Dear Imena,
Three days came and went, and no word from Roxanne was ever received by anyone. It wasn't like Rox to be gone so long with no communication, and Jay was beginning to worry. On the morning of the fourth day, I was in a meeting with the Council, we were hacking into traffic and security cameras and checking her bank accounts in hopes of finding where she might be. But nothing was coming up, it was almost like she disappeared off the face of the Earth. We were all trying not to panic, but it was becoming more and more difficult with every dead end we hit.
Then the doors burst open. With the way we're seated at the circular table, Adam, Rhea, and I have our backs to the door, but I didn't need to turn around to see who it was.
"Spirit, I know you're busy, but this is an emergency!" Jay exclaimed.
He walked up and stood in between Adam and I, then Ty came in and stood in between me and Clyde.
"I'm really sorry Rose, I tried to stop him." Ty said.
"No worries. What's the problem Jay?" I asked.
"What's the problem?! My sister hasn't talked to me in three days and I don't know where she is! I went to drop off a cute skirt I made for her after I dropped off the dress to you and she wasn't home, and I've gone back since then and she hasn't been there. I called and texted her, no answer. I asked her friends, they have no idea either." Jay said, and took a second to breathe.
"Ok," I said when I thought he was done, "I'll tell you what Jay, I'll go out and look for Rox myself and bring her back home. Do you have any idea where she could be?"
Jay thought about it for a second, "She did mention wanting to take a trip to Europe, so she could be there. But usually she would call me before doing something like that."
"Ok, I'll call some friends I have out there and try to enlist their help. I'll keep you posted, ok?" I asked.
Jay nodded and turned to leave, "That's the dress I made for you right?" he asked, pointing to the dress I was wearing.
I nodded.
"That looks great on you. I'm amazing." he said, and walked out of the room.
