see you there my Alpha Raven" and the call is cut. I look down at my now tight basket ball shorts.

Cold shower indeed.

"Dude was that your first face-time with her and what's up with the tent in your pants" he say trying to hold in his laughter.

"Her hair ,Al is so blue and falls pass her ass. Don't even get me started on her smile" I groan out.

"Go...take...your...shower"he says between laughs.

I couldn't sleep last night, that shower didn't help at all. So now I'm sitting in Drama class watching Spencer kiss Lumina's cheeks.

I'm gonna snap. If only I could tell her what's going on. Tell her who I am who I truly am.

"I sure am glad looks can't kill or our best friend would be 12ft under" I hear Alec mumble next to me.

"I can't help it I swear every time I see him near her, I just wanna rip his head off. Ugh, man you know I never act like this. She does things to my head" I say in frustration.

"Maybe if you'd stop hiding and tell her who you are. Heck, you don't even need to tell her just be there in her life" he whisper yells at me.

But my mind is trained on her. Something is off.

Then I see it when no one's looking her face goes blank and her focus goes out by the window like she's not her.

I wonder what's on her mind.
