1 hour before the accident
"You ready yet?" Kenia poked her head out of a purple rx7 and grinned.
"Sis, are you sure this isn't too.. extravagant?" Collem tilted his head as he made his way in the passenger seat.
"That's the point, can't change my mind now. It was your idea, remember?" She shook her head and started the engine. The sport car roared to life like a wild animal that had been waiting to be awoken. Collem nodded while leaning back in his seat and said, "Let's get our brother then."
The rx7 then sped up, and ran through the streets challenging any predator that wanted to show up.
Half an hour later, they parked on the side of Redrick st. where they guessed the cops would travel by, to transport Mathias.
"Alright we're here early, everything is going according to the plan, now we just have to wait." Kenia's voice was firm and bossy; Collem did a great job at convincing her to help with the plan. Mainly he planned to work alone, desperate to find answers, he went to the basement and found out about his mother's true intentions; the boy then told his sister and she finally understood Mathias' actions.
"Don't let your guard down sis." Collem fidgeted uncomfortably in his seat, some part of him sensed things weren't going to be easy.
They waited and waited until the hour arrived but the cops never came. Collem's assumptions grew bigger when he heard multiple sirens pass by them. "Someone got ahead of us, quick! Follow that ambulance!" Kenia reacted well and followed her brother's orders; although he was only 12.
There were tires blown out, pieces of car thrown on the road, and on the side 3 cars were upside down in flames, one of them we picked out as the one that carried Mathias.
"Fuck! Who.. Why! WE were supposed to get HIM." Collem lost his nerve and hit his fists uncontrollably on the passenger door.
Kenia, however, was analyzing calmly the situation and driving far enough not to get caught inspecting. On the corner of her eye she saw a black car. She decided to follow it, as she took a closer look her eyes widened.
"It's him. Of course it's him who else could have been. Col remember when you and Dan turned 3 and I gave you guys a white and black car? Yeah the black car had something written in it but I never understood what I meant; they were japanese letters. That's the same car right there in front of us." Kenia's eyes glowed in success and hope that his brother could still be alive.
"Yeah I remember now. It's Dante. He rescued Mathias, but why?" The boy's face furrowed back in place as he tried to control his anger.
"Let's find out."
Kenia followed her brother for hours until finally they arrived at an island far from New York; she no longer had been worried about following too close because she didn't think Dante would do anything about it. They arrived at the commonly known hotel 'Tetris'.
As Dante jumped out of the car his strange large body stood as he pushed his head back planting his hand on his face; the corner of his eyes observed the rx7 in which his siblings hid. "Ahh, hello there sis," he grinned and waved.
"Brother. How'd you know we were gonna rescue Mathias?" Kenia hesitated as she tried to come out of the car. "Actually, don't answer that, after all you're the smartest in the family. Baby, I understand you're mad at your brother Mathias, I was upset too but things are a lot different than you think."
He responded with a hysterical laugh, holding his stomach he tried to contain his laugh as if she had told a joke. Suddenly, he stopped laughing and looked right at her eyes with disgust. "Traitor, traitor, traitor, TRAITOR!" At last he screamed, his sister took a step back in fear though Collem took her hand and held it tightly.
"Brother," Collem started, "She's right, our mother was planning something evil all along, it wasn't personal, she wasn't meaning to hurt us, she meant to create monsters.
"Looks like she was successful that bitch, no?" He rolled his eyes and shook his head. "Wait don't tell me you're on her side!" He gritted his teeth.
"There are no sides, look, we have a plan, we can stop all this revolutionary shit, if we give the cops what we have they'll understand."
More laughs.
"You guys are killing me right now." He motioned a gun with his hand and mouth the words 'pow', with a grin that exposed our commonly known sharp fangs. "So we got here another traitor, anyone else wants to join the group of fools? You really think brother.." he licked his lips and continued, "you really think the cops will understand? Everything we've done? They were going to execute my brother! If we told them they'd execute all of us! What about our freedom! Yeah they'll never understand what we went through! We have done nothing wrong, it's all part of life, sleep, eat, kill, what's the difference? I got plans too, and if you get in the way I won't hesitate to eliminate you, brother. Shame it would be."
"Plans? What plans?" asked Collem.
"I'm going to burn the world."
He then opened the back door of his car and carried Mathias to the hotel ignoring them in the way. They decided to follow him down and find out more about his plan in order to stop him, while they still had a chance.
The hotel wasn't too big, but it's inside modern and luxurious style represented high class, the walls were white while the big stairs that led upstairs were gold with red carpets.
Silence filled the halls and the directory was empty when they looked. "So I guess this is abandoned now." We proceeded to room 52 with Dante, surprisingly leaving Kenia unharmed.
"Well, my dearly loved brother and sister, you, are plan of my plan. The Forbes shall be remembered forever." He laid Mathias down on the mattress and pulled down a red curtain revealing thousands of mannequins.
Confused, both Kenia and Cullem asked, "what are these?"
"You'll see." He grinned evilly.
