book II: war chapter 3: a request

Scene 1

Scene 1-1

Location: the cave

*Yin started entering the cave. Hiroki sighed and followed him. Yin is ahead of Hiroku. After a while, Koh, the face stealing spirit appeared. Yin kept no emotion and Hiroku hid behind a rock and kept quiet althought he was filled with fear*



Koh: avatar, nice to meet you, again

Yin: koh

Koh: your past life avatar Korra didn't visit me, *changes his face to a scary one and starts screaming* THAT WAS RUDE

Yin: avatar korra didn't have time to wonder thought the spirit world. And if she did then it had a reason. For me, I'm free and that's why I decided to come here

Koh: *returns back to his normal face* and are you sure you're alone? I'm sensing another human

Yin: you're the oldest spirit in the spirit world. Maybe there's something wrong with your senses

Koh: you could be right. My senses wouldn't stay *his faces slits in half and another guy's face comes out of there and gets uncomfortably close to Yin* AS EFFICIANT AS THEY WERE BEFORE. *goes back to his normal face* so you wouldn't mind if I check the place wouldn't you?

Yin: no not at all

*while he's checking*

Yin: so, you steal faces right

Koh: you already know that avatar

*Hiroku is listening to them*

Yin: and you steal people's faces if they show any emotion, right?

Koh: yes I do, just like your past life's wife's face, avatar Kuruk's wife. It's still one of the best faces I've ever taken *heads toward Yin and chafes his face to avatar kuruk's wife's face*

Koh: look at it. Your past life was so frustrated, he wanted to fight me but he didn't, he knew that he wasn't powerful enough to win without his bending

*Hiroku starts heading toward the exit to try and escape. Koh notices him*

Koh: *screaming* AHHHH I knew it *speeds up to Hiroku and now, he's in front of him*

Koh: who, ARE YOU?

Hiroku: *trying to keep calm* I just came into this cave to discover it, didn't know I would interrupt a conversation between the avatar and a spirit

Koh: *gets really close to him* oh really?

Hiroku: *trembling* y- yeah

Koh: I'm feeling fear. Do you know what that means?

*Hiroku makes water out of thin air and slaps Koh with it then starts to run. Koh gets up immediately and starts running toward Hiroku*

Yin: *screaming* Koh don't !! *starts running to save Hiroku*

*Koh quickly catches up with Hiroku, slams him on the wall and penetrates spiritually his body with his horns sort of thing (in the photo)*

Yin: STOP, DON'T

*Koh starts merging his face with Hiroku's face*

Yin: I SAID DON'T

*the fire finger appears on his finger and starts shining red, Yin enters the avatar state. He airbends himself next to Koh and starts blowing a LOT fire onto koh. Koh stops merging with Hiroku's face and screaming from pain. Yin doesn't stop, he instead starts firebending with his hands as well. Koh gets his horns out and falls but Yin doesn't stop, he continues firebending until Koh disappears. After he disappeared the ring finger merged with Yin again and he got out of the avatar state then runs to grab Hiroku, eartbends a big peice of the ground, bends it up and starts flying with it away*

Scene 1-2

Location: next to a river in the spirit world

*Yin gets down, puts Hiroku in the river and bends water in a spiral way around him and starts healing him. Shortly after Hiroku wakes up*

Hiroku: w- where are we?

Yin: don't worry about it. Just don't do anything. Don't move, don't speak. Just stay still so that you can get better quicker*

Scene 1-3

Location: the north pole just outside of the spirit portal

*Yin is helping Hiroku walk slowly*

Hiroku: you're so stupid

Yin: I'm sorry

Hiroku: *smiles* I didn't say I hate it

*Yin smiles back*

Scene 2

Location: Hiroku's room

Time: night

*Hiroku is in his bed. Someone knocks on*

Hiroku: come in

*Yin enters*

Yin: hey

Hiroku: come sit down *moves his eyes toward the chair that's next to his bed. Yin sits there*

Yin: I heard you called me here

Hiroku: I wanted to ask about that spirit. What was it? And did you meet him before?

Yin: his name is Koh, he is.. well he was the oldest spirit in the spirit world. When a human comes into contact with him he can't show emotions or he would steal their face. When he detected fear coming from you he wanted to steal your face. I saved you at the last moment

Hiroku: wait so I would've been faceless

Yin: yes

Hiroku: and why did he say "nice to meet you, AGAIN"?

Yin: I've never met him before and neither did avatar korra

Hiroku: so how did you know all of that?

Yin: I heard that avatar Aang spoke to him once. And I don't really know how i knew all of that about him. It was like there was this vivid scene of me meeting him and this vivid memory about who he is. I don't know why

Hiroku: wait. Don't some of your past lives' memories stay with you

Yin: sometimes it happens, yes

Hiroku: so if this memory is still with you, and avatar korra never met him before, that means

Yin: the memory was from avatar, *shocked* Aang. In another way, *gets excited and gets up* I still didn't lose contact with the rest of my past lives

Hiroku: that's exciting, but if you think from a certain angle it would be different. Maybe that and other memories were passed from avatar aang to avatar korra before she lost contact with him and the rest of your past lives, and luckily that memory passed from avatar korra to you

Yin: *disappointed* true. It might be that as well

Hiroku: sorry to disappoint you

Yin: facts over feelings I guess

Hiroku: but the other one is still possible. I mean a memory passing like that is nearly impossible so the first one still makes sense

Yin: well if it is then I hope u can find a way to connect to them one day

Hiroku: trust me, *smiles* you will

*Yin smiles back then goes outside. At the same time Katsumi enters*

Hiroku: mom

Katsumi: hi, I wanted to talk to you about our little plan. Yin is trusting you enough, I'm pretty sure it's time

Hiroku: so should I tell him now

Katsumi: yes. I'm proud of you son, serving the north pole

Hiroku: thank you mom

Katsumi: you should be fine an hour later, go talk to him then

Hiroku: I will

*Katsumi gets out*

Scene 3

Location: next to the ocean

*Yin is wondering with his badgermole. They stopped*

Yin: I'm sure that I still have a connection with avatar Aang, i just need to find a way to make it stronger I mean they're still in people's memories, and their impact is still in the world, so their souls still exist somewhere, and that somwhere is me *sits fown in a meditation position* I hope I can do something *takes a deep breath and starts meditating*

Scene 4

Location: the north pole

*Yin gets up frustrated because he couldn't meditate*

Yin: NOTHING IS HAPPENING. WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME *notices someone coming toward him, it was katsumi*

Hiroku: hey Yin

Yin: oh hi, didn't see you there. You look fine

Hiroku: I am, I'm feeling better now. I came here to talk to you about something very important

Yin: what is it?

Hiroku: I don't think that avatar korra made a good decision by leaving the spirit portals open. I have a feeling that humans will start using it unwisely and harming it just to please themselves. I think you should close them

Yin: because the spirit portals were open, airbenders came back and connecting to spirits became easier. Also I am the avatar and I would never let anyone harm the spirit world, I think leaving them open just like before avatar Wan closed them is the best decision

Hiroku: so you don't care about spirits?

Yin: I never said that. Me and my friends would make sure nothing bad happens to the spirit world, isn't that the avatar's duty after all? Maintaining balance?

Hirokilu: I thought you might understand where I'm coming from. You're going to regret it avatar, sooner or later you will. For now I have nothing left to say but goodnight *turns around and leaves*

Scene 5

Location: a dark room

*katsumi is standing with one dark figures next to her. Hiroki comes*

Hiroku: he said no, he was precistant

Katsumi: we're going to start the operation, the avatar didn't leave us any other choice, *smiles* and he's gonna regret that
