Chapter6: Parties and Secrets

Not even this party can take my smile off or anything so far this week. I can't believe that he did that,how did Raven even know one of my favourite songs.

We even had our first face-time but that all has to wait because Spencer said that he has something special for tonight.

It's 19:00 the party starts at 20:00 but we planning to leave at nine. We're in Mallow's room at the moment, trying to find a outfit. She wants something sexy yet casual, sounds easy right? WRONG.

We've spent the whole day so far looking for 'the outfit'." I got it!" she squeals. I stand up holding a Grey rip bottom.

"Ooh,that can go with this off-shoulder crop top"she say thinking out loud and rips the item out of my hands.

" Can you find me a shoe to go with this?"she asks walking off to her bathroom. I pick out a simple see-through high heel, putting it on her bed and make my way to my room.

I sigh and sit on the couch in my walk in closet. The feeling that something was going to happen was nagging in the back of my mind.

Just when I wanted to tell Erinn, I would stay my phone chimes.

Hey,you're not here are you still coming ?

I dnt fwl it. Not in the mood for everythng loud

Promise me u'll sty wth me nd not hide. I hvnt seen u since a month ago.

I bite my lip to wait for his reply. I don't know hat it is about I that draws me to him.

Even better we can sneak off together😉  Parties ain't my scene

I smile down at my phone. A burst of energy suddenly over comes me and i get up to look around for something to wear.

I slipped on my high waisted ripped jeans,with my Kappa jacket over my crop top and my white vans.

I walk out of my closet and into my secret makeup room.

The first problem is that I can't tie my hair up. You see, every time I do I get headaches and that shit Hurst like a bitch.

So I did what my momma always told me 'suffer for beauty baby doll '. I take two painkillers and do the half down and the top in a bun.

I look at myself in the mirror- meh - I don't want to whip out my magic tools now. I look down at my phone for the time it's 20:55. Time to go.

Loud and moist.

"Sunset, I'm going with Alec. Kay?" Erinn says over the music. My mind isn't on her though, cause I'm looking for a single person.

"He's looking for you too" Alec whispers into my ear before getting lost between the other bodies with Erinn.

I make my way to the make-shift bar and ask for a bottle of water." Enjoying the 'Rosewood party' "a voice says behind me.

I turn around to see that it's Spencer." Rosewood people sure know how to throw a street party" I say with a smile.

He laughs and grabs my hand pulling me towards the dance floor." No,no,no Spens I don't dance" I say with a laugh.

"Oh come on everyone can dance" he says turning me around to put my back against his front. So I let go and allow the music to take over my body.

I can feel a bump growing on him and chuckle." Something funny Lum?" he whispers in my ear."Yeah, seems you need a fix" I barely say the words when he starts to drag me off again.

We stop by a tree on someone's lawn." What we doing here?" I ask looking at the tree,the hum of the music still buzzing.

"Just a place for us to hear each other more clearly" he says turning me around and pushing me lightly against the tree.

Before I can think or say anything ,his lips are on mine. Hungry and heated.

I respond and he prodes my bottom lip with his tongue and I'm about to give him access, when his suddenly rip from me.

"What the fuck man!"Spencer yells." You dick stay away from her!" the other guy says.

"Raven?" my shock clear in my vioce. He turns around and rubs the back of his neck nervously.

"Hey Blue Bear" he says stepping closer to me.

" Oh fuck, isn't this rich. You're Raven, well that's messed up man. You didn't tell her the fucking truth about you ,huh Rom?" Spencer says smirking.

Rom? Is that his name? What's Spens talking about...

"It's better than what you doing "Rom snaps and grabs my hand ,pulling me away. I stop and pull my hand away from him.

"You shit! We have every class together. You never once thought I deserved the truth? Fuck, you're just like everyone else" the last sentence coming out like a whisper.

He reaches out to try to explain but I couldn't take it my vision getting blur from ushered tears. I just want to get away,away from everyone.

Before I think twice I make my way over to the bar, my decision already in place. I tap the bartender on the shoulder.

"Hey what can I get you pretty girl?" he asks with a flirty smile." Something to make me forget about tonight" I say with a smirk." The Death Bowl it is " he passes me a pink coloured drink.
